And it demonstrates that the Nexus staff simply refuses to back off of the one-sided slams when they ban people. 'Member X is banned for uploading copyrighted content.' That says it all. He broke the rules that were in place when he joined and thus he has to go. The jabs after that are just that...JABS. And somehow (in the grand scheme of all things Nexus) the staff and the owner think it is okay, and they get upset when people laugh in their faces.

Respecting that rule would mean no uploads, period. Everything created by everyone, everywhere, is covered by a copyright. Posts "related to piracy" covers even saying "piracy is bad". In short, their rules were not written by a lawyer and can't be interpreted as such, even slightly. They are concepts, not laws, and open to subjective interpretation by those enforcing them. Intentionally.

That was only after he got hammered for making an announcement about 'abandoned mods' and his attempt to stake claim on content authored by people who were banned or had simply moved on. He had this whole 'community property' thing clanking around in his head. It didn't last once he posted about it in the Modder's Section at Nexus. People flat out posted after him that they would cease to upload if he went through with it. (That was the point where I deleted all of my Oblvion mods and the older FO3 ones from Nexus. If Cock-Robin Scott can even consider the notion of high jacking mods and THINK people will swallow it without complaint...well, YEAH fuck you dude. It wasn't unexpected though. LHammonds commandeered 'his' Silver Dragon Armory mod from another modder, the same way BlackBlossom high jacked Type3 for NewVegas. If an admin and a talentless kudos whore can take things that don't belong to them, then why not the site owner. I mean....WHY NOT?) Anyway, It all boils down to the 'our interpretaion of the rules, not yours' bit in their TOS. It is the ultimate out for them. I don't know who it was, and if you told me, I still wouldn't know -- I only ever dipped a toe in with posting over there, and don't know anybodies name. It's better that way. But, whoever this person was (it might have even been in this thread), they seemed surprisingly open minded about the situation between Nexus and LL, and willing to open a dialog. If that person is still around, it may be worth reaching out, again. They have probably been burned at the stake by now though.

This is straight from Nexus: "Your IP address or email address has been flagged as being used by spammers on other forums." Are they seriously looking to see if their users are on other forums and taking action against them?

After the ban, I got into a heated argument with said moderator and basically called "him" out on his images and that he was hypocritical in his decision to ban me. He then told me that my character squirting, he said she was "urinating", are not acceptable in the UK. So a girl squirting is not acceptable, but two guys cock fighting is. I guess you get special privileges as a moderator.
