This seems to be getting better and better :) I think the toy family of mods also can use a toy defeat mod and a toy rape mod :) if somebody hasnt mentioned that already or is it a part of something already? Keep it up :)

I agree that some mod authors need to make these, although I have a different perspective, a bit, maybe...

  • Central purpose of a defeat mod, is usually sex as consequence of defeat during combat, instead of death
  • Central purpose of a non-consensual love mod, Is sex

In that pure context, these are entirely about using a sex framework for sex. No bondage framework needed.

 

But in both cases you can spice it up with many other elements, including equipping toys. This can be great and I'd encourage people to consider making that for Toys, or adapting their existing.

 

Personally I like it best when the mod's central theme is NOT one of those things above, at least not alone. But instead the mod has another central theme, and includes elements of these. Of course that can take more work, but it's the other thing I'd like to encourage. 

 

If you are familiar with SLaVE, it has both of those two elements, sort of, but in very different ways.

Yes?! Then I have this for you! :P

 

The Voice in My Head feature needs more lines. If you are playing Toys, you will have seen them, and if you play it long enough you will see it plays from a few randomly, but we need more than a few.

 

The attached text file contains examples of what's there (there's more now but here's enough examples). I'd love to take contributions (i.e. additions to this text file). I'd put them in the next release, which is SOOON. I will give credit of course.

 

(this is a repost from before, were I did get some contributions boosting the total lines by 25%. Let's go for another 25% or more !)

I am by no means an erotic author, but I drafted a few that might be good. Some playful, some submissive, some lore friendly, and some maybe funny (to me at least).

 

Feel free to use them, change them, adapt them, draw inspiration from them, etc.

yes i am famliar with slave but its been a long time. the reason for that is that its not compatible in any way with dd. And i do like dd. People that like dd also like slave but they are not compatible. so ..... . there is that. What i do remember about slave is the part you need to try to be a virgin. So... without any kinda defeat or rape mod its extremely easy to stay a virgin. So yes the purposes of those mods is having sex, but thats what slave needs otherwise ill always be a virgin and there will be no challenge at all to slave.

SLaVE or any Toys content mod runs fine along side of DD. 

 

SLaVE does loads of its own sex. There's several surprise cases of losing virginity. And it has the love shout that basically lets you love everything in sight, to death, even the bloody dragons! :P  Not saying we don't need some more mods doing these things, the more the merrier.

Hello, I am not an experienced modder and I am asking for your help.
I tried to install this mod but failed to find the outfit and the present in the Bodyslide application.
Where does Vortex Mod Manager put those if Bodyslide can't find them. Or do i need to copy some textures into my Bodyslide directory?

Read step 2 carefully. Static, I think you are stuck at this point. Did you downlead and install BOTH required files? My first guess is that you did not.

 

Next is step 6. Did you walk through each of the steps in the FAQ? Do them precisely... If you don't know how, you may need to goggle and find one of the many boydslide beginners guides. 

 

 Arastal you will need to give me a whole lot more detail for further help, if the FAQ does not help you.

 

  1. Make sure you've installed the Requirements listed above. This includes Sexlab's requirements
  2. Download the Toys Framework LE file from this page, AND the appropriate Blodyslide package
  3. You can optionally download Toy Story LE from this page too. More on Toy Story HERE 
  4. Install each file with a Mod Manager. If prompted about overwriting files, you should allow the overwrite 
  5. Use Generate FNIS for Users and "Update FNIS Behavior". Watch for errors! Most common is exceeding the maximum animations
  6. Build toys with Bodyslide. See steps in FAQ #1. One of the most common mistakes is not getting this step right. Check the FAQ carefully
  7. Once in game use this mod's MCM option "Run Installation Test" on the first tab. If the test fails, see Troubleshooting #1. There is no point in proceeding if this test fails

oh they go waaaaay beyond just sexy.... orgasmic is the word here. They are implemented in the next release now and I have already seen a few popping up while I test the new denial feature. I did a bit of Grammerly massaging and used all but 2.

Hello. First things first, thank you for your hard work.

 

Quick question about Toy Story: how could I fix not finding the NPC in Helgen? I've ran through the ruins at least twice and even wandered into the keep, but the guy wasn't there.

Using SE, by the way.

 

Could this be an issue with my game start mod? I'm skipping the default tutorial thanks to QuickStart3_NoHelmet, from Dimes Quickstart mod.

Worst case scenario, could you please provide an NPC code so that I could just spawn the guy? if the bug's extension is the NPC not showing up, I can leave with that and just use the cheat engine.

You are getting the A Toy Story Quest starting I assume... When that quest is made active in your journal, you should have a map marker on the NPC. No intent of making you search for the guy. Do you get no map marker? If no map marker then something wrong in your installation, so read on.

  • I don't know anything about those game start mods, so yes it could be. Would not be my first guess though. NPC location is purposely out of the way where lots of Helgen changes have been made by other mods
  • Did you start a new game, when you first installed Toys? If not, good chance it's that. You'd have a corrupt save, and that's the main cause of a missing asset. Lots of ways your save could be corrupt, as you need to follow the Golden Rule
  • Spawning the NPC in won't work... he's dead, and need to be dead but wont just spawn in dead as a corpse you can open

I was initially confused as well, but found out that the problem was simply that the quest was not set active. I've used an alternate start mod, that shouldn't be the problem. Check whether the quest is in the journal and make sure to set it active.

Hi. Thank you for the reply, I'll take a look immediately and tell you if it's working. Got the issue on a new game, of course, not an ongoing save file.

I have a question. Which crawling animations do you use for the ponytail toy? Like what are the names of those files. I've been tinkering around in TesEdit and I want to experiment. I obviously won't release anything without your permission (and I don't think I have the skill to release anything in this type of modding someone else would want anyway).

Crawl uses Alternate Animations (AAs) through FNIS, just like like arm binding and yoke. You can see in the Toys FNIS definition file, right in the header...

Thank you. I think I understand. I'm trying to make an item with a different item slot so I can crawl whenever like the ponytail animation (which is the first time I've seen one with a sprint animation too) that way I can crawl but with different tails in the tail slot. Or better yet, if I can make it an FNIS PCEA animation set then it won't need to take up any slots and I can just enable the animations in MCM. ^-^

You could add the ToysEffect_Crawl keyword to any toy. Done, that's all you need. Instead of messing with Toys.esm, which is harder, you could do that in the Classic Toy Box for example. You'd have to re-do if there's an update. But if you know CK or XEdit, you can do this in a minute.

 

Better yet, make your own tox box. Guide is here. You could clone toys from Toys, and do your own effects, like the crawl. Maybe even make or find your own meshes and textures and make a new toy box that you publish! No scripting required.
