script controls the method - item 01 goes into levelled List 01, item 02 goes into levelled List 02

quest controls the what - nukacola goes into vendor, condoms goes into loot_mirror

 

so scripts of this kind are usually additive in nature

If we had a setting in MCM for the rarity or the prices of pills and condoms, it would be super nice.

You find shitload of pills and condoms when looting, you can make pretty good money by selling 200yo condoms. lol. safe sex.

In my addon mod Baby Addon's, I have changed a few things about the condoms

The ones you find in the wasteland are now "Dusty" condoms (I was thinking Dirty Condoms but Dirty can have a double meaning)

and these need to be cleaned to be used via the Planned Parenthood table otherwise they are scrap

also this is coming in the next update, but you can have coloured-ish condoms (Blue, Black, Green, Red and White) (I tried to make them glow in the dark but it kept crashing)

That will happen if your game is older than the November 21 update.  The latest version of FPE requires Fallout 4 runtime 1.10.162 or newer.  You can still run FPE version 2.300 with older versions of Fallout 4.

Older versions do not have silent dialogue files and don't support the latest versions of Family Planning Enhanced More Creatures or Family Planning Enhanced Assorted Addons.  There are a few more minor changes, see the Changelog on the mod's front page for details.

New version 2.401 uploaded

  • Fixed bug in the Find the Father quest causing vanilla NPC dialog for doctors to become silent and not skippable while the quest was active.  Thanks to @KennedyMadeIt for the bug report.

Note that the mod was built with Creation Kit version 1.10.162.  This means AAF FPE version 2.4 requires Fallout 4 version 1.10.162 or newer.

I know I going to regret asking this (even more work for me down the line)

but is it possible for you to change the FPFP_GrowingChildScript to have independent growing cycles.

this is more for the more creatures mod so I can work out the growing timings.

for example (in more creatures)

 

Deathclaw egg can hatch after 3 months and then grow an additional 12 months

Revived Deathclaw egg can hatch after 6 months and then grow an additional 12 months

or

Dogmeat Womb can hatch after 1 month and then grow an additional 6 months

Revived Dogmeat can hatch after 4 months and then grow an additional 6 months

 

instead of

Deathclaw egg can hatch after 3 months and then grow an additional 3 months

Revived Deathclaw egg can hatch after 6 months and then grow an additional 6 months

 

(btw I have no idea if this will cause foreseen and unforeseen problems)

It already works that way, unless I am misunderstanding your question.

 

Global variable FPFP_Global_BabyToChild determines how many months it takes for a baby object to grow into a child,

 

Global variable FPFP_Global_ChildToAdult determines how many months it takes for a child actor to grow into an adult.

 

So, Deathclaw egg hatches after FPFP_Global_BabyToChild months, then grows into an adult after FPFP_Global_ChildToAdult months.

 

Both variables are set independently in the MCM under Baby/Child Options.
