Pyrus Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 Creature variants from mods (Skyrim Immersive Creatures in this case) that could use existing animations but Sexlab could not recognize. I've noticed SkyTEST Realistic Animals and Predators causes some issues but I'm not sure if it's variants or conflicting behaviours. I'll have a look in TES5edit. Edit: All default races in SkyTEST, for SL supported creatures anyway, lots of funky behaviors and new combat styles that are probably interfering with defeat and submit rather than sexlab.

IIrc its a mixed bag of 48 creature races from Immersive creatures.

If that's reset for any reason, like if you or a save editor rename your savegame but not your .skse, then you'd lose adjustments. Or if whatever skse plugin SL is using, storageutil I assume, isn't working or is the wrong version it might not save the adjustments at all.
malbolzcha Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 i cant get this new version to save my character adjustments. a couple of the scenes wont add the strap-on to my char. i sometimes only get voice from 1 char (unless their both playing the same voice in unison- idk) and sometimes none at all. during blowjob scenes chars dont open their mouth untill the last couple seconds of the scene. for some reason during some of the scenes the female equipable schlong "magically" pops out of whoever is on the female side and just lays flat on the "male" char stomach. i can use the controller to put it back inside but it pops out again like 4sec later.

It would be of great help to know if It's an issue with SexLab or with my config ... Your not the only one. I am having the same problem. Both the male and the female nudesuits (be they on the PC or NPC) are not equipping when the animations start. Sometimes they will equip in the middle of an animation during a stage change and then unequip again.

Every developer cannot think about everything when developing, and the biggest the project is the harder it is to release a fully working version. I know it is your project (btw, who is helping you for the development part?) and I understand why you let only the latest version of the framework on download but I also understand people thinking the framework can't be buggy, of course they are wrong because with this project you are trying to add a real adult dimension to a 18+ game which only had some vaguely dark quests and stories in the vanilla version to earn this 18+ rating, but you should understand all the hope and trust players put in your project, because let's face it, it is the most promising adult project ever made for a RPG. I know a lot of people talk about FO:NV and Oblivion but I do think Skyrim real adult projects can go much further than every adult project ever made for a RPG. One of the main reasons is that the next Elder Scrolls offline game will be released in ???? years, another one is that this community is growing up and full of talented people. That said, keep up the good work and take some breaks, you deserve them ! See ya !

Don't tell me all the versions work properly, it can't be possible. Every developer cannot think about everything when developing, and the biggest the project is the harder it is to release a fully working version. I don't think it's bug free obviously, I'm just saying all the people yelling about the update causing their game to crash, animations to not work, or other critical things being broken by the update, are by vast majority all caused by the person haphazardly installing/updating without following directions or the result of installing 1.50+ while leaving their various now incompatible mods still enabled, and then blaming their malfunction on SexLab instead instead of the out of date mod. It just annoys me people seem to immediately jump to the conclusion the mod is flat out broken and does not function, as if I've just been throwing out updates without testing them in the slightest to ensure they are infact functioning. And then all the while providing literally zero useful information to help troubleshoot anything. Did beta/alpha testing for this iteration of SexLab for roughly 2 months, and in that time 5,000+ people downloaded it. Everybody who reported back reported mostly successful with minor fixes needed here and there for the rest. The difference between that last released SexLab beta and the final 1.50 is incredibly minor. That beta was well reported to be stable and good to go, and it was mentioned from day one of the alpha releases backwards compatibility would be affected, yet people seem to be acting like it's on fire all of the sudden.

That's why I was angry when red: "SL 1.50+ is broken" IT IS NOT BROKEN! It may have some bugs and some mods aren't compatible with it, but it certainly IS NOT broken! All versions worked for me with minor tolerable issues. People expecting perfection at once. It doesn't go that way. Need to be more patient and tolerable, have respect for those who works hard (for free) for the enjoyment of all of us. I can't even imagine how hard it must of been for them to integrate so many mods into one framework and make it work. So, ashal, and your team, you have my utmost gratitude and respect.

I've tried them with SD+ and no enslavement started. Like they are still not recognized. Nor raped was triggered by defeat. But maybe it was an issue with SD+ not starting enslavement with IC Falmer and Defeat not still working well with 1.53.

crusher Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 can you flag SL mods by Title in the Framework sub-forum as compatible/non-compatible/unconfirmed? Color coded green/red/orange. I was personally having trouble with skse 1_7 without SL running; and the few SL mods I want to use are still being updated, so haven't jumped on board yet. Flagging would help. Thanks for the hard work. edit, mod authors could also add these flags when needed.

But all 5 falmer races and even the goblins with falmer behavior from Immersive Creatures have been added. I have no idea about SD+ though.
Ashal Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 Released update 1.54, changelog follows: Added 1 new doggystyle animation by Zynisch Added 2 giant and 1 horse animations by Panicforever Fixed issue making some characters not play lipsync Added temporary backwards compatibility scripts to force some previously incompatible mods to work with 1.54 until the mod author can do a proper update. Some other minor fixes I've tested the backwards compatibility scripts with SexLab Submit and SexLab Defeat, both had creature support restored. These backwards compatibility scripts are temporary however, any mod using them will print deprecated notice to the debug log along with a stack, and if development/debug mode is enabled they'll be printed to console as well. This is also likely the last update in the 1.5x series for awhile, minus any major fixes that come up and need to be done. In the meantime I'll be going back into break mode and focusing on other things, like catching the API documentation up.
