Yup, sorry if I dont explain it well but along with the guide I posted earlier, The top comment on this post helped a bit. For the heels I ended up using Dicky's Pinup Outfit - Fusion Girl Bodyslide files, Specifically the Heels File as a Template in Outfit Studio. 1

Not all people who create conversions add a SliderGroup for them, but you can create one yourself with the groups editor in BodySlide (see BodySlide's documentation for details on how to do that).
