Sexlab Framework latest version has many problems, I'm sorry to say. Perhaps someone can help me improve its performance.

 

My experience so far:

 

Version 1.5 only allowed me to specify the basic settings: no animations, creatures, facial expressions, sounds, etc. No other mods worked.

 

Version 1.51 added facial expressions only.

 

Version 1.52 added the ability to toggle creatures only; no other animations (Fore play, Aggressive, etc). Animation Editor provided no animations to edit. Using this version only creatures could be targeted. Giants had no sound and erections became permanent. No other mod worked with v1.52.

 

I always use NMM to add mods to Skyrim and I started a new game with v1.5 and also with each subsequent update.

 

I have gone back to using v1.39b and everything is working again. I'm at a loss to understand what benefits v1.5+ brings to Skyrim. I say this with all due respect to Ashal, whose pioneering Framework has worked great up till this latest version. I'm sure there must be something I've overlooked; but I've even followed up NMM installation of v1.52 with a manual install without any improvement.

 

If anyone has had a good experience with v1.52, please let me know the steps you followed to get v1.52 to work.

 

since 1.5 I have similar problems:

• "Nusbie's Voices" mod isn't working anymore (it adds additional SexLab voices)
• Somehow the SFX won't play (only the vanilla sexlab voices work)
• Also the automatic free camera mode doesn't work like it did before (I cannot move my viewing position, only the angle and direction I look from there) Edit: Free Cam doesn't work for Radiant Prostitution triggered animations (which worked before), oddly for the rest it works just fine.

nusbie's voices uses an extra esp file so I guess it could be at fault for not being up to date...

but the sfx bug is awkward, aswell as the TFC bug

I can give you such a list in 30 mins to an hour or so for DLC, Vanilla, and SIC creatures (6.5.2).

Note: there is a pending SIC 7, but it has no planned release date.

Runs excellent. 

Unfortunately, I now lack the magic of rape and consensual rape. 

Can someone please help me.

If you didn't remove the old version you might still be running that one.

It isn't working correctly for me either, even on a new game.

 

Unrelated to the subject above, some expressions are not working for me. The most obvious one is that both male and females do not open their mouths for oral.

Still having issues with something interfering with arousal. To be more specific, it only seems to work sometimes. Especially first time being seen by NPC. Can stand nude in front of NPC for 5 plus minutes and their arousal will not go up at all, regardless of arousal exposure settings. I have tried it on 1-10, with cloak enabled and disabled, as male and female PC. Yet walk about 50 yards away from the NPC but where they can still see you are nude and stand for 10 seconds. Go back to them and their arousal now works as it should. Also if you engage in sexual activity in front of them their arousal will start to work. Have tried re-installing arousal, makes no difference. Still works perfect with 1.39 but 1.5+ have had issues.

Thanks but now works no script that use the new Framework from sexlab 1,52 ,can still ask for sex and similar but then nothing happen no animations the only walk away and noting more happen, .

Have do all you write how to update try many time so to get all work again i most go back to 1,39b

I have noted that when tfc is enabled the facial expression and lip sync don't plays, maybe is wa everyone is stating that happens but if u disable tfc it is played

I haven't tested everything yet , but so far things seem to be working very well with the upgrade. Animations are starting properly and are much smoother than ever. No errors or corrupt saves and all animations registered correctly. I'll keep testing and report back with any errors I find but so far at least - it's working perfectly !

Apologies to Ashal and others for my panic concerning troubles installing v1.52. I initially installed it the same way I have installed all previous versions. Having re-installed v1.39b, I finally followed Ashal's instructions and removed all other Sexlab mods; used Framework's clean function; removed v1.39b using NMM and performed a clean save. Then installed v1.52 and all the functions are now available. I have not tested any of the animations yet, but am confident all compatible mods will work.

Went from 1.30 to 1.57 and although it loaded and Sexlab appeared in my MCM, the spells fizzle. I went in and selected several things, i noted that when i went to look at animations lists, there did not appear to be any. The titles were there, for aggressive, etc, but no list of animations. Went back to 1.30 everything worked fine. It says I need a new SKSE but when I went to the download page I have the latest  1_06_16.7. I wonder if i missed a step or two in turning things on?

SL is the greatest mod, no doubts my favourite, I'm just unhappy v1.50+ is leading to CTD, regardless even if I start a new game. Something is suddenly broken, each day a new update didin't fix it yet. But it could be 1.7 alpha release of SKSE either? Not sure where to to hook into the used mod list or what to do... - maybe just wait for the next fix?

 

I was having issues with 1.7 and CTDs; going back to 1.6 and ssme removed CTDs. This was before the release of SL 1.5

I think you are right. Although I didn't fully went back to SKSE 1.6, just the replacement of skse_steam_loader.dll (- before upgrading SL and SKSE 1.7, I used a compiled version of skse_steam_loader.dll according to ZerOxShadows patch -) with a 1.6 release compiled version stopped frequent CTDs. It is no evidence and maybe the true reason is a secondary bug elsewhere, but it really looks like SKSE 1.7 alpha release is not working for me, at least not this DLL.

I am using 1.7 and had no issues then I upgraded to Sexlab 1.50 every 30 mins crash....1.51 every 30 mins CTD....1.52 4 hours of gameplay 1 CTD I call this an amazing improvement
