It appears something to do with widgets not loading properly. If you reload the save, it should update (it'll display a message when it's finished). I only know of one access in sslSystemConfig where you try to access the "DoNothing" property. This one does no longer exist in p+ and theres a chance that there will be other changes of this kind causing more issues down the line ^^' Itd be good if you could rewire these calls, allowing me to move more freely in SLs code base and ensurin your mod stays compatible in the future 1

And I know it kinda goes against the spirit of this mod but you could also add like a "self-locking" modifier to devices to make wearing devices sometimes less punishing but more risky if that feature can remain a thing.

Echoing what @Fart N. said earlier in this thread, I found that patching mods is generally quite easy thanks to the kit provided by @ihatemykite. Hell, I even managed to do it as a Vortex scrub (though I did have to get MO2 for the first couple steps). However, word of warning - I was unable to patch the chastity belts used by Pet Project, as it seems those use an incompatible script (see picture). It's a shame too, since those items are basically the central point to the whole mod. I'm sure someone more technical than me could manage, and they're welcome to try! This function isn't needed if you are using the correct locomotion poses, as I've found out trying to make DD play with DAR.

The LO is also new with many DD mods added that came out in the last ~12 month. So far I like that it goes into detail how devices are locked and actually everything else too. DDs shouldn't be escaped from too easily. What is the experience so far (can change quickly as soon as I get familiar with the mod while playing. it's actually too soon to give feedback. but you asked for it with the feedback poll ^^): UD struggle minigame solo/with NPC help around lvl 1-3: low lvl with low SP won't be able to struggle out of anything, even with the help of any NPC. might be doing it wrong, don't see my PC/hotkeys has any effect on the minigame I didn't read the UD manual yet, because I always try first to find out what a mod does ingame. atm I try all mods installed that help with DDs, but I haven't tried all of them yet. I should reduce difficulty I guess, but that feels like cheating. For now I still have escape options left I didn't try. Because of that, when the incompatible script is present on the device, it is skipped (like in this case). If you want to patch a device with custom script, you have to create new script. You can check the example mod more about how to create custom script. Lastly, @peperoach have contacted me some time ago, as they wanted to get some help with creating patch for Pet Project. Every device have physical and magickal resistance. Because of that you have to choose the most effective minigame. You can check the "manuall" for some basic information about generic struggle minigames. The manual is still WIP. Any feedback is welcome. If you don't understand something, then ask, and I will at least know what should I add in it. This really have not that big gameplay impact. Main reason why I added it was to create more immersive orgasm system then the one used by DD (which was just random number generator in while loop). This system also allows to make more custom vibrators, allowing to create some effect not possible in DD. For example, edge is done in a way that vibrator actually stops vibrating just before actor reaches orgasm. Does it make any gameplay change ? No. Purpose is not to change gameplay, but to change user's perspective on its game character. In DD, the calculation for orgasm and edge is the same. Only thing that change is the favour text and send event. For low lvl it has a HUGE impact. Maybe even for higher lvls if UD's settings get modified to compensate for more SP/MP. I wonder if you could add a system to resist those vibrations, like the device escape minigame just for forced orgasms instead. I think it can have a huge impact on the escape game if magic and stamina is low from too many orgasms, because this will prevent the PC from an easy escape. Especially in higher lvls there SP/MP are much higher. SLsurvival's orgasm fatigue has some effect like that. Also makes more vulnerable against SCB and SL defeat exhaustion defeat. Low magic also limits mage based players, while low stamina will hinder fighter builds. So if you make it so that orgasm fatigue triggered by DDs linger longer you rise the difficulty of the game,m while also making any restist minigame more meaningful. What I like so far is to see the added animations and widgets/bar. Nice to see the effect of mods like DT2/Devious Lore that can be set so wearing devices actually reduces arousal over time. donttouchmethere Posted May 31, 2023 Posted May 31, 2023 Happened only once so far: Orgasm animation doesn't stop playing even after the any DDs stopped vibrating, the vibration related idle repeats in an endless loop. No keys (jump/struggle...) will stop the animation. Here an example what it says if I try to struggle to break the arousal animation loop: "You are doing something already" Spoiler UD > debug > general fix solved the issue by stopping the loop. No bad effects after that.

I don't know much about programming, so ultimately you might be right ? Though, if you have been using Roggvir's script for DAR, it has a bug where it copies the incorrect locomotion animations into folders disregarding the +1 naming scheme - and as soon as you put the correct poses into correct folders, that code actually messes up the idles. I wrote about that in the dev thread, and since then did an update to that script with some good results. However, I do understand that the few people who are using DD to DAR currently, are probably using Roggvir's version atm, and it might be a wise choice to keep the current system around - I'll try to check out how does the updated DAR conversion behave with regular FNIS, DAR and the current UD ?

Holding the S button while color is changed will result in different effects. Red: Reduce stamina consumption by 75% Green: Reduces orgasm progress. Also reduces stamina consumption by 25%. Blue: Reduces arousal. Also reduces stamina consumption by 25%. Effects are active for as long as the button is pressed and the color is changed. If the button is pressed while color is normal (pink), stamina consumption will increase by 100%. Duration of how long will be color changed is random, so sometimes its better to stop pressing the S button befor it changes to normal color and starts draining more stamina
