I want this to work for as many people as possible. So supporting only FG is not as good as supporting both FG and CBBE. In a perfect world I would have meshes for both, and you could choose in the installer if you want FG or CBBE. [Edit] And probably a pre-built mesh that is very similar to the vanilla body, for users who do not use either FG or CBBE. Not sure actually, my knowledge about different body frameworks in Fallout 4 is very limited. 1

Also Piper, now i'm glad she's bound up, don't get me wrong but i've check her inventory normally and with the console and she has no cuffs on her yet her arms are stuck behind her back. I've tried resetting her with no luck ( i do have hard ship and though it was that but disabling it had no affect on her) can i get some help please?

Assuming hardcore mode doesn't prevent you from accessing the game console (I honestly can't remember), use something like help cuff 4 keym to get the ID of the handcuffs key you need and then player.additem xxxxxxxx (with the appropriate ID in place of the xxxxxxxx of course). After than you should be able to struggle and attempt to use the key to unlock it.

Assuming you are talking about handcuffs: The only guaranteed way to get "free" is interacting with the central workbench of a player-owned settlement, this allows you to cut the chain or the hinges. After that your hands will be free but the cuffs will still be locked around your wrists as "bracelets". You can then try to use lockpicks or a key to fully get rid of them. If your problem is a collar with a PIN then at the moment there is no way to free yourself, sorry.

Putting real handcuffs in lite mod removes it. I hope it helps some people, personnaly, it took me hours loading again and again searching for the conflict.

I run all of Thuggys mods and the full version of RH, with no issues. Your CTD is interesting as only OaR edits that area. There aren't even cuffs at the Police Station. Edit: Unless RH is trying to put cuffs on Marry Kate & Ashley before they're spawned/enabled

Do I understand correctly that she is acting as if tied up (hands behind back, does not fight in combat, refuses to enter power armor etc) but there are no handcuffs equipped (no handcuffs in inventory, no handcuffs visible when looking at her)? [Edit] When you target her with the crosshair and then open the debug menu, what information is shown? It should show you the ID of the running packet and what kind of restraints she is wearing. [Edit 2] Can you fix the issue by opening her inventory, giving her some new handcuffs, equipping them, then unequipping them? I did some experiments deleting equipped handcuffs using the console, this lead to a similar situation... and that trick solved it.

I am also attaching to this post a preview of the next release. If you want you can test if this will fix it, and fix it for more than just a few game hours. During a 'violation session' during a defense of a settlement a shock collar was snapped on my character, but i didn't realize it had been. She escaped around the building and came back to kill them after the cool-off period, then left without checking them, when she came back the bodies were gone. Did i miss the code for the collar? How does she get it off?

It changes the cuffs to use the same slot as the arm restraints from DD. Certain vanilla clothing items also use this slot. For instance, if you try to use the handcuffs with the vault jumpsuit, naturally one of them disappears. That's because the jumpsuit and the handcuffs use the same equip slot. Without the patch, I believe the cuffs use a slot that the game doesn't use in vanilla, so it shouldn't conflict with anything.

Also, if you are using the DD compatibility patch, you can use the option to keep the standard slot instead of the DD slot, maye that will help: 1

The handcuffs are pretty obvious with the popup message. Or your can also go to an owned settlement and use the Workshop Workbench to cut them off. If all else fails... use the MCM>>Real Handcuffs>>Debug menu to force them off. 1
