Having the same issue.  Where do I add this keyword, and what do I add exactly?  Every animal works with AAF except the gorilla, works in one of the Boston Breeder quests, but outside of that quest, nada.

that's a base game bug that sometimes happens when using alt+tab to change between the game and some other program, or shift+tab (when using steam) to use the steam overlay

The fix is to use it again until you can use the pipboy again, or save and quit then load the save again.

Hey, so im having this issue where i cant set the hotkey (it just wont register, everything else does, it created the ini). Is there a way to set the hotkey from outside the game?

Well i have a problem when i try to press my hotkey it says : he aaf main quest is not running, hotkeys are disabled, do you know what causes this?

OMG this is years old. 

 

I am just working from memory. Havent been in game in years. You would need to edit in CK. I am guessing that for base game APE you add  the keyword in the Race section. That what it indicates the gorilla is a "person" and not an object or NPC you cant interact with.  It might be named NPC Keyword. I know I got to work because I have screen shots of being violated by a gorilla. Its on the first Tab of the Race.

I updated mine, is it completely bricked or I need to wait for a update? my old save plus all mods still work except SEU, can you enlighten me on that?

So i'm sorry to bother but having the same issues i applied the advices above to try and fix the issue but even after dowloading latest LLFP version and restarting AAF manually the error still shows up saying i don't have the LLFP plugin. But the error might come from me i installed the LLFP-v50 via vortex using the link should i manually install it instead? If yes could you tell me where i should place the files?

I have been running into an issue where after playing for a few hours without much sex happening, using SEU to initiate a scene with PC the gender roles get reversed, and seem stay that way until game quit and restart. Some scenes that happen in Autonomy also get reversed. I saw Jun cowgirling Marci, but I just figured that is how it is in that relationship.

 

Violate still works fine, AAF wizard works fine, I don't think I have seen it happen with the favor from Commonwealth Captives. Is this something that has been seen before, possibly scripts backing up? I don't run a ton of script mods (no SS2), have no crashes or framerate issues, things generally work how I would expect them to. I know AAF will have trouble identifying gender sometimes, especially on generic actors like settlers, but over and over seems like another issue. I read a couple pages, I did not try searching, my eyes are too tired to read more. Thanks for any insight.

Good point. I will check to see if I am accidentally causing this to happen. I think it is the active key, possibly using that to select a bed after starting the dialog is causing it. Not sure why Autonomy would get reversed, but I have seen stranger things. MCG giving a quest reward notice when Autonomy disallows a scene is one stranger thing.

Still happens occasionally, tried starting SEU scene then selecting furniture and gender role was fine. Tried Commonwealth Captives reward before and after SEU scene and was fine. Had only one time after loading a save that the CC reward was reversed without any SEU scene. All testing at Homeplate with 3 actors in the cell, doesn't seem to be exclusive to playing for long periods, though that might contribute to it happening more often, and scripts should be ok in the small cell with few actors. Just a ghost in the machine I guess.

Is it normal (a bug, or wrong xml setting) that robot (codworth, Curie, ada...) are included in "sell companion goods" prostitution, cause the AAF scene to fail most the time and I always get the free money, I thought it just for female companions.

 

I use AFT for having multiple companions. Did the mod have a check if the companion is a robot for skip prostitution, or it just checks who ever are in vanilla  companion slot? Because no one will "sell goods" of a robot in the first place.

 

The mod will randomly select a companion in my party that include robot (except dogmeat).

SEU has been remarkably reliable and bug free for a long time for me.

But today it suddenly stopped working.

No matter the situation or location, when I use either the active or the passive key I get the error message "AAF: SEU Hotkeys disabled during dialogue scenes"

 

However there are no dialogues going on anywhere nearby and i push multiple times to catch the individual to finish their greeting.

 

tried on 20+ different NPCs in Diamond City, Thicket excavation, The fens and other locations, no matter what, SEU would not fire on either active or passive hotkey activation and give same errror message about dialogues in progress.

 

Did game save and reload: no change

Did Vortex shut down and reload Vortex then reload game: no change

Restarted computer then restarted Vortex  then restarted game , no change

Updated to a newer version of SEU: No change.

 

EDIT: it does work on a different profile. But it did work on this profile for  a while also before it stopped. I checked the plug ins they are both active.

What is the version of Fallout 4? You can find out in the settings menu, bottom right corner, either at the main menu or in-game. In my screenshot below, mine is 1.10.163.

How do I disable flirting? It's causing issues, especially with the Diamond City mayor where the dialogue options won't pop up and I can only move around.

Flirting only takes place if you hit the Active hotkey while looking at an NPC.  Nothing in this mod happens automatically, and it isn't possible to start flirting with an NPC if you are already in a dialogue with them.

If you have the mod installed but you get such a message, check your plug ins in the seperate window in Vortex on the bottom.

Open that up and look for inactive plug ins.

Sometimes when you active the mod for some reason the plug in does not at same time.

Odd. Whenever I do a speech check, it says im attempting to flirt with them and I don't know how to turn that off
