w0883g0ngz Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 (edited) Thanks for the tips @Frep. I'm familiar enough with installing tools into Mo2 at this stage (DynDOLOD, LOOT, xLODGen, etc.), and I've installed Bodyslide studio as an executable. Hence my confusion. So far, I've been using AI Cave as a resource for tutorials handling the more complex Mo2 stuff. I've seen a bit by Gamerspoets as I've been going through the list, as well as in the past when I was playing on Oldrim, and I'll check out his tips for SSE. Thanks @jaeos In hindsight, I was probably having issues with tracking down videos for this type of stuff because most have likely been content restricted. Nude, headless ladies and all. Probably why Gamerspoets video on the matter wasn't showing up in my search pages. It also seems that I have mistaken the files here: Spoiler For the files here: Spoiler I'll get around to resolving this and see how it turns out. Seems as though Jaeos is correct, the files are facegen data for skse, which explains why I've been having the issues that I have. I simply assumed that the character pack was the Full Monty, given that it was under the Player Character section of mods. My mistake. Thanks heaps to everyone for your advice, tips and being so understanding. Edited July 20, 2021 by w0883g0ngz Less obnoxious post size/format

Thanks heaps to everyone for your advice, tips and being so understanding. ok, the top is your facegen data and skins. The second is the predone clothing, they go at the bottom of the mod list so people do not need to run bodyslide. Like making biscuits. you can use the premade and pop open a can and toss them in the oven, or you can build your own from scratch. I had the same issue when the premades came out, i was just used to running my own bodyslides and not having someone do it for me> it takes all of 5 mmin to run 700+ outfits batch build and you can modify the body to what you want, be it a swimmer body that's lean and generally has small breasts to a beach bunny that has issues walking upright and is a hazard to people walking near. But you do need to make your own preset that will intergrate to DD etc. when you get the 3ba body amazing where you want it save the preset as a custom preset and make sure you click all the available groups to get rid of clipping or suddenly huge changes in sizes between standard clothing and DD etc 1
w0883g0ngz Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 Thanks for the clarification, @jaeos. I'm familiar enough with the basics of bodyslide, morphs and installing body presets when I was using Vortex to mod Oldrim, but I'm still new to Mo2 and facial presets, hence why I mistook them for body presets. Though I was a bit suspicious when there were no .xml files in any of the downloads. Thanks also for the tips on building new bodies as well. definitely something I want to add to my repertoire. For now, everything seems to be running adequately. Body morphs have been installed properly, and I 've had no major hiccups just yet. I did just have a CTD whilst I was testing out the animation files, though. It occurred whilst I was raiding a bandit encampment in a Dwemer ruin (the one where you get aegisbane), whilst I was conjuring a bound bow, sneaking and had just "eaten" a corpse thanks to Namira's Ring. Nothing noteworthy in terms of performance/frame loss whilst I was doing this either. earlier in the session, the character was A-posing a bit as the actor was getting used to the various new animations, but after this period passed and after save/reload, I had no further animation issues in neither 1st nor 3rd person. I'm fairly confident that it's not HDT-SMP causing CTD due to my CPU, it's definitely capable of AVX. I feel that it's likely just modded Skyrim being modded skyrim. I've also yet to properly optimize everything, as I'll need to update many of the first mods I had installed, as well as go over the optimization tips Aylis has posted at the bottom of their list. I'll save that for when everything's been installed, otherwise I'll be here for an eternity. All in all, everything's going pretty good.

That t-pose happens to me at every game start, it has to do with the delay before nemesis kicks in, it's a few micro seconds but it catches it on screen. You will run into a point you cannot check sections as you install (dibella sisterhood) actually in the NPC section that requires sexlab in the sloot( loverslab) to operate, you can do one of two things, install everything after that and hope for the best, or disable dibella sisters and check the rest of your install, then when everything is installed before you run the bashed patch. right click and disable all, scroll up and enable the mods one by one (takes about 10 min) move the esp to the top in the right pane (keep them in order) create bashed patch, bodyslide etc and then marvel that an 10 year old game looks pretty damn good. I have the membership at nexus and here to unlock the bandwith limitations on downloads and it still takes me about 14 hours to only grab about 80% of the list and the replacements i want (bikini mage robes, rottweiler dogmeat (wrong game) ,dibellian defender for nude armor etc etc). If you are going to have any issues it will probably be at the final where you create the dyndolod, fnis then nemesis, then bodyslide , bashed etc, @wollboi did a short synopsis on how to get fnis and nemesis to play at least decently together that works well. Thanks, good to know about the A-Posing just being the game initializing - one less thing to worry about. Currently in the process of sorting out the Armor section, having an issue with the NordWar Armor mods and probably their Bodyslide files. Likely me not aware of how to fully use bodyside again, though some Armor is skipped entirely like the Nordic Carved Armor (there's no updated texture in-menu nor in-game) and though most items show the NordWar replaced texture when in menu, most show up as their vanilla form in-game for female actors. Male characters seem fine so far. I'll give myself another run through bodyslide tutorials, it seems I'm at that stage of knowledge where simultaneously I know and don't know enough to think that I know what I'm doing. I suspect that I might also be facing issues on getting FNIS, Bodyslide and Nemesis to co-operate, and if I'm not, then I likely will at some point. I'll give wollboi a check and read up on his advice. I had a quick check on Nexus, Loverslab, Google & Youtube after following Aylis' Nemesis install instructions to see if there was much info on getting what seemed like a prickly combination to work and found very little regarding these particular mod combinations. Still have Weapons, Quests, Override, NPC, Sound, Weather and Lighting, Lovers Lab, Patches & Final to deal with. To say nothing of my own stuff. Thanks for the tip for Dibella Sisterhood, I remember that mod causing a few issues when I installed it in Oldrim. Good to see things haven't changed.

What its the drama? tell me please, i cant find any info nor in the reddit or in the mods on nexus.] May be this the time to finally learn japanese and move to those huge asian mod sites?
alaunus01 Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 @Jessica_Degurechaff Nexus decided to allow one click mod collections and made an oopsie while implementing which made a few mod authors withdraw their mods. Tensions are high, words have been exchanged, better wait out until this has passed and things settled again.

They can still hide it from the general public but if someone submits a metafile "collection" that has (for example because i know Reginald took it down from nexus over this) Companion Ivy then anyone who submits that meta file for a mod list download will get companion ivy even if Reginald hides it and doesn't want to allow downloads of ivy. (she's on LL for the foreseeable future). I can see both sides of the argument and i gotta side with the authors. But it's a blow to users either way.

It does makes sense, i can see the logic behind both sides. I do think the solution its pretty simple, a simple toggle buton for each of your mods "block list takedown" (or something like that) As long as your mod is up the list haves it, if you allow it even if you take it down the list will still have access to it. Probably not as simple but i think is a middle ground. I do wonder how will affect LL both the takedowns and the modlist if they manage to pull it off. Those list where customizable? like if i wanted to do my own i can just pick mod by mod then hit install like those famous wabblajacks i keep hearing about? Where them only for Sky-totallynotalivejustbecauseporn-Rim? What about other powerhouses of modding like Fallout, oblivion, MHW? Im talking too much i know, but this sounds geniunly interesting. Pd: thanks god i made a safe copy of all my mods and im running a stable version.

w0883g0ngz Posted July 22, 2021 Posted July 22, 2021 (edited) Hey there, I'm still having issues with Armor models in game. Specifically, the Non-Helmet models for Armor affected by NordwarUA's base Armor series for female characters (males are fine, everything looks good in that regard). For instance, a set of scaled bracers, boots or Cuirass when worn simply shows up as its base version, not the NordwarUA set. I've installed the guard replacer, vanilla (+ the black dragon sets, which have been merged, as instructed by Aylis), race expansion, unplayable faction and each of their bodyslides. Armor is also showing up as the NordwarUA design in menu/inventory, even on female characters, but are vanilla models when worn. Armor also shows up as NordwarUA designs ingame when unworn and in-world, such as dropped gear or the various pieces of Armor lying around the Skyforge or in Warmaiden's (using JK's series). Just not on female actors. Things get stranger when Bodyslide is brought into the mix. I've built the bodyslides for the vanilla armours, but the race expansion and unplayable faction bodyslides aren't showing up in Bodyslide Studio. though I can load these files into Outfit Studio. I can and have built bodyslides for the female NordwarUA armors, and can see them in my Bodyslide Output folder, they're just not showing up in game. Bodyslide is installed as an executable through Mo2, and I am using the Nerfed GG bodytype that Aylis has provided. My Bodyslide Output folder is right at the bottom of my priorities, as suggested in the Corrected Load Order.txt that someone posted a few days ago and I've yet to install anything in the weapons sections of Aylis' list or below, save for a few lightning/weather mods in order to properly set up the enb. My intuition told me that it might be due to me using the vanilla armour bodyslides that Aylis posted for her bodytype here: Spoiler But removing that mod and updating my Bodyslide Output accordingly didn't seem to do much. Or do I also need to delete the files left behind in my steamapps data folder by this bodyslide, perhaps with Bodyslide's group manager or a cleaner of some sort? When I was modding Oldrim a while back, I ran into an issue where I accidently installed SSE Bodyslides for armour, then unknowing ran bodyslide, where the files were then seeded amongst my data folder. Had to do a clean uninstall/re-install because of that. Not that I've installed LE files or anything like that. I've learnt my lesson in that regard. Other female centric armours that Aylis' list uses are also working, such as the capeless royal vampire armor and the topless forsworn mod. Though the amulet patch for that isn't working. Do I perhaps need to merge these files via Mo2 or Wrye Bash, likewise for the NordwarUA armours? I did some digging on the Bodyslide issue and one person that seemed to have a similar problem was advised to build a bashed patch (which I have now done), and that didn't fix the problem, though I simply built a bashed patch with the suggested files and moved it to priority "1", as suggested by the load order text file. Start by deleting the CBBE bodyslide files in your Bodyslide Output. You are replacing the stock outfits so don't even build them in bodyslide or it will conflict with other armor replacers. I personally don't use nordwars stuff, but i also run around naked in game using dibellian defender for armor and weapons. I use c5kev replacer, alot less... fabric used.. you know, there's a war on, everyone gotta sacrifice. Re-Run bodyslide batch build and in groups check nordwars stuff but leave the cbbe unchecked it should fix it. \ 3 hours ago, erapx said: Hi, I would like to install the Bijin and Ordinary Women mods and other hot babe follower mods. w0883g0ngz Posted July 22, 2021 Posted July 22, 2021 Thanks for the advice @jaeos, but that hasn't seemed to have worked. I tried deleting the Bodyslide output earlier when I was having trouble with the Topless Forsworn patch, resolved that problem but not this one. I gave each of the NordwarUA mods a reinstall, that seemed to fix them not showing up in Bodyslide, however, if it is a replaced armour it is still using vanilla textures for female actors when worn. Made from scratch NordwarUA armours are good, such as the Northern set used by the Stormcloaks or the new Whiterun Guard set. I then tried deleting my Bodyslide Output folder and replacing it with Bodyslide files that were only NordwarUA armours, building each piece of the female sets one-at-a-time (just to be sure). No success, still only using vanilla armours for females when worn, males were fine. I then tried using another body type and then tried non-physics bodyslides. No results for either. I then tried a new character, see if that was the issue. No notable changes, save for my gauntlet armour now showing up as NordwarUA designs...but only when my hands are raised. Looking at myself or other female actors shows me that we're all still using vanilla armours, even in 1st person via Improved camera. It's bizarre.
