I don't have anything that changes camera settings I think? I do use the free cam during sexlab animations. I guess I have a lot of research to do on when the parts do and don't show up, but the general situation now seems to be all dicks show up on characters that are topping but disappear most of the time on my character when bottoming, I didn't do a whole lot of playing with him to see how exactly, but definitely sometimes it shows up and most times doesn't.

 

I will pay extra attention and see if my female character's bits disappear as well, I guess I could have not noticed it based on some camera angles and my habit of the top being large. I will also test to see if NPCs have the issue or if it is just the player character. I might throw out a random guess that animations with vaginal tag maybe do it? But I don't know enough about how SL works to confirm without testing.

 

Another question I wanted to ask is that I have CBBE SE but it's disabled because I've also got UNP and I assume you can't use both at once? I'm trying to see if there are mods I can use with Yiffy Age that increase muscle definition, I would like very much for my guys to be ripped visibly through the fur. ?

Seems to be more or a Sexlab Aroused issue with sheathed schlongs. They don't change based on arousal at all.

I dunno how much debugging you do in general but you've got an unusual problem and chasing it down requires a lot of guesswork, uh, that is, hypothesis generation and testing. In this case it could be a bug where the specific schlong won't show up on the race or it good be an engine bug where some meshes don't show up for some cameras.

I program for a living but I'm also very computer dumb in general and TES/FO modding always made me feel stupid. One thing I'm sure about is that when I used this mod in LE a few years ago, I never saw any disappearing crotches, but I still have to do all the testing you talked about before, haven't had time to test lately.

didnt know there were cat rhinos in the game xD.

Happens with every female orc replaced for lionesses, male lions are fine.

Also not using any other mods that modify orcs.

 

No idea what is causing it, every other race's head is fine:

Nice, that one female head problem was fixed with today's update ❤️

Oh and speaking of the femfurs, I hope they see some representation in the NSFW load screens someday. Currently it's 100% male, lol.

That issue should be fixed with 15.01, if you haven't gotten that minor update.

Okay well, I've done some testing and here's my observations:

 

The Good:

-Sheaths work fine in Sexlab scenes.

-The arousal does work (Yippee!) but with a big drawback.

 

The Bad:

-The schlongs tend to stick to an actor if you make them schlong-less, the only way I could fix it is by changing schlongs and then removing it.

-The schlongs only update their arousal via the timer, the update key (the one to select actors) doesn't seem to work (neither does loading in a cell afaik), regular schlongs are fine though.

 

It does seem a bit dumb to complain about it, but I doubt anyone has their arousal updates set to like 15 seconds for performance reasons. I tend to use the update key to update relevant actors and let the others get picked up by the scan. I'll do more scanning when I can and I'll lyk if I find anything else.

LOOOOOOL OMG did I fuck something up bad ?

I did the worst thing and instead of doing all the testing I was going to do in the control environment with the mods I know were working fine otherwise, I installed some more animation packs. Nothing too complicated just what I thought were more dommy animations but now whenever I finish sex with an NPC (creatures are fine), the NPC and sometimes very often my PC as well will turn into human fish or something. They will tuck their knees in and their feet will start to flap really fast like flippers and they will literally fly away. If it happens to my PC then I have to  reload but NPCs will fly around like balloons with the air being let out and if I hit them with the attraction spell, I can get them to go into another sex animation, but once they finish its right back to flapping around.

 

I can try and maybe screen record it but I cant be the first person to see this, this is too funny. If it didn't ruin future sex with those NPCs and maybe completely with my character I would leave it because its the best laugh I had in a while but now I need to know if anyone else has seen something that sounds like this.

You mean, if you go into SOS and set the actor to "no schlong", the schlong doesn't go away (or comes back)? Interesting. Could well be the magic effect doesn't get cleared in that case and that brings the schlong back.

 

I know I've made the schlong up/down keys work, though that doesn't actually change arousal so it gets reset the next time SLA comes around. It's bothered me for a while that the update ("N"?) key doesn't do an immediate update. I'll hunt around a bit and see if I can figure out how to catch it. I don't know if it belongs to SL or SOS.

 

The papyrus log I talked about has to be turned on through your ini file. There are instructions online but don't do it yet--I have a new version coming out which may fix some of this behavior. 

 

@KiWolfGirl I believe that's a known problem, I think it has to do with fps, and I don't know how to solve it. I get it in my game occasionally, but not related to sex scenes. Does anyone know more?

Hey, just wanted to let you know when I attempt to use the furrifier scripts I get "Error: race count exceeds max: 100". Maybe its related to having a lot of animations installed or maybe I just never saw it with all the frequent NPC testing I did the first time before I installed the other mods. It went from I never saw it in all my time modding Skyrim to happening after every animation when I installed a few more mods, so I must have done something wrong or installed another mod that doesn't play nice with others. I think the only mods I installed that weren't animation packs were Cumshot which TBH was pretty underwhelming and works weird. Oh I also installed something I thought was more animations but it might be a framework, could be that too.

 

 

On the topic of animation amount, I know this isn't general Sex Lab topic, but maybe some people can help. I know when I was doing all my modding on regular edition of Skyrim, everyone was always warning about having too many animations enabled. The More Nasty Critters readme still says to make sure the count is under 1000 in SL. Even with all the animation packs I've added so far, it's only around 600 when I use the count feature and everything is enabled. I read there are mods or tools you can install which increase the animation limit but I don't have them yet because I guess some of the bigger animation packs like Zaz haven't been fully ported over to SE.

 

Anyway my question is, all the creature animations show up in my list when I press H (that animation list when sex starts). But maybe that's because each creature doesn't have a huge amount of animations like NPCs do. But when I start an animation with NPCs its like that list is full and hitting a limit, because not all my enabled animations show up in it. Is there a smaller limit for that list or is there maybe a way to go to the next page? I've tested with the same NPC and disabling large parts of other packs and sure enough the ones I haven't been seeing show up.

 

EDIT 1 I disabled a few mods and now my PC stops fluttering away but the NPCs still do so I have to look into that FPS thing I guess

 

EDIT 2 I found out why a bunch of animations werent showing up. I kept switching back and forth with the racemenu when I was trying to test the disappearing crotches and at some point I got stuck as regarded as male in the SL menu and I guess a bunch of the animations I have only work on female PC. I thought that was only a role preference thing, I didnt know some animations flat out didnt work based on character genders.

Woah, dogies. I'll check why just increasing the race limit doesn't work, but really those are going to have problems because the furrifier doesn't know what to do with them. Maybe put a list of equivalences at the top so you could say, e.g. "HighElfRaceHybrid" should be treated as High Elf? Fact is the furrifier currently doesn't work quite right when changing races, which is why you see the occasional error in the tint lists. Fixing it is moderately hard. (If NPC has tattoo or warpaint X but their race is changing and the new race has the same tattoo or warpaint but at a different tint index, how do you find it? Or if it doesn't have it at all, what do you do then?)

 

@KiWolfGirl Creature and human animation lists are separate in SL. IIRC, SL provides different downloads with different animation limits. Likely (as you've discovered) you don't see all your human animations because whatever is triggering them is filtering the list--might be by sex of participants, oral/anal/vaginal, rape-y or not, etc.

Hey bad dog, any idea what could be causing the body to be lighter then the head as if the game threw away the body tint just for lulz? this happens with almost every mod added and generated npcs i checked in the creation kit and their bodies are supposed to be the same color as their heads. in fact in some cases they actually have completely different colored heads then their bodies. not saying black or something but rather the body has a grey color in the game and the head is yellow like a fox since they are a fox.

 

 

why am i only now asking about it? well, until now every custom npcs head was black because the script didnt do anything for me even tho i followed the instructions so i always ignored them but then i used the other sollution in its topic the skse plugin one and now the heads look as they should, and so i noticed that it is now the bodies that are not the color they need be.... Skyrim where i spend more time trying to find solutions then actually playing lol. So i'd like to ask the community and you if anyone would know a solution...

 

btw not all mods are like this, the npcs added by your mod and a few others are fine.

First of all, how would I make a list of equivalences? especially considering the only difference in the "hybrid" races is that they should include all headparts/tints from both regular and vampire versions of races.
Also, it's actually not changing the race limit that causes the issue - what's actually happening is that for some reason the script can't find any valid hair for AstridEnd, and has no catching for if there's no valid hair. I added one in and it ran fine. Not sure why it's furrifying a vanilla NPC, thought it wasn't supposed to do that since they are already furrified, so you may need to look into that.

Yeah, if AstridEnd is vanilla, it should ignore her. Also, should be getting the hair from the regular Astrid NPC, not looking for new hair. I'll check it.

 

For hybrid races, I was thinking of a thing where you'd have to edit the script.  (Copy-paste, pretty easy.) Might be better to check for vanilla race substrings tho. But if they're combining vanilla and regular tints, it might require real thinking to do a proper patch.

Nope. I suspect you have mods that are doing weird things. What's a mod that shows the problem? I'll check.

devious cursed loot

laura's bondage shop

and citizens of skyrim

 

the last three have a slightly different colored head, while adventures have greater issues with the body color.

Bad dog, when i delete the following folder: Data\textures\actors\character\BDBeastTextures\tintmasks\

Some of the heads match up with the body, but i don't want to start deleting folders without proper understanding so i restored it.

 

Also, even deleting that folder doesn't change the npcs the bunny guards from devious adventures who still have a different color compared to their properly tinted heads. And i don't mean slightly different, i mean the one at the whiterun forge near the main entrance, it is a fox with a yellow head and white/grey body :P.

Skyrim body color is actually coded separate from head color, so it's easy enough to get them different. But of course the furrifier is supposed to take care of that. 

 

Could be that somehow the game is picking up the wrong facegen file. Could be the tintmasks, maybe, if one of them is the wrong format. I wouldnta thought the game checks them outside of facegen tho.

since i now use that skse plugin i decided to delete the facegen data and rebuild the furrifier patch using the script, the bodies are still a different color, and like before, some of the mods work as they should, like your npc mods, flowergirls npcs also have the correct coloration, skyrim teens also have the proper colors.

But the ones from the mods i listed above don't.

 

I have no idea why some mod's npcs work some dont. Also, the patch esp is among the last ones to load, the only ones that load later are graphical mods like the enb preset, water, elfx etc.
