On each topic there is a views counter, which counts everyone (if I'm not mistaken). Because if he does not count everyone, then there is no meaning in it.

Those .rdb.bin file seem to use zlib compression, judging by the signature "78 9C" before every file content.

On intel quad core at 4.0 Ghz, I reach 45% usage at max settings. Maybe you have a frequency like 3.0 ghz or below ?

As long as the console doesn't have the free-tiddies mods, the PC version is still the best nonetheless.

People are saying it's not true at all. Story scenes on all platforms are pre-rendered and low quality.
