I'm curious - how did you build your load order? Did you install a light base and add on heavier mods one at a time? Or did you create that load order of yours all in one go? I did a little of each. In one go, I installed SL, all its related mods and dependencies, Racemenu/Bodyslide and their dependencies, hair mods I always use, CBPC, some basic convenience mods I've always used like "Just Knock" and "A Quality World Map," and mods that make the vanilla game less boring to me, like "Cursed Loot" and its myriad dependencies. When I saw that that was stable (or so it appeared), I tried adding some more. I never had any hint of any problem until I added ToH; and, until I started seriously screwing with my load order in an effort to cure my ToH issues, the only time I ever had any problem was when ToH engaged me in one activity and then moved me directly into a sex scene. For a moment thereafter, I could still move my arms; but, after a few moments, hands went down to the sides and I could no longer attack with the mouse button or the shout key. My game worked perfectly well and was seemingly completely stable until I grew too impatient for a port of SD+ and looked for something else to try, resulting in adding ToH. Even then, everything seemed fine until I reached a point at which ToH had me do things like get abused by Grym or Bruiser, then get pushed immediately into a sex animation without a pause. From there, I started trying to cure that problem and things just kept getting progressively worse. Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Don't get the impression that I ever had anything like this many mods active at a time. When I tried an experiment I considered a failure, I didn't delete the mod from the menu, entirely, since-- as I previously stated-- doing so only seemed to render them invisible to me, but left them on some hidden disabled mod list over which I had no control. At peak, I had-- I believe-- 134 mods active and working fine; and that's a fraction of the number of mods I used to run without issue on LE. There wasn't the slightest hint of a problem until this one, specific issue appeared involving ToH.
Incubusbul Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 BTW, DSHV, are you the author of Тhe Lusty Dragonborn books? Those are absolutely hilarious, especially in my mother tongue.

"When I tried an experiment I considered a failure, I didn't delete the mod from the menu, entirely, since-- as I previously stated-- doing so only seemed to render them invisible to me, but left them on some hidden disabled mod list over which I had no control." - Okay so, that shouldn't really be an issue. Under how MO2 is supposed to work, deleting / uninstalling a mod on the left list should do exactly that and leave no trace in your game. But if you want to disable it by unticking the box, that should be fine as well. Either method will not load them into your game if your MO2 is working as it should. - I noticed you have an unmanaged bashed patch. Can you.. disable this or move it back into MO2 management? Do you know where this bash patch is right now? - Where did you get your version of Sexlab sexual fame framework? - I see 'ZAZ' and 'ZAZ Animation Pack' loaded, what version is this and why are there 2? I recommend installing only ZAZ 8+ which you can get here, that should be sufficient for all your mods including ToH. - I see you have XPMSE quite high in your load order, that skeleton needs to override all other changes, and I see it having a negative overwrite record? Can you check what is overwriting it? Your load seems fine, aside from the unmanaged bashed patch which I don't know the contents of. Just so we're on the same page - does your game only experience problems with your current save file, or does creating a new game from the main menu also have the same issues? And can you get me a papyrus log at the time of issue? That might shed some light into what is causing the problem, since it is 99% a script related issue. Click that modify ini button on MO2: And add this record into Skyrim.ini: [Papyrus] bEnableLogging=1 bEnableTrace=1 bLoadDebugInformation = 1 After that go into "\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Logs\Script" and grab the "Papyrus.0.log" file.

Golgo13 Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 @exacutaball: For the most part, I entrusted the load order to LOOT unless I knew of a specific reason to deviate from its suggestions. I've never actually used a bashed patch on SE. The tutorials I followed didn't cover installing Wrye-Bash on MO2, but I took a shot at installing it with what I'd learned from installing everything else on MO2. I discovered that there was some hidden trick to getting it to work, and I wasn't going to conjure the solution out of thin air. So, I just left it alone without ever creating a bashed patch until I could, someday, find an actual tutorial I could follow. I didn't want to delete Wrye-Bash outright and send it to the hidden "installed, but not really" list, since I still hoped to get it working, someday, should the tutorial author eventually get around to covering the topic, or I find another tutorial I can understand confidently well. I'm presently using "ZaZ Animation Pack+ CBBE HDT V.8.0+SEREV3.7z" and "ZaZpatch.esp" That may explain the two different ZaZ files. Since I was on the verge of uninstalling EVERYTHING and starting over from scratch (or walking away in disgust-- I hadn't quite made up my mind), I deleted all of my saved game files; but, I didn't get farther than that before getting too tired and hitting the sack. When I awoke, I'd received some helpful advice and quit deleting things; but, I'll have to play the game over, again, to see what happens with this stripped-down load order when I reach the heretofore problematic stages of the mod. Who knows? It might even work, now, with the tweaks you suggested. I'm not sure what indicates what is overwriting what in MO2-- I can stumble around blindly as I typically do and, with luck (with which I was born with precious little, I regret to say-- my infamous bad luck turned unbelievers in luck into confirmed believers after they witnessed, inter alia, my consistently horrendous dice rolls in tabletop strategy games) I'll eventually trip over it. Here is where I believe I found the SE version of the Sexual Fame Framework file (I can't seem to post it anywhere but at the end of the post):

Yes that's fine, you shouldn't need to touch you load order (right list), but what I was talking about was the overwrite order (left list of MO2), sorry about the confusion. But yes you should make sure XPSME's skeleton is not overwritten by anything else. 1 hour ago, Golgo13 said: I've never actually used a bashed patch on SE. Okay, so having Wyre Bash installed should be fine (if you want to use it, it should be setup to run under the MO2 'applications' dropdown, all files generated should then go to your 'overwrite' mod instead to the game directly) You said you never actually used a bashed patch for SE... ^ but here your MO2 says it detects a Bashed Patch installed directly into your Skyrim SE folder (not managed by MO2), do you know when / how this happened? Have you ever pointed bash patch directly to your SE folder, or installed direct mods / used NMM with your Skyrim SE install? What what I can see, everything managed by MO2 looks okay, but it looks like you have mods directly installed into Skyrim SE that are not managed by MO2, these can cause issues. 1 hour ago, Golgo13 said: I'm presently using "ZaZ Animation Pack+ CBBE HDT V.8.0+SEREV3.7z" and "ZaZpatch.esp" That may explain the two different ZaZ files. Okay, that's fine. Technically you don't need the patch as it is included in ZAP 8+ but having it won't do anything bad. 1 hour ago, Golgo13 said: I'm not sure what indicates what is overwriting what in MO2 The left side of the MO2 interface shows the order in which files overwrite each other, lower files on the list (higher 'priority' number) overwrite higher files on the list (lower 'priority' number). ^ Within the conflict column, lightning symbols means there are file conflicts, and some file overwrites another file. + positive symbols means a 'winning' file conflict, meaning that files within the shown mod has overwritten files from another mod. - negative symbols means a 'losing' file conflict, meaning that mods within that mod were overwritten by other mod(s). So then, to see what files exactly are conflicting, just double click on the mod within MO2 (Example from my MO2): ^ The 'Conflicts' tab then shows winning and losing file conflicts. Your XPMSE skeleton has a negative (losing) file conflict which is an issue. The safest way to fix this here is to drag XPSME lower in your mod order so it overwrites the other mod(s). 1 hour ago, Golgo13 said: Here is where I believe I found the SE version of the Sexual Fame Framework file (I can't seem to post it anywhere but at the end of the post): Okay I see, that's fine. You can use both of those files. I also see you have SSE Engine Fixes, that's good but I recommend you also use the separate Animations Limit Crash fix here. This requires you to disable the same built in function in SSE Engine Fixes. Open EngineFixes.toml within SSE Engine Fixes and disable the AnimationLoadSignedCrash setting. Such right now 1. Figure out why there's a batched patch installed directly in your Skyrim SE if you said you never installed any 2. Drag XPSME lower in your mod order so nothing overwrites it 3. Install and use Animation Limit Crash fix instead of the built-in one in SSE Engine Fixes 4. If you are able to remove the batched patch, you should be able to start your game, create a new save file, and see if things work. 5. If you've added the Skyrim.ini setting I gave you, you should now have Papyrus logs, if you experience problems providing that log is almost essential for anyone to be able to help you. Idk what else to do than search for it in my Skyrim SE files and delete it manually, unless you have another suggestion. No, I've never used NMM since using SE. I wouldn't hesitate to reinstall Skyrim any longer than I'd hesitate to comb my hair-- even though it wouldn't be instantaneous, my internet speed is the fastest obtainable. All I'd have to do is reinstall the SKSE elements afterwards. If you'd recommend that instead of tracking down the bashed patch file, I could go ahead and do that... I haven't done so on the off chance that it could just screw-up everything worse than ever. 1

Golgo13 Posted July 24, 2021 Posted July 24, 2021 I wanted to upgrade from DD SE 5.0 to DD SE 5.1. All DD was already deactivated; some ZaZ items ToH wanted to put on my 'toon were now lacking their textures (e.g., the leather harness). So, I thought I'd reinstall DD so the assets would be available to the game, again. While I was at it, why not upgrade to 5.1?" I foolishly asked. I d/l v.5.1 and tried to install it, but was told that it already existed, even without my ever trying to d/l it previously. Looking carefully and finding it nowhere, I tried installing it "under a new name." That was just as pointless, since I still had no new DD file at the end-- of any sort, listed in either column... just the 5.0 I had in the first place. Where are the d/l's of 5.1 going??? Why don't they show up in either MO's left or right panels, but are simply dropping off the face of the Earth? This game+MO2's nonsense are finally beating me down. ?
