The error was in the .osp file, DataFolder had square brackets ( []) that weren't needed.

Now it works!

I don't have any issues with the brackets. I assume the problem is due to differences in installation paths and folder structure. 

Or different versions of BodySlide. I use an older version. There are significant differences between older and newer versions of BodySlide & Outfit Studio regarding how the program reads files and manages file paths.

Well, it works now and the boots look good in game as well.
