After sitting in the carriage -- screen goes dark and a repeat of the first dialog choices appear. Just TAB out of it, selecting no choice and all proceeds as it should. Even in the "PC in heavy bondage" situation a second chance at the dialog choices appears before she sits in the carriage when the screen darkens. My Mod Organizer says nothing is overwriting Devious Carriages and I don't think I have a mod affecting carriages but I do have some mods that affect fast travel.

My Mod Organizer says nothing is overwriting Devious Carriages and I don't think I have a mod affecting carriages but I do have some mods that affect fast travel. i also get it about 75% of the time. the times i do not get it i have to wait after choosing destination in the first menu until that conversation clears itself out then use the carriage and i then sometimes do not get the 2nd menu. if i close out of the conversation manually after choosing destination i always get the 2nd menu.
Veldon Posted July 21, 2020 Posted July 21, 2020 I like the mod. It is a meaningful addition to travelling. Some suggestions for an update. The bandits need torches during nightly ambushes. Else you can hardly see what happens to the PC. Right now only the bandit chief is scheduled for a sexual encounter, though there are more bandits. How about a gang bang (with a second run) or even more complex events. Maybe the PC does not travel alone and has to offer herself to fellow travellers before she is raped by the bandits. The inventory tends to get cluttered up after some travels. Can you use tools that are already in the inventory of the PC? A bit more item variety would be nice. I also would like to see an elevated appearance of prisoner iron chains (collar, arm shackles and leg shackles connected with chains). How about an additional option for those things? New event: The PC is mistaken for an escaped prisoner and shackled by some guards or bounty hunters (perhaps tie-in of prison mods). Can you add a similar function for fast travels without carriages? For sex with bandits: Can you add optional answers other than "…"? As an example: If the PC says "Yes." rumours about the lustfulness of the PC are spread at the starting and end point of the travel. [edit] I found a bug / unscheduled outcome in combination with the immortal and surrender function from Naked Dungeons: If you fight against bandits and surrender, you are stuck at the place of the ambush. You can neither argue with the bandits nor with the carriage driver. So there is no option to resume the ride. [/edit]
Giga-Bool Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 I havent been able to get the Slave Disguise even when I put it as the highest percentage. I'm assuming itll still be random whether or not?

It's been like a month but I'm back for now. Some IRL things came up and I didn't have much time for updating this mod. Hopefully I'll be able to start fixing all the bugs tomorrow. So here's a list of things that I need to sort out for the next update, correct me if I missed anything. -Driver starts dialogue with you again before you teleport -Bandits don't attack you again if interrupted (like using a surrender mod) -A lot of the time the NPCs face away from you after fast travelling -Need to add a check that doesn't run an event if already fully bound -Add an option for only panel/ring gag for survival mod users -Device limit? Possible additions when bugs are fixed: (In future updates, not the next one :P) -More complex events, better dialogue options -More devices to choose from -Decrease the amount of hard-coded devious device events, make almost all of them random and configurable -Maybe a configurable cool down for events -BFT patch -Maybe boat travel, would need an entire new set of complex events 2

It would be great with just the bugs fixed. But since you asked, how about equip devices from inventory and threesome/foursome sex events. I don't know about configuration - I'm OK with random. There are mods (like Slaverun Reloaded and Deviously Cursed Loot and maybe Naked Dungeons) which prevent carriage use at some of the time. They still let you ask the driver where you want to go - he says get in then you can't get in or activate the carriage. Might be nice if that event was handled by your mod and some scene played out right there to remind your character not to waste the driver's time.

I can look into threesome/foursome scenes, doesn't seem to be difficult. Equipping devices from inventory seems a tad more complicated but I'll have a look. Definitely doable but as I'm a novice at modding it might take me a bit longer to figure it out. I'll probably stick to things I know I can do quickly for the bug fix update though :).

xyzxyz Posted July 26, 2020 Posted July 26, 2020 The dialogue with the carriage driver gets stuck after choosing a city. It still chows the city name and doesn't end. When I end the dialogue forcefully (pressing esc) nothing happens after. He says that I should hurry up and get into the carriage but I loose no money and the travel doesn't start when I sit down in the carriage. I have no mods that affect carriage travel or fast travel.
Veldon Posted July 26, 2020 Posted July 26, 2020 Just wait a little. It may happen that the mod does not react instantly. Sometimes I can jump in and out of the carriage, run around and do something until suddenly the screen goes black and the event starts.

Fixed: -Changed restraints check to use WornHasKeyword, making the whole process much quicker. -Fixed bug where bandits would face away from the player when they spawn. -Fixed bug where bandits would no longer attack you if interrupted (EG by using a surrender mod). -Fixed bug where the driver would start conversation with you again before commencing fast travel. -Events no longer happen if the player is already fully bound. I made a lot of changes to the complex event scripts so if anything isn't working as intended, please report it here! 2
kaldwin Posted July 26, 2020 Posted July 26, 2020 Has anyone tried DCL's chloe quest line with this mod? There's two carnage rides it it so there's some potential for conflict. My build's too finicky to go adding mods mid play-though, but I'll definitely be trying this one out next time

DCL Chloe quest doesn't really use the carriage (-system => means you don't need to activate the carriage after the quest dialogue) to fast travel, instead you just get a fade to black. 1

And when I try to start slaverun with a save where this mod is working the game doesn't even recognize slaverun. It never shows up in the mcm. Please fix that. This mod is fun but slaverun is probably the biggest mod that uses DDs.

Punishing events only happen if you're already heavily bound (armbinder, yoke, straitjacket etc). They give no option to resist and always equip a full set of restraints. Yeah, I just tested on my laptop and you're right. I fixed it in a previous update and turns out I somehow broke it again :P

Maybe that is a reason? I've started looking into this, and noticed that there is an option to disable carriage travel in SR's MCM menu. So the mod probably fiddles with the carriage system, even if it does not edit the CarriageSystemScript itself. Are you sure that's off in your save? I can do some actual testing but Slaverun Reloaded requires an older version of DDi (4.1) while I'm running the latest (4.3). I'll find an old version and try to test it, but this alone could cause issues with the mods working together. Which version of DDi are you running?
