AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

I'm using 2K face texture. Will NPC from this mod have brown face? I play some other quest mod and some npc will have a brown face. I assume its because they're using 1k texture make up or something and nothing can be done about it.

I think JB has a link to a texture pack that all of the custom female NPCs use that might fix it so take a look at the main mod page to see if it's there. I didn't notice that this was an option until my most recent playthrough, so I got around it in the past by just modifying their looks by clicking on NPCs in game and using "slm [ID]" to remove problematic textures that were causing it. I found freckles to the most common culprit, and if those don't fix it you can remove all face overlays in slm and reapply them as you wish to get them looking how they should. I just saved a preset for the selected character and applied them any time I needed to in the future. 

 

Note that you may have to reload a save for the brown face to go away even after removing the problematic textures.

 

It would probably be quite time consuming to do this for everyone, so I just stuck with fixing a girl you meet fairly early in the mod that's one of its main characters, and later on you select one of four girls that you will see more often later in its story (and I'm guessing future updates). The rest of the new female NPCs in the mod don't play a big enough roll in my opinion for it to really bother me, so I just live with it for the rest of them.

 

Edit: Here's the link to the pack that JB uses for the NPCs, I can't remember if I installed it or not and as far as I could tell the mod doesn't say if its 2k compatible so just try slm if you run into any issues.

@JB. just a heads up, I am on my second playthrough for context before start the project we discussed, will start Wed, or more likely Thur.

I haven't played in a while so refreshing my memory.

An ask, would you consider moving the Motorcycle and Nukatron in DC out of the way of the security counter?

There seems to be plenty of room, but I don't know how hard it would be to accomplish.   see picture below

just finished Nuka Ride 6 and this was my #1 update so far (probably because of the high quality Elevenlabs voice for Nora lol)

 

also I had some problems but I fixed them all myself, 99.99% something on my end BUT here are the fixes if anyone encounter these problems on their playthrough:

 

 

1 . In the end of SEMPER SEXY, when I entered the Vertibird to exit Far Harbor, everyone would get in as usual, Corisican and Music banter and we would fly off, a loading screen would pop up. Then it would load my character alone in HELL, still in the Vertibird's Minigun Stance (by hell I literally mean hell, a bright red texture-less worldspace, likely out of bounds interior from Nuka Apartment since it played it's theme)

 

FIX PART 1: BEFORE CLIMBING the Vertibird I used: "setstage _NukaRide_FH 450" /// "setstage _NukaRide_FH 500" /// "completequest _NukaRide_FH"
FIX PART 2: after the last command, you'll teleport to Nuka Apartment, if not just use: "startquest _NukaRide_Home" /// "coc NukaApartment" then talk to Overboss

FIX PART 3: if the Overboss doesn't go upstars just use "setstage _NukaRide_Home 110"

and you'll be placed in the X-Cross then punished by OB, then a special character will make peace with you later

2. After returning to the Commonwealth and finishing Nuka Ride 6, every humanoid faction were friendly to me (even ghouls), even using "player.removefromfaction" with each faction separately wasn't working. So I loaded the mod "Better Console F4SE" and removed myself from every hidden faction from the game one by one.

 

Eventually I found out that the culprit was a hidden Far Harbor DLC faction (I belive the game applies it to us during the follow the Atom Mother sequence in the original DLC), Also I think JB used this faction to avoid us getting attacked by randoms during SEMPER SEXY, and because I completed the Quest using console, this faction wasn't properly removed from me so I used:

player.removefromfaction xx0567c6         (xx is the load order position of your Far Harbor DLC)

 

 

Now everything is in order. Like I said it's totally something on my end and even more likely because of the use of console commands to finish a Quest. I'm just posting this in case anyone goes through similar problems.

I was wondering if the issue with golden body piercing set was ever resolved? I've seen it mentioned in this thread around page 200 but couldn't really find if there was an actual solution for it...

 

The problem: Everything works fine except for the nipple piercings, which for some reason begin clipping and don't move with the breasts. Is this an issue with one of the physics mods or some morphs not building correctly? I have very limited experience with BodySlide so no idea if I can fix it through there (tried building morphs with slightly changed values, like increased nip perkiness by a few % but it didn't help).

 

If this was resolved or there is a fix for it I'd be thankful if someone could point me towards it.

That third problem is not very rare. You're the third to mention it. I and others could not reproduce it. I'll see if uninstalling "Custom Camera" I can reproduce it and see how to fix it.

 

I slightly suspect that Custom Camera is a help here, since as you will notice in this mod there are many special camera events.

 

Another thing I've recently noticed is that if you turn on bokeh in fallout boot options, these cameras of mine will look blurry. So I'll put it on the front page when I update it.

 

I loaded up the same save game where I had the issue on the next day, but it magically disappeared and never popped up again.
Nothing was changed on my part. I guess what fixed the issue was to reboot my pc.

 

I played till the end of 6.2.0 and did not notice any bugs.

Far harbor was a really great story arc. Well done from the setup till the end of Golden Girls.

Just know if NR is installed and you go to Nuka World by Vanilla routes it will shut down Nuka Ride and it becomes unplayable.

So if my character already went through a bit of the main quest(killing Kellog) its probably better to start a new save?

No I do not believe that is an issue, you may want to store everything you have in a safe somewhere, you will not need any weapons, clothes unless they are sexy, get rid of everything except condoms and pills to stave off pregnancy, you have to go to vault 111 and talk to Duke the eyebot who will greet you when you first exit the vault, he will ask you some questions and offer to take you to Drumlin Diner, go with him and speak to Charon the robot at the back left corner of Drumlin Diner parking lot. You cannot miss him, he will take you to Nuka World, when you arrive the next you will speak to is he robot to your immediate right, and that is all I am going to spoil for you.

Just go through the MCM/nuka ride/ adjust settings, no cheats first play through! Take your time 25-30 hours to the current end although more is coming as @JB. is a Mad Man! I mean that in a good way!

It's because I added an official DLC as a new requirement and that ends up screwing up the pre-combine dates. It already happened to me when I added Far Harbor. 

 

 

However, I already managed to fix all the errors. So that will also be present when I upgrade for Loverslab.

The two errors belong to the faces of Music and Isabella, but more than errors, they are warnings.

Wait, I'm sure that was fixed over a year ago. The nif was pointing to the wrong morphs. That was fixed with NifkSkope. 

Let me know if you're still having problems and what version of body you're using.

So not sure if anyone else has run into this bug but it just happened to me.  On Survival difficulty, using Survival Options mod to reenable fast travel, traveled to the Commonwealth using scooter, all things good.  When interacting with the scooter on the bridge to Sanctuary while overencumbered to travel back to Nuka World, screen flicks black, the sound file for the scooter plays, then screen goes back to normal and I'm still in Sanctuary, but now the scooter is gone.  Trying to interact with Charon at Drumlin Diner does not work, but thankfully the Nukatron Driver in Diamond City does.

I'm using CBBE 2.6.3 but I think it's the problem with some jiggle physics. Piercings look fine in the scenes, it's only a problem during standing/walking animations that the piercings kinda clip through breasts. Not really sure how to reduce the jiggle, maybe that would help...

@JB. doing my playthrough, when talking to Kaiser.

What is PC's motivation to fuck the Dog, 180 caps.  :classic_ohmy:

When the MCM has a payment slider that goes up to 2000 caps, there is no Motivation to fuck said Pooch except a Perversion.

My personal feelings say the payment slider should not be in the MCM and payments should be fixed. (a set amount)

For Hardcore sex scenes it should be higher than in non hardcore scenes.

Just a comment, I know you are a busy Modder.

 

 

EDIT; On my last Playthrough I made so many caps I could not spend them all during an entire playthrough!

I don't use CBBE, but it sounds like an issue you might encounter if you're using normal CBBE while the piercings were created for the 3BBB variant of CBBE or vice versa.

Yes, at first glance these points seem to contradict each other. But don't forget that different people play differently.
MCM allows you to customize the payment for both RP style and cheat style of play. But 180 caps per dog is part of the RP style.
For example: I play RP style, and I have 300/100/100 caps in the MCM. With my play style, 180 caps per dog is more than enough, given the circumstances.

If you put in MCM 2000 caps, then it's a cheat. And in that case, you should not be surprised that some elements of the game is not balanced.

 

Another point, based on the mod's story, our character doesn't know much about the world, she doesn't know the value of the caps. She doesn't understand 180 caps is a lot or a little. Just an example of our world: can you answer without googling 500 Dong is a lot or a little?

For this scene, 10 caps could have been offered, and then later in the story it could have been used in some way.

For example, when the character realizes the value of the caps, she could try to figure out why she was paid so little for that first scene. Or OB might mention it in some situations, saying she's a whore who agreed to fuck with a dog for only 10 caps.

 

Moreover, if you compare the prices with other mods, for example prostitution mods, then 180 caps is a lot.

Thats right.

 

That price is from Nuka Ride 1, before this was a porn studio mod. Kaiser asked the protagonist to shoot at least one scene for him so he could take her back to the Commonwealth. 

 

At that time the mod was designed so that you could go to Nuka World and use "Hardship" or "AAF Prostitution", without anyone recognizing you as "Overboss".

 

Well. In the case of Hardship, 180 is A LOT. The highest you can receive in Hardship is 150. 

 

And, Sir Bron, creating an entry in the MCM to adjust how much Kaiser will pay you, just that one time, at the start of the mod seems like a bit much to me.?

I see your point, but like you said "different people play differently".

I play CS prior to NR, plus my RP is the PC was tired of low life scum getting slapped on the wrist as a lawyer, while all the other Lawyers were sexually harrasing her to no end she saw she could make more money as a Prostitute.

She started hooking to support herself and her family and really enjoyed it far more than being a Lawyer.

Even if that RP style was tossed aside, CS before NR changes everything.

I was just giving my opinion that I thought the sliders for pay were something not needed, that the pay should be based on what sexual acts were performed, maybe more on par with Hardship pay scale to balance things out. 60 BJ, 120 for Vag, 180 anal and ditch the pay sliders altogether. 

Again it is just an opinion, did not mean anything by it.

If I am going to start crap by posting an opinion, I will just no longer post here if my opinion upsets you.

Axary is Russian and perhaps the forms can be lost in the translation, I didn't think so, but I can't comment properly because I'm Latin American and if I remember correctly, you are from Texas, right? So there is an interesting mix here and you must be predisposed to think that a post is not always shitting on your opinion, but rather developing its idea.

I always read "I have a lot of caps after finishing this mod" so I said "Well, Let's see what your wallet says when you have to buy these creams." ?

This has happened to me on earlier versions of the mod. In my case I used Cartography Guild mod to teleport to Diamond City and everything was good.

I don't know if anyone could help me. I am just starting the mod, i talked to charon and used all the dialogues available but i am still not able to advance to the next stage or travel. Is there anything i can do to allow me to travel there? what am i doing wrong lol
