After some fiddling around aka. New save - the NPCs in question are still not censored! 'cept the neon stripper coz I SWEAR she didnt used to have nipple tape. If anyone has a screenies of the generic Npc strippers all over town, I'd be thankful, a lot! Coz clothed strippers are... Weird and I wonder if its part of the supposed censoring, or just a bug. Some NPCs with see through clothes also seem to wear underwear while others with the same Clothes don't. It's all really weird. GoG let's you downgrade versions so I might try that eventually! No promises tho ?

That holo dancer was always censored. They didnt change any of the censorship, guys chill. some npcs just wear different less revealing cloths that others. And those fully clothed strippers have been there from the start too.

modders can and are extracting models and textures as we speak, and it IS possible to alter them. It is just not known yet how to inject modded models and textures back into the game.

That's a real shame... guess I was hoaxed  Tho, they did put us V's into panties - I know it's intended buuuut it does feel a lot like censorship!

But do you think it is necessary? Wasn't the game uncensored in the original release pre-1.03? Is it possible to look at that version of the game and see what was change or was the change more complicated than just changing some values?

So using that mod that lets you move the camera around better, and another mod to help remove the depth of field i got these nice Judy pics from her sex scene

Im pretty sure the game was always censored.....by that i mean always wearing underwear outside of inventory screen. But regardless there is the issue (imo) that the default female (and male) genital textures are just bad. Those imo need to be modded.

I checked a 1.03 screenshot of the holo dancer in Mox, she's already using breast tapes and a g-string

I can confirm V is always wearing underwear in FPP and photo mode. I play this game on day one and they're always like that. I play female v and she always have panties on outside of inventory screen. As least I can still be topless though. I don't know why people think they're censored.  Some people think its a bug but now CDP said its intentional.

The 1.05 patch only fix the problem with penis sticking out of clothes with male V. It don't have anything to to with censored.

So has anyone considered that you BEING nude outside inv n stuff day one was the bug rather than the other way around? or perhaps intentionally done by the day one devs to give modders eventually a way to fix what they knew would have to be patched out due to corporate being corporate?

That's what unpacking (and soon™), repacking archives, is for.
And progress has, and is, being made.

Besides, altering functions of code you have no source access for is always gunna be problematic. Bad enough when you do have source-code access, at times.

Plus, y'know, the *.ini changes altering driving, or traffic (lettin roads get crowded, bein the main one there I think) exist already, same with binding dodge to require another keypress, same for forcing the 'slow-walk'.

So i used 2 different mods and changed some game settings.

 

the first thing i did was in game turn off the depth of field, as during the sex cinematics the camera cant focus and will be really blurry unless your right up close. But turning off the depth of field only seemed to work for gameplay not the sex cinematics. So after turning it off in the menu, save your game and quit.

 

next download this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/183 its a tool you extract to the games install folder, run it. This will load up a bunch of settings to tweak, just untick depth of field & film grain then close this tool.

 

then download this mod https://github.com/FransBouma/InjectableGenericCameraSystem/releases/tag/CP102 this will give you like a 2nd camera with more freedom of movement. extract this to any  folder. then start the game and once your in gameplay go and run that mod. you will need to click to "Inject DLL" keep this mod open in the background and go back to game.

 

then your done, when you want to take a photo and move the camera around open the games default photo mode, then press the "ins" key this will enable the 2nd camera then press "del" key to hide the games hud/ui.

 

then just move the camera around, controls are a bit tricky till you get used to it. 

this is basic controls...

 

The mouse will pan turn the camera left/right and up/down
8,4,5,6 will move the camera up, left, down, right
7,8 will move the camera down/up
1,2,3 will tilt left/reset tilt/tilt right
home will fix the camera in place so it cant move

 

then to take a photo i used Nvidia Ansel to take the screenshots. as when using this 2nd camera the games default photo mode seems not to take a picture.

I've been using the camera mod mentioned above to view how different animations in the game look in real time. It seems like many of the animations V does are actually quite well made, though there are skeleton and weighting issues occasionally. Female V's shoulders are oddly very wide outside of photo mode and the inventory screen, and some clothing clips around the collarbone area. The head is of course missing as well.

 

I'm not too familiar with mod creation, but does anyone who is experienced think fixing skeleton/weighting and head missing issues would be anything particularly difficult at some point in the future, or is it something that should be fairly easy?

 

I would greatly enjoy playing the game more with 3rd person mode, even if it's in a limited capacity. Without the oddities if possible of course too. The animations do go pretty wonky in combat (maybe animations could be replaced by NPC animations or something?), but it seems like skeleton and weighting issues are the bigger problem with a potential 3rd person mod.

Ye i noticed the player head was missing, would be able to get some lovely photos if the head was there. hopefully modders will be able to add the head back.

I still can use the glitch no pants in patch 1.05, have fun with female V running around on Night city naked, also dunno why i love female V than male V, the romance feels so driven story not really choice matter here, and also you can't bang all the female npcs which is bad compare to The Witcher, Mass effect, i hope after the modding tools release soon, modding community can fix this unfinished game, i really love this game even though alot of buggy glitch here and there

Again, that only works if there is enough functionality is open to tampering and not hardcoded. Situation is bad. It requires a serious overhaul and not just tweaks.

I did the hex mod change underwear to underwe_r thing mentioned - was able to see my char's dong in the mirror, haven't tried photo-mode or third person

You playing with female V, because the girl got balls and her voice is better. I played with male V but after a hour I get bored. Romance is very cool with Judy. Sadly later on you can not do nothing. (touch, kiss, sex etc.) Panam's romance scene is blah ...

 "unfinished game" ? feeling is mutual. makes me sick after what we saw in 2018 (or 2013), where the game is looked better and the story too, only with female V. fucking media (youtube trailers) all lies.  .... and i found 731 bug
