How did you pack the files? Using Archive2 directly? If so, there's some stuff you have to keep in mind.

 

You need to pack the Textures folder alone into a BA2 archive with "DDS" type and "Default" compression (make sure to just hit "New" in Archive2 and set up the type first before you start packing), then save that archive as "(name of the plugin without file extension) - Textures.ba2". Note the spaces before and after the -, those are important.

 

Then you pack Meshes, Materials and Scripts into a separate archive with "General" type and "Default" compression, and name it "(name of the plugin without file extension) - Main.ba2".

In this case, since the main plugin is FurryFallout.esp, you should end up with two archives: "FurryFallout - Textures.ba2" and "FurryFallout - Main.ba2". Same goes for FurryFalloutNPCs.esp and its corresponding files or whatever.

 

I can guarantee this works fine because I've done it myself with FF (and all my other mods) and I've had no issues at all.

You did include some patched FaceRegion TXT files in the Bodyslide download to fix the missing eye head part association entry (so eye color can be changed on lions), so maybe you changed the eye bone transform values by mistake and that's what throwing the game off when trying to apply them to NPCs.

Part of the issue with the morphs is that a bunch of the npcs have a multiplier that exaggerates their morphs. I'm now setting that to 1 everywhere.

So, I just installed B.08 and now my mod manager is telling me that ZEX Extended Skeleton is entirely redundant because of the files in Furry Fallout. Is it safe to uninstall ZEX, or is it still a prerequisite for the mod?

NO! Keep Zex, delete the files from my mod. They're down in meshs/actors/character/characterassets and they are only there because I need them for my testing and if I'm not careful I end up including them in my mod.

Which is better choice here and do i load these above furryfallout?

 

I already have 

Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR) installed.

 

 

 

I have been Crashing a-lot at random.

Crash log points to something to do with File Name: Name: "skin_bone_L_EarMid"   and    "DATA\MESHES\FFO\Clothes\Longshoreman\HatM_faceBones.nif"

hey i have the devius devices mod and the sister mod tortoure devices and the mods clothing isint working on the player avatar could you update your mod to work with it in the future?

This hat from https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Longshoreman_outfit_(Fallout_4)  will crash your game, Happens on Male lion/Not tested on other races or female 

Heres is the ID   player.additem 001FA250

 

This has lead to not being able to explore some of the areas cause some NPCs are wearing this hat and it will instant crash if a NPC loads in with it

 

This is Furry fallout issue!  "DATA\MESHES\FFO\Clothes\Longshoreman\HatM_faceBones.nif"

Just tested this myself. Can Confirm it is the Yellow slicker hat Male version causing the issue. Instant crash on equip.

New version going up now. This has a fix to the longshoreman's hat and full face morphs for cheetah and hyena. Also the heads have been fixed so there should be no neck seam at all. Also too, the furrifier applies morphs to all races that have them. This gives more variety to the NPCs, but, flip side, some are funny looking. Send me pics of anyone who's particularly warped and I'll put in a fix. 

 

For this version I packed everything into archives so there may be problems from that. I also packed the texture files and that can cause problems as well. So let me know if anything is missing. (Fuck. Like, for example, the tint mask files which don't have the _d and so they don't get handled by Icestorm's thing, which means they aren't in the kit. Look out for 0.9.1 of the main Furry Fallout in a few minutes.)

 

Ugh. Other than that, have fun.

 

Edit: Okay, it's up now. I have to say, can't tell that either doing the archives or packing the images made much difference to file size.

amazing i feel like a real mod tester now.

Also I hope I can just remove and swap the furry fallout v0.8 and replace with latest without starting over

Also bodyslide has issue for male horses

Seems the male horse bits has some weighting problems there. It seems to get increasingly distorted once you scale the bodyslider options for muscles or anybody parts

Dunno how much I'm going to fix the wide eyes. Mama Murphy seems okay to me, Preston is extreme but maybe ok, tho maybe not for that character. Anyway I didn't do the fix yet so bring larger eyes back in and down, which I think is what's going on with him. I might set it up so male eyes just don't go as large as female eyes.

 

I'll hunt down the bug in the horse bits. Blender does this stupid thing were a vert gets offset by a very small amount in every morph. Looks okay when you apply them one at a time but when you stack them it goes out of control.

i'm having a hard time getting this to work with coldsteeljs weight gain mod, i copied a vortex profile where it was working with the vulpine mod, and i pretty much just replaced the vulpine npc replacer to this and used the lykaios player esp.

chef hat crashes immediately after equip some NPC must have had it on which caused me many of sadness while exploring out for too long without Saving (Survival mode) ?

Can confirm this as well as I just tested it. Gave myself the Chef hat and immediately was Chef Boyardee'd back to desktop.

Will fix.

 

Likely if you remove the facebones file that will solve the crash, tho the hat won't fit right.

Er only problem is, Seems the only thing I have in that file path is \Data\meshes\FFO\Body   ... Bodies....

 

I do not know how to edit   .ba2 files

Maybe this will help https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17061

Just unzip the desired file. After editing, simply paste the file into the correct folder. The file does not need to be repackaged.

Also with the latest version, NPC's in Diamond City broke again with Skin mismatching and Cathy lost her head again. This was not the issue in version 0.8 .... But now resurfaced in 0.9

 

Example of NPC's . I have not encountered any other NPCs with this problem other than these guys
