With all the requirement of the requirement, the base mod come around 150 mod and more with animation. I know you won't like it but my humble sugestion is you cut the part with custom armor/weapon and keep few only. I have 257 mod active and it was quite tricky to make it work. I have many mod for extra encounters and extra people working well with TOH and SLS (Immersive patrols,immersive world encounter,extra encounter basic, populated land roads patchs reborn,Populated Cities Towns Villages Reborn,Extra Guards(7) Lite - MALE 1.4,populate cities and Populate Cities towns villages reborn)

I don't particularly like mods that change the game too much, but I have two styles of mod list with TOH: 1- slaverun + TOH : two mods that together make a good combo of content and the same atmosphere, but unlike toh, slaverun tends to get boring. 2- TOH + Bakafactory mods : baka mods for me is the future of skyrim mods until tes 6 is released, because its mods are well done and TOH makes a good atmosphere with babodialogue and sexlab approach, but the problem with mods baka is that they don't have as much content and because they are paid, the public version takes a long time to come out. so to sum up, slaverun is a good mod to go along with TOH but after a while it will get boring and baka's mods have quality and are good but have little content, my advice? always leave toh on the mod list, regardless of which mod you want to go with TOH. 1

But in the mod menu, when you go under the character tab/quests (forgot its name my apologies). Not all characters are enabled. Is there a reason for that? Or is it because they are not for everyones taste or something? I noticed there was a male and like a female bruiser. So I suspected that maybe its so you can pick the desired gender of that character or something. Not really a problem. I'm just curious, because i'm thinking of enabling all. I'd like to see more interactions and additions to her "moral" quests and new radiant quests and conversations. So in order to improve her thane, Lydia could "humbly" suggests new ways to fight her thane's vices and develop her virtues, i.e.: 1) dressing expensive clothes and armors is a clear hint of vanity. A modest thane does not need to show off luxury and wealth. She is content to wear regs or nothing at all (this last option is needed to be compatible with other possible limitations, for example if our Heroine is playing the Civil war quest supporting the Imperials or due to other mods). This could be accomplished with a radiant convesation starting every time that heroine arrives into a town, with Lydia that propose to her thane to fight her vanity wearing rags or nothing at all. 2) visiting people who suffer, such as the poor and prisoners, is a clear sign of virtue. Greed and indifference are not suited to a thane. A charitable thane should visit and offer relief to prisoners and should fight greed donating and giving to the to poor. This could be accomplished with two new quests (similar to the existing one to fight lust). a) Lydia propose to take her thane on a tour of the Skyrim prisons to fight indifference where she can offer comfort and relief to prisoners (even if, unfortunatly for her, prisoners will have more and more specious demands...), b) Lydia propose to take her thane on a tour of the Skyrim beggars to fight to her greed donating to them (but the poor will not necessarily be satisfied with only money...),. And at the end she could present her to Fatting, starting his quest too. 3) Love for animals is intimately associated with goodness of character, and it can be safely said that those who are cruel to animals cannot be a good thane (it seems that an imperial philosopher said that or maybe it was someone else). This could be accomplished with: a) a new quest where Lydia propose to take her thane on a tour where she can fight cruelty, and give demonstration of a kind soul, attending the needs of a lot of pets (similar to the existing one with giants...) b) a new quest where Lydia propose to take her thane on a tour of Skyrim stables c) radiant quests that start (having Lydia as a follower) every time our heroine is near to a stable, just in case, to remember her to be gentle... Obviously her thane must always have the option to refuse the quests, losing morality points. 4) looking down on people is another sign of arrogance. A thane that rides her horse while her follower follows her on foot is not a humble thane. This could be accomplished, with a radiant conversation that starts every time the heroine gets on horseback having Lydia as a follower where Lydia propose to her thane to switch roles (Lydia rides the horse and the thane follows on foot).
