I know it's been a year but I still have this problem, does anyone know how I can fix it?

Are you using the latest Version of the Lustful Void Mod? (should be the File "1044614254_LustfulVoid0.5.7.zip")
If not delete your current Lustful Void Folder in "...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod" and download and extract the newest one in the mod Folder.
The Game should be closed (not running) and after re-installing the Mod, check if it is properly Loaded in the Mods Section of the Stellaris Launcher.
Also, do you use any other part of the LV Mod?! (Base Game Portraits Gender Patch, Lustful Void Loading Screens...)

When i play vanilla, the game works fine. When I put Lustful Void, it has the glitch. But even after reinstalling the mod and stuff It's the same thing over and over. Is there another way?

I'd completely delete the LV files you've got on your computer and re-download and install. Also worth going through Steam and doing a file verification to make sure you don't have anything corrupted.

Hello, i tryed to instal this mod following the instruction but something don't work.

I have Stellaris on Steam, I create a folder in Steam/steamapp/common/stellaris called "mod" and i extract the zip file 1044614254_LustfulVoid0.5.7 there.

Anyway when I open the stellaris launcher the LV dosen't appear in the mod section.

I unistal and install again stellaris and I unistall all the workshop mode.

Can someone give me some tips to solve this problem?

Ooh, yeah Paradox changed their file structure when they made the new launcher. There should be a folder: Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod where you put your files. Extract there.

Things I have noticed:

1. Hiveminds cannot use worker tier sex jobs (streetwalker and whore).

2. The new origins spawn 0 secondary species pops.

3. Worker tier sex jobs have less output than Clerks.

4. Traits with Sex Job/Milk Cow Output have no weight. Eg: a pop without any bonuses was picked for Milk Cow over another pop with +20% output

5. More combined traits are sorely needed. Eg: combine all the best milk cow related traits

The latest Dev Diary indicates some pretty major modding-related changes are coming in the next update. It looks like LV could take advantage of some of them. One stand-out change is that there is apparently now a properly-supported way to gender-lock a species, meaning the LV monogender traits could be implemented more gracefully.

Its depend on Lustful and Kinky Void traits and megacorp civic and you will have OP.

100% its fucked up with some mods. At me all lv origins works fine but for example "Ethics and Civic Сlassic" have same problem with new civic that add second species.

Think it's just on hiatus until Paradox decides to make a decent-size patch again.

You should have a look at this post on the previous page, where the author announces she's back in business. Convenient timing too, as a "decent-size patch" is just around the corner.

i works for me, but i have the same problem with another mod the solution is

cheat add_pops 2 1, if the game created the race with 0 pop like in my games.

the problem is trade value sucks.

they dont have building that increace base prodution (energy, food, minerals, alloys and cosumer goods have that)

dont have 4 techs that increase the outout by +20% each = +80%  (energy, food, minerals have that)

sex job has like one tech with +5% from this mod, a +20% trade building and no trade/sex focus for planet.

Streetwalker have 2,  whore 3 and clerk 4 base trade value.

escorts have 3 and call girl have 8 trade value but are specialist and upkeep + 1 consumer good for the job

and call girl is upgraded building job that cost crystals.

even with franchised prostitution that give 1 base value is still no good.

cow have ok base value 2 food and 2 consumer goods and a + 30% building

with a ruler /governor still has less than artisan (even with traits)

but give 4 jobs vs 2 from industrie with the extra food worth if you dont have a planet with alot food districts

or dont have much mining districts because it dont cost minerls.

dairly world planet focus give +20% cow and +10 stability = 6% output for ever recourse job.

but using building slot is not really good.

and most of the +% sex job of  Void traits cost to much for what they give (my post  #1900)

because the base value of the jobs are to low and no tech or building avantage  over Technician (energy) or artisan (consumer goods)

trade may out scale Culture Worker in unity, but unity rush is not really usefull without exploites.

most of the traits arent really balanced, some are broken like

- small breast for -3 Points +5% resourses

if you avoid livestock and cow jobs, that like get paid for a 3 points very strong trait. 6 points win

- nano forge womb cost 0, but the negatives are worth more than -10point!

and unlike lithoid traits witch is per pop for 2 points, this trait is only when working sex job.

and the omni-seed synergy is worthless, because is looks like you cant add that to you robot/synth later in game,

if you want that, you have to start as machine empire, which dont have trade value...

event if it works, i doubt it will make up for that huge negativ of the trait.

the only powerful sex job i know is breeder, you need another xeno for that and have a trait like all female,

but you can just make them leave and use you pop doing it, which use the sex job %

with +20% pop grown as base  job output thats alot

dont know if thats intended.

why does bestial hedonism sivic have to be materialist?

the trait is ablout simple life and natur.

materialist is about science and robots.

Hi again!

Just a small "progress report" so people don't think I disappeared again lol

While getting back into things have been a bit slow as I catch up on things, I've made quite a bit of progress. Butt with the 3.1 update coming out soon and the things it will allow me and other modders to do, I'll have to delay the update a little longer sorry!

With the new changes though, I can make things like traits, jobs and civics work a lot better. I can even make some lewd traditions finally since it looks like they're adding a way to not have to overwrite anything (which causes a lot of incompatibilities) so there's that to look forward to as well among other things.

Also sorry if I missed any messages! I'll try to get to them as soon as I can ?

Nice! Can't wait to see what you do with the new modding changes.

I made a simplifed Chinese translation file for the mod. It is not a mod but just localisation files. Download, unzip and drag them into the localisation folder.

I don't have time for massive tests, so if there is any mistake or typo do let me know and I will update the files as soon as possbile.

Hope it help more players enjoy the mod. :)

I'm currently trying out this mod with the base game portraits gender patch and Lewd Rooms, alongside a bunch of other mods I can't live without. Is there any specific load order I need to do for the three? I have already properly ordered the others btw.

I don't think you'd have any conflicts at all, but just to be on the safe side I'd order Lewd Rooms after LV. It's the only area where I'd see an overlap.

It is time! 3.1 is here everyone.

So far the only thing that broke for me is that the trait picks and trait points were reverted to vanilla.

Anyone else have any thoughts on the new patch?

Edit: also all my tradition mods got bamboozled by the update; probably going to take some time for the mod authors to figure out the new system. Good news is that they will be more compatible with each other afterwards though!

So apparently, one of the few genuinely good things Paradox did with this patch was decouple traditions from the interface folder, meaning you no longer have to get into UI modding when adding unique Traditions. Gigastructures just added some new Traditions, for example.

Can someone say 'lewd traditions?'
