I'm talking about everything being censored. Yes, they wear underwear now. There are screenshots out there of NPCs that should be nude but are instead all wearing the same generic black underwear. It may not be every one of them, but the vast majority.

 

Edit: I can at least confirm personally that the exotic dancers are censored. They have pasties and g-strings. They didn't have them on day one.

Just want to note that with the 1.05 patch that's just been released, you can still use the underwear patcher to remove underwear from the game.

hex edits won't allow you to change any significant game mechanics. You'll have to make reference to external resources via hacking. And there will be a lot of bugs and shit.

Here is some screenshots of NPC on street with full nudity. I take those screenshot on the day the game released so it must be day one version. Feel free to compared it to the current version. I hasn't noticed any other NPC like this in my game since then.

Yep! It's even worse with the uh... "bigger" tattoos ^^' It's... a real shame some shirts do that but maybe they just want us to be naked?

I noticed most the tank top and shirt and even some jacket do that. The only tops that doesn't do that is the strapless one. This one for example. Clean skin, no texture bug

Don't expect this to change, unfortunately. CDPR has confirmed the removal of genitals from FPP and Photo mode is not temporary/a bug, but fully intended. (see screenshots - not mine, just taken from a different forum and have seen this confirmed on different places, so it is legit)

 

 

This game is being censored and those with concerns about it silenced.

Did you try out the nudity filter on that save? Because it's bugged so once you turn it off again the censorship stays permanently.

Had it on off since the beginning... like the weird thing is some are still nude e.g the hooker with the spiky arms! Am gonna do some testing now tho - on a fresh save! Completely forgot the filter was a thing ?

Atm all we can do is wait for you to fix the game they removed the immersion for me totally, not only the nudity and sex that we wanted but also alot of other stuff like.. lol cop cars ever seen a cop follow you if u do a crime in a car? its because there are none(this is just one of many proofs this game is missing alot of stuff)

i left a negative review on steam because at its current state the game is a fraud.

I know mods are still been worked on, but i cant stress enough how badly i want a nude mod for Judy. Her sex scene is hot but its so short and the bad first person view and angles really stops you from seeing everything  clearly.

in the sex scene with Judy, if i active photo mode then use this mod to move the camera around it does work but the screen is still blurred with the depth of field from the original camera, so when you move the camera out for a better view its really blurry.

 

 turned depth of field off in the games settings and i also turned it off in photo mode but its still there as its super blurry if you move the camera back a tiny bit.
