You're not blind, it seems the author deleted the mod.

 

This mod has same function

Well, one of the same functions. ZBG had both LooksMenu slider definitions and example BodyGen configuration. ZIGS only supplies sliders, because too many users didn't want the BodyGen configs and couldn't figure out how to turn them off or tune them to suit their preferences.

 

Note that ZIGS is missing the new sliders for BT4, but its existing BT3 sliders should still work with BT4 (and FG hasn't changed recently so is fully supported of course).

 

As for BodyGen, I have my own configs I use with sort of a bell curve to make extreme shapes (scrawny, fat, huge jugs, etc) far less common and make more subtle ones the norm, but am planning to put together a companion mod for ZIGS around that concept (ZeX Auto-Generated Shapes, or ZAGS) that will have a FOMOD for picking the frequency distribution (Well-Fed Commonwealth, No Fatties, whatever).

I think you have mixed up the mods for the version before and after the Next-Gen update.  The NG version is worth a shit, I personally am on the pre-NG version.

I recommend stick on Fallout 4 version 1.10.163.0  When downloading mods, be careful which version they are intended for.
