I don't think storywise that it makes sense to have FTD as possible outcome from Simple Slavery. But I don't like that mod anyway, so I'm biased.

Some or all of them have lines to speak during the various bidding scenes, so it would really involve more than deleting them.

I'm having a problem where every time I end up in an auction it's the same auction every time and I am freed by a benefactor everytime.

You could just be getting unlucky (you didn't say many times is "every").  Check that you don't have anything overwriting or patching this mod, including loose script files from older versions.

Is Naked Defeat compatible with Sexlab Defeat Baka Edition? Like can I use SLD's defeat parameters but use Naked Defeat for enslavement?

I'm not sure what you're asking, but the process is defeat mod -> Simple Slavery -> enslavement mod.  If Baka's Defeat happens to have a direct route to Naked Defeat, then you can skip Simple Slavery, but I've never used that one so I can't say.

Baka's defeat mod is just a modified Sexlab defeat. I prefer Sexlab defeats method of combat defeat over Naked Defeat so I wanted to know if I could turn off the Defeat function in ND but keep the slavery option.

Probably, but I don't use ND or Baka's Defeat so I can't say from experience.  Questions about turning off ND features would best be asked and answered in that mod's discussion topic.

I have both in my load order but i have all the options on Naked Defeat so that it doesn't activate when defeated. Only Baka's does. It's important that you make Naked Defeat so it doesn't activate on defeat, or it will mess up.

When the Slave Gear option is enabled does it use Zaz or DD equipment? I'd like to know because my smp physics are disabled upon the gear being equipped. Granted this isn't the end of the world because I can just use the 3ba toggle physics option to turn smp back on but still I'd like to know which mods equipment it's using so I can start trouble shooting for convenience sake.

Wasn't there a way to get yourself enslaved by talking to an NPC or entering the auction house? I found the old gate in the outer wall of riften but no way to enter it.

Talk to the auctioneer and ask for a pretend auction (but surprise, it's actually real),

This mod doesn't change the vanilla boarded up gate.  JK's Riften and other mods add a functioning gate, if you want one.

The entrance to the auction house is inside Riften, next to the guard barracks entrance on the ground level of Mistveil Keep

 the original plan was to make use of that gate. But that would have conflicted with too many things. XD
