What's that [EC] Sy.... mod? Is it Synthesis? I suspect something there can be a problem...

Yes that is a Synthesis Patch. All it does it adds SLA keywords to the devices.

Which means it overwrites devices records, which means it could be source of the problem.

I tried it without the synthesis patch. I get the same error when I open the sale menu. I am assuming this error does not happen for you right?

Indeed, I run UD for a really long time. I run Skyrim LE, DD5.2, UD, US, bunch of other bondage mods.

Ah sweet, I'll give it a try. Where did you put UD in your load order? If you can remember

Hey all, chance of ConsoleUtilSSE being updated to 1.6.1130 at this point is remote as is required for UD. Anyone have a workaround or a 'patched' version of ConsoleUtil?

You can get latest here when it's updated (if it ever will be):

In the meantime you can try and downgrade your Skyrim.

 

Also you cannot rush the author, he pretty surely knows.

Love this mod and all that it does but I am having to drop it for a while as it has become too broken  for me to use easily.  No widgets, broken animations and constant error messages. I am not tech wizard so I cannot even describe the problems correctly or decipher the pages of comments here trying to fix them.  I do wish you all luck in fixing this awesome mod  and I will be back once better minds than mine have made it stable and working again...  Good luck to all...

Hello,

i would like to ask question - my game some time ago (too long to rotate all save backups) in state "Disabled or updating" with "Updating step: 16". Is there any way to try repair it (from console? from some savegame editor?).

2.1 SE, nothing changed after upgrade to 2.1.1

 

(I already found article 3 pages back, which recommend uninstalling UD+DD +clean save and ends with recommendation to new save anyway)

 

BTW otherwise i like UD, great mod :) thank for it.

Hey I just redid my mods for 1.6.1130 and some of the items get the "ID have no UD_CustomDevice_EquipScript script!" Ref: [zadequipscript<(address)>] and then it thinks the items timed out although they are equipped, I use DD 5.2.7 with DD NG. The items are from DDe esm. It does that on coloured variants of the catsuit equipent and some gags, some yokes etc.

From console helped:

SETPQV UD_Main _Updating_var False

SETPQV UD_Main _Disabled_var False

 

and Save&Load

the dd patch goes automatically into the esl space

can someone help me? That bug blocks any  attempt to escape devices saying " You are already doing something" except im not, updating  and trying " general fix" option in debug menu didnt helpimage.png.e663172cfa1317064d77bfeeac5d57c6.png

Use ConsoleUtilSSE NG, seems to work for me.

Hi guys,

 

I have a question regarding follower support for this mod. Are there any requirements/ problem with removing follower armor before equiping devious devices? Does this mod require/ play nice with follower frameworks that have their own modifications to allow you to remove followers armor? The reason I ask is that what I would like to have either devious skyrim or deviously cursed chests to equip devices to me and my follower with armors getting completely removed and in the past had problems with this (skyrim forcefully trying to requip armor to my follower). Any advice here would be much appreciated ?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but are there any other ways to force the black goo on the DB, other than the traps?

 

Such as any integration with Skooma Whore forced drugs?
