Try this, Go to the SUM MCM 'Setup' page and pick a 'UIe Utility Wheel' hotkey, in this example 'G'. Reveal hidden contents Walk up to the problem actor until their name appears in the crosshair. Hit the hotkey you set above, in this example 'G'. Make sure the problem actor's name appears on the wheel, (in my case Ella) then click on the 'Reset Actor'. Hide contents Done. Thanks, Maybe I'll try it if I can catch them mid-air. Again, not 100% sure it's this but that's the only thing they all seemed to have in common...I'm also doing a full playthrough just to be sure it does / doesn't happen when I'm NOT using this feature.
RoyWi Posted May 21, 2024 Posted May 21, 2024 Hi guys, I'm having trouble with the versions of SkyUI and SKSE. I am using Skyrim VR and it seems, that SUM doesn't find SKSE VR version and SkyUI (not a VR version, it is the 5.2 SE version which is installed). Any suggestions how to fix this problem? SkyUI is not overwritten by any mod (using MO).

Durante Posted September 9, 2024 Posted September 9, 2024 (edited) I was going insane after installing Skyrim utility 2.60 on SE because the player was automatically exiting furniture everywhere. Turns out the mod has by default in ZAP Poses ticked the box to "Reset After Every Pose" which affects all furniture; Chairs, beds, alchemy, enchanting, ZAP etc etc.... Also the mod doesn't play along with Sexlab defeat for some reason, when surrendering an AI Package from SUM kicks in and the player starts running somewhere far away over yonder with no breaks. There may also be hidden keybindings that trigger functions. For example triggering ZAP json list for poses. Edited September 9, 2024 by Durante

Use SUM 3.18.3 AE + BEES instead. 11 hours ago, Durante said: Turns out the mod has by default in ZAP Poses ticked the box to "Reset After Every Pose" which affects all furniture; Chairs, beds, alchemy, enchanting, ZAP etc etc.... You have a rogue AI package running on your PC. First, follow these steps, Then, 1. Hit the utility key, and pick 'List MCM Debug', Spoiler 2. Next, pick 'Actor Debug Options', Spoiler 3. Last, pick 'Move to Package'. Spoiler This will move your PC to where she is supposed to be to finish the AI package which should end it. 11 hours ago, Durante said: There may also be hidden keybindings that trigger functions. e2c Posted October 20, 2024 Posted October 20, 2024 Can the Custom Outfit option in the MCM be used to store and equip outfits through the uie wheel? I saved some outfits through the MCM but I can't figure out how (if that's even possible) to equip it through the uie wheel. Can someone explain?

Swithch to 3rd person view and open the console, select your PC. 2. Exit console. 3. Press the hotkey for the 'Utility Wheel' set previously. 4. Select 'List MCM Debug'. Spoiler 5. Select 'SUM MCM Custom Outfits'. Spoiler 6. Select the .json where you saved your outfits, in this example iSUmOutfits.json. Spoiler 7. Next, select your outfit. Spoiler 8. Then, set your equip options. They are the same as in the MCM except for the first one which will specify your action (bUnEquip, bEquip, bSave). If the second option is set to 'bMCM' then it will use the options you set in the MCM. Spoiler 9. Hit enter and the outfit will get equipped. Spoiler 10. Done. 11. You can walk up to other NPCs until their name appear in your crosshair and repeat the steps to equip them with outfits. Spoiler 12. Done ... again. Edited November 2, 2024 by Inte 1
no_way Posted May 15, 2025 Posted May 15, 2025 Has anyone ever successfully transferred a character and their quest progress to a new save with this?
flounder13 Posted July 16, 2025 Posted July 16, 2025 Having a hard time with getting this mod to run 100%. After install it says that I'm using the wrong version of PapyrusUtil (3.2) when I have 3.3 installed. It's also saying it can't locate it's System.json file despite it being in the location listed. Any guidance?
smarchet00 Posted September 17, 2025 Posted September 17, 2025 Not a huge issue but I found something interesting. I named a custom outfit "1_nightshade_blk". It worked fine. I thought it looked good on Serana so I decided to rename it to "1_nightshade_Serana". When I went to put that outfit on her, she simply went naked. Tested it 3 or 4 times. "1_nightshade_blk" works and "1_nightshade_Serana" leaves her naked. Again, very minor and not even worth troubleshooting but thought you might find it interesting.

If you edit the outfit name in the .json directly, it has to be all lowercase, e.g. "1_nightshade_serana". The game engine does not differentiate between upper and lower case, instead it stores all strings (text) the way it first reads them in a table and then it will use that table for all future references to that same string regardless of how the string is written in the future.
