Or whatever the extra steps are called. LOL AAF? Yes, from the Nexus page. NAF and LL FourPlay, no. Vortex has been an alright mod manager, could be better could be worse. Typically installing mods has normally been a straightforward affair. If it says "Enabled" then it is...... now..... if you have the prerequisite mods to make that mod work.... well that seems to be what I am currently stuck on. I will download these next two mods and see what happens.

The error message when I press the hotkey says "AAF SEU: AAF main quest is not running, hotkeys are disabled"..... did I miss something? Was I supposed to complete a quest before trying to be down bad?

I can't remember the last time I played it before taking a small break but, it was a good while before the NG update and back then, it worked fine. I know I've updated all of the required mods so unless I've missed one, I don't know what's going on.

I downloaded the mods and launch from F4SE now, when trying to start a scene through SEU I got the error "AAF Init Error Detected! OSA Resetting" And for Violate "AAF SEU: AAF SceneInit Status [1]", "AAF OnSceneInit status [1]", "Violation scene aborted"

If it's the broken Next Gen version you need aaf off of Discord. Or downgrade your game to 163.

Steam does allow games to be rolled back, you can even roll back to the very first version. How to you think speed runners get very specific versions of the games? Anyway, you'll find tools on Nexus to roll back the game for you. But it's as simple as copy and paste once you understand how Steams depot works. Oh, your issues are simply the wrong version of AAF. I went and got the new version of AAF..... but things still aren't working right..... trying to hotkey Sex em up still gives the "quest not started" error, and the Violate has the scene init failure ones still..... Whatever am I doing wrong this time?

You're trying to run before you can walk here. Your best bet is to disable anything that isnt a requirement for AAF and get that working before installing other mods that interact with it, then once you have AAF working properly start adding the extras. I play with 100% robbery because ,as you Said , it would be dumb for the enemies to not get the weapons. my idea was more like , Even at 100% robbery chance , you somehow get to keep a small Weapon (ie you succede in concealing your switchblade ). There is an actor near me so I am not sure why this is happening. AAF works. Everything works when I disable AAF violate. Turning AAF violate on has this issue appear. So here's the expanded DLC+darthroman patch that worked for me. You'll need to replace your existing Violate DLC patch with it. AAF_Violate_DLC_Patch.esp

But they seem to be currently pacifists, not attacking under any circumstance, and running away. Plus, they don't seem to have any attack animations. But I'm pretty new to this... Gorillas in the Commonwealth... Works great, a variety of Gorilla types as well. I got the AI working great, the Vanilla AI sucks. Currently testing, and enjoying the mod, it's a lot of fun. Using the 2 Nuka World Caged Rad Gorilla Races for it, so it doesn't mess up The Institute Gorillas. Tougher Radroaches... Early Days, need to tweak their AI and Difficulty. My character has been defeated, got pregnant and birthed a Baby Gorilla, which is almost grown to a full Gorilla, that is part of my Settlement. Still testing it... I'm glad you kept almost all the animals in your patch, my patch was just a rough attempt to fix a problem. Using the help from someone in the Post Section. I want to be able to have the player be defeated by Cats and Radroaches, Gorillas are perfect in my mod. Tough, but not ridiculously tough, plus... like real Gorillas, they work together as a group to overwhelm you.

Trying to modify FPV_MCM_Script and FPV_OnHit, and anything else I'd need to work with a plugin that contains two formlists, one that goes to BasicRaces and one that goes to CompanionRaces. Humans and humanoid npcs like synths, servitrons, etc work just fine in CompanionRaces. However, if it's something like a robot, super mutant, creature, etc, then they still get pushed into the victims alias, but combat doesn't end and I can't talk to them. Idk if it has to do with the game getting stuck trying to enforce the surrender idle on them when they can't really adopt it, or something to do with the quests in the main plugin, but I can confirm the victims alias does have the npc's reference if I do sqv fpv_aggressors. If I use KFT Bondage Grenade, which does this: if victims != None victims.ForceRefTo(akTarget) endif then the npc can immediately work with Violate no matter what kind of race it is. I also tried adding actorTypeNPC keywords to these races but that wasn't the problem. Edit: Nvm, think I see how to do it. Edited August 24, 2025 by idkmanyolo

I moved the one in violate to inactive so only this one was active and the same result. There is not a 'creature' category in the aggressor menu, only a mutated one and they are not included. Any Ideas?

When I don't use god mode, the hp threshold doesn't kick in either and I've not had any crippling happening to see if that works either.

Got the Gorillas in the Commonwealth working great, it's fun as well. You end up running and gunning a lot. You can run, just a little bit faster than them. Radroaches... Tougher Radroaches is working as well, they are levelled, so it's level 1 Radroaches to fight, when you are level 1, out of the Cryo Tube. Going over level 80 Radroaches, their attacks seem to be scaling as well. Soo... keep your distance, no fly swatting them, as they can swat you as well... Need to test them on a new game, see what happens. Currently, I keep getting beat by them, as they are not tough, but they hit very hard. 2 or 3 hits kills them, 2 or 3 hits kills you as well. May need to make the Vault Roaches vanilla stats, unlevelled. As it would get irritating dying in Vault 111. Cats... they seem to be cowardly, running away and refusing to fight, no matter what I do. Their AI and size is tweaked, anything you can do to a Cat in the Vanilla game, you can do to these. If I can fix the cowardly AI... I wish there was a Cats hunt Birds mod... Separate mods... they are all separate mods, and can be uninstalled if you get sick of them, or if they are too tough. I love the Gorillas in the Commonwealth. Adult mods... nope, they are just creature spawns, unless you have Adult mods installed. Like the rest of creatures and people in Fallout 4, no adult situations built in, just angry or cowardly creatures. Violate... lose a fight, and get fucked by a Gorilla, Radroach, Deer (sometimes, as currently the Deer Resting animation plays instead of the sex animation). Soo much Radroach sex, with Tougher Radroaches, no baby Roaches yet. I don't know if Family Planning Enhanced Redux has them. Family Planning Enhanced Redux... Nora birthed a baby gorilla, that turned into a young Gorilla, that is now an adult Rad Gorilla in my Settlement. Currently have him working sorting scrap, no animations for that.
