Not sure if anyone's seen this, was on tv yesterday here, shortly ALL UK adults will now HAVE to provide ID (age verification) proof in which your personal information will be stored online so you watch porn online or you can purchase a porn card for £5 ie porn tax.

 

I mean I get its "supposed" to protect kids nonsense but that's the job of the parents not the state or porn sites -.- hell between 8 and 18 I saw porn, hard / soft / beastiality and alot other weird and sick crap and I consider myself a "normal" healthy adult person even after seeing all that.

 

Your thoughts? Are we doomed? lol

In the UK? I always thought the UK had a pretty liberal attitude towards sex and porn. God forbid that kids ever see people fucking! But authorities don't seem to mind much all the blood and violence kids are watching in a movie or seeing in a video game. This is bullshit and has much less to do with "protecting" minors and much more to do with trying to find ways to both milk another "luxury" tax or keep tabs on who watches porn. In all fairness it seems like all of the mainstream political parties in UK were an excuse away from pushing something like this. Same deal as here in the States: the conservative parties will attack porn to pander to the oldworld puritans while the liberal parties attack porn to pander to the radical feminists. So same boat as being a gamer: you can vote for someone who might screw you over at the drop of the hat or not vote and have someone appointed for you that might screw you over at the drop of a hat?

I gues that is one way to use the brexit. people should throw a fit on next ellection or else just shut up. the only way to start stopping this from happening is only vote blank if you dont vote your vote goes to the highest party at least in mycountry but if you vote blank they cant use your vote since you can see this as a protest vote and you dont condone any parties.

I hate to say this but name calling is not something you should condone either. she threw a fit and is now paying the price. i read she could get several years of imprisonment. Maybe she could use those time to think of her action next time she would chose words more carefully.

 

If only something like this could happen to Donald Trump he has been throwing a fit allot and insulting people he should really need to cool off in prison.

 

btw after seeing the new wife picture i found it more insulting to the horse then to the woman i think the horse looked much better.

I'm surprised anyone from outside the UK would think of us as having a liberal attitude towards sex actually. There's a well-known phrase over here where we mock our own culture for being prudish: "No sex please, we're British!"

 

The hypocrisy of not batting an eyelid at blood and violence but drawing the line at sex has always staggered me, and that seems to be a worldwide issue. Blood, guts, violence, swearing... no problem. A normal, healthy, essential part of life without which none of us would even exist? Oh good heavens, think of the children!

There was so many horse memes and jokes about it lol, in the end she just got a fine and was allowed to return to the uk (4 got 2 say she was duel nationally) think a little pressure was put on India bth as the jail time could be a few years.

And here i thought we might have a problem in Finland with laws concerning incitement against ethnic groups, some of those sentences have appeared political lately. how does that change the outcome? 4 voters, 2 vote for a, 1 for b, and 1 doesnt vote, result, a gets 2/3 votes and b 1/3, a is biggest so has the most say. Or a gets 2/4 votes, b 1/4, again a is biggest and has most say.
