Hi ! When i get sent to prison for not getting the proper money amount after doing my quota nothing is happening. So i appear in the prison on an X-cross bondage, and i saw a dude (i forgot his name, but let call it jailor) so hes there but nothing is happening. Be mindfull that everything else in the mod work. So does any other moth with Fuz roh or Zaz...so i dont think it would be the problem.

 

But beside my version is Skyrim SE 1.5.97.

Again, simply download the SE versions of the mods, not the LE versions.

 

Nexus has a Skyrim LE section and a Skyrim SE section. As you apparently use Skyrim SE only download Skyrim SE mods, unless the description clearly tells you a LE mod works in SE, too.

Also, as you seem to have started playing Skyrim recently, note that there is Skyrim SE (1.5.XX) and Skyrim AE (1.6+). You may need to downgrade your Skyrim installation to SE until more modders have updated their mods to AE.

 

Also, I am not seeing LOOT and either FNIS or Nemesis in your executables in MO2. You will properly run into issues eventually without LOOT, and SexLab won't work without at least one of the other two.

Just dropping a little idea:

perhaps the ability to turn off the forced "can't leave town while public whore" in enforced mode.

When playing with endless mode - and I do love that mode - once you reach 3rd punishment you can't leave the town.
And since you are never done with your duty that kind of gets you stuck in that town. 

Sure you could get enslaved by bandits or be bought by one of the clients or even pick the Lola questline, but having the extra option would be nice.

Or perhaps instead of a (de)buff preventing you from leaving, maybe along with the yoke and shackles we could get an upgraded collar that prevents us from leaving?
That way if you manage to get rid of the collar or bribe the blacksmith with many other mods that allow such option, you could just get out of that town and be safe, at least until next time :P

I'm excited to try this mod, still working on getting enough fame for it to trigger. Just wondering, are there plans to add an early forced mode if you have a bounty? I would love it if there was a dialogue where the thane would approach you and say something like "I see you've committed crimes in [whichever city}, if you're interested I have a job you'd be perfect for. Do this for me and we'll forget about your bounty, and you might even make some money." Might be difficult to make work if the guards are trying to arrest you, but when your bounty's not high enough for the guards to do anything unless you talk to them it could be a good option. Or if they'll find you when you're in another hold so the guards don't get in the way.

Would it be possible in a future version to include the Ratway and the Ragged Flagon as part of Riften, so  that you can go service the Thieves Guild and have it count.  And not get told to go back to the city.

One of my objectives is to make enforced mode turn off after decreasing your punishment score (it's supposed to decrease a little bit with each time you're compliant, feel like that isn't working right now but I don't remember), so that's at least something towards that. An MCM toggle would also be trivial though. The collar might be harder, not sure how much harder yet. It may have been part of the initial brainstorm, but then trying to add a collar toggle made things more cluttered, script-logic-wise

I may be able to do that and add another vanilla arrest dialogue path. Building bounty/crime functionality is worth doing but I need to investigate a few things to see what is feasible.

Not sure what would go into that one, might be possible to add alternate locations to cities in PW's eyes, which would help in other aspects of the mod too.

 

The main obstacle would be keeping it in line with the story of the mod; normally the guards are supposed to be monitoring progress (which is not very plausible but I think it's probably good enough) - I suspect the Thieves Guild would have enough influence to contribute reports about the PC's progress maybe?

I actually like that with enforced endless mode you are stuck in a city.

I use PW as a soft game over; instead of death and a loading screen, the PC is handed over to PW via SS++ and has to live the rest of their life there.

It's some issue with the package, I think @Bane Master found a script fix for it but I have no idea why it only seems to appear in some people's games.

 

It isn't critical to fixing it but if people who experience that could send their load order it would assist future development

Hello, I have a problem, I do not know if it is a compatibility error but when it comes to be taken to the Simple Slavery++ mod I do not get the PW option. Do you know what the problem is.

But beside my version is Skyrim SE 1.5.97.

I'm having a similar issue but in my case the screen stays black after the "a figure enters the room" pop-up and nothing happens; using SE version. MO is also warning me that Public Whore.esp is form 43 but I have verified that I downloaded the Se version.

 

I'm actually a bit puzzeled by that as it's giving me the same error for a couple of others but in each case I know I got the SE version.

Just shut down CK but I'll look at that tomorrow, I think it failing there would likely be a different issue

As far as the form 43/44 thing goes, I think esps made for LE are capable of working with SE unless they utilize that form, which PW likely doesn't. In my limited reading the consensus on whether or not they should be converted because of that was mixed.

That is weird. My MO2's notification shows nothing wrong ( aside from Overwrite )

Thanks, but I think there are some issues and it looks like ZAZ is breaking FNIS for me - I've uninstalled for now but will see if a reinstall fixes things. I'm just starting out on a playthrough so happy to test anything if need be.

 

Also, on the download page you mentioned if we would like a version without the ZAZ dep - if it's not too much work to do that eventually, then yes please. I've found ZAZ... 'quirky'.

That's right - if you register ZAZ animations, they will work... partly. If you then run the FNIS, then everything is a Т pose. Only a new game will help.

It's very unlikely at this point, I should probably remove that statement. I wrote it when the ZaZ soft-dependency implementation was still in place, but later versions have done away with it to clean up the code.

@Visio Diaboli I have noticed a mistake in the wording of one of the options on the MCM currently. Specifically on the Startup and Quota Settings page, the mistake is that the word duration is lowercase. I think and reason that since it is the label (name) of an option, and not part of a sentence; it should be have a capitalised first letter (e.g. Duration).

Yea for some reason the engine has certain strings that it just does whatever the hell it wants with, instead of preserving the case that I originally wanted to output. Don't know if a workaround exists or not.

I've had some success with adding a single space before a word to keep the game engine from using the cached lowercase version, e.g., " Duration" rather than "Duration".

That could work, I think a dropdown is the main place it occurs; only have to worry about option texts after that
