Hey there, I just got back into modding Skyrim after a long haitus of pure boredom, and when I went to config my mods I couldn’t find SUM or DDEquip in the MCM.  I downloaded and installed everything and their respective requirements with Vortex, but I can’t find out what I’m missing or doing wrong.

You can ignore, or turn off, the MO2 warning about Form 43.

What do I edit in the jsons to have it recognize SkyUI 5.2se

I tried changing these 2 lines

        "suiecompatiblesemvers" : [ "2.60.0", "5.2se" ],
        "suiepatchcompatiblesemvers" : [ "2.60.0", "5.2se" ],

I also tried changing 5.2se to just 5.2 but no results.

 

I don't want to go and mess around with too much without knowing what I'm doing.  I did get it to recognize SexLab though

Is my version of SkyUI incompatible?

Hey did you solve the issue, i got the same problem i tried putting papyrus at the start of my load order, and double checking that papyrus was up to date, but its still broken for me in the same exact way, if anyone else knows a solution to this issue that would be great i think i probably just messed up my load order or papyrus in some way, but i don't know if there could be another problem someone else knows about that could help me in some way. For context i run skyrim se, im not sure if that's enough info or not. Any help is welcome thanks!

Hey I just wanted to share what worked for me, it turns out there's a PapyrusUtil.dll file in the "(drive):\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\SKSE\Plugins" folder, which needs to be replaced with the appropriate version of papyrus you're trying to use with the version of SKSE appropriate. I was running around trying to figure out why both DD equip and SUM weren't loading and the versions kept either not showing up or throwing papyrus errors at me, but changing this root folder dll file worked for me. Hope this helps!

Hey I'm having this exact same issue, i have the current version of papyrus running, what version would I need then as it still says i have 0.0 would i need 4.4? is this issue above just an issue with papyrus as SUM says it cant find its System.json file as well when the file is in the directory

Is anyone aware of an interaction between SLtR (Submissive Lola the Resubmission) and iSUM (requirement for Prison Overhaul)? It seems that whenever I have an animation with my master through SLtR the keyboard is switched to iSUM's. Unfortunately, the only way I know to resolve this is to save the game and restart. The problem with the iSUM keyboard is that I can't change my spells or access my inventory. I apologize if this has already been asked and answered.

 

For reference: the animations are SexLab and whipping. SexLab animations through other mods do not do this. Neither do whipping animations (such as from Prison Overhaul Patched).

I am not sure what may be causing your problem, but I can offer the following experience...

 

I have used both SLTR and SUM in the same load order for many years, but I always have SUM's key bindings turned off:

 

MCM -> Skyrim Utility -> Setup
Scroll down to the "Hotkeys" section on left side.
Then on the right side, click "Unbind All Keys Mapping"

Wasn't the big bethesda update only for SE and AE? Why was this mod for LE updated?

Will anything not work if I don't upgrade? Or otherwise will upgrading SkyUI break anything?

All should be fine if you also do not update my other mods. However, you will miss on all the new content. 

 

Upgrading SkyUI? SkyUI hasn't got an update in generations, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863

Well, updating just SUM will break things. I'm afraid if you want the latest SUM, you need to update the rest.

OK, I got the same problem. Using Skyrim LE with Vortex as mod manager. Of course I checked my Papyrus version is 3.3, reinstalled it twice.
 

SUM: 
Your current PapyrusUtil version No. [3.2] is the wrong version.
At least version No. [3.3] is needed.


However, there is no following notification about System.json, rather I am getting:
 

SUM:
Something has gone wrong with your installation of 'Papyrus Utilities' mod.

Re-install the latest standalone version of the mod, allowing it to overwrite everything.



Any idea how I fix it? There is no PapyrusUtil.dll in my SKSE folder, neither in mod archive.

UPDATE:

So I edited System.json in SUM and POP to accept both 3.3 and 3.2, and now the mod runs smoothly. In MCM SUM says my Papyrus version is 3.3. No idea why it can't recognize it while loading.

Nooooo.! Don't do that. That can lead to a lot of problems down the road. Getting those pop-ups indicate a problem with your game. In your case a mod overrides the PapyrusUtil 3.3 files.

 

What does your SUM MCM System page say?

If it's not 3.3, then you need to change the load priority for Papyrus Utility, see bellow,

Once there, scroll down to PapyrusUtil and hit 'After All'. No mod should override PapyrusUtil. See bellow.

I did the exact same thing, but it has't solved the problem.

As I said, in MCM SUM says my Papyrus version is 3.3. I haven't changed any papyrus files or loading order, but when trying to load mod without modifying System.json, I get the error that my version is 3.2. Then make the only change in System.json and mod loads correctly and shows in MCM papyrus 3.3. No idea how it works, but POP runs stable.

Hi, just curious if anyone else has run into this...I've only made the connection after the 3rd time...had to restart games as I didn't consider clothes as being part of the issue.

I've created a few outfits and using the wheel menu, I've applied them in 3 different games to 3 different NPCs.

The first was Mirabelle. I gave her an outfit and after a few minutes when showing my bed (wink wink), she flew up through the ceiling. To get her back, I needed console commands.

 

The second was a modded follower (cute Bea) and after I applied a different set of clothes than Mirabelle, I noticed I could walk through this NPC.

A bit later when visiting the dawnguard, she flew up and started acting as if she was in a tornado...spinning around in the air. 

 

The third was Serana. Everything seemed OK as I gave her an outfit as soon as we left fort Dawnguard. After a while, I noticed I could walk through her as well. I went to change something about her outfit (add glasses) and I noticed that there was no outfit in her inventory. I tried adding her as an AFT follower and both in the standard menus as well as the AFT menus, I could not see the outfit SUM had added to her.

Soon after this, when we went to the college during the Septimus Signus quest, I noticed I could not initiate any dialog...I had the option to talk to her but nothing.
I know this one (Serana not responding) is supposed to be a vanilla bug in some instances and fast travel, save/quit/save, console commands, etc...nothing worked. I even tried to use the "kill" command and she acted as if nothing happened (although disable/enable made her disappear and reappear with the same issue). 

 

I'm not asking for anyone to troubleshoot as I'm simply not going to use that function. Just seems too much of a coincidence to not be at least partially SUM related. If anyone else is seeing something like this and wants to look into it...I've also attached my load order.

Sounds like an animation problem. 

 

Try this,

  1. Go to the SUM MCM 'Setup' page and pick a 'UIe Utility Wheel' hotkey, in this example 'G'.

  2. Walk up to the problem actor until their name appears in the crosshair. 
  3. Hit the hotkey you set above, in this example 'G'.
  4. Make sure the problem actor's name appears on the wheel, (in my case Ella) then click on the 'Reset Actor'.
