There's an incompatibility between Cursed Loot and Devious Devices - Equip. Specifically in the clean up riften quest. In this quest the PC is in a maid outfit and heavily bound. In Devious Devices - Equip there is a setting that 'blocks activation' when the PC is heavily bound, and when you have your cursor over a target the text 'Can't Do That While Bound'. This blocks the quest. You can turn off 'block activation' in the Devious Devices - Equip mod's MCM. But that menu option is greyed out if the PC is wearing any Devious Devices. So I'm not sure if turning off this option will fix this error. The last time the PC was not wearing any devious devices was during the Chloe quest, right before you get the pink suit in the hall of the dead, so that's at least several hours ago. I was able to deactivate Devious Devices - Equip and complete the garbage cleaning quest. But other's might not be that lucky. I don't know what the best solution to this will be. Maybe a note in Cursed Loot's incompatibility list to tell people to turn off 'block activation' in the Devious Devices - Equip mod before you get bound.

I didn't turn on that feature, so it was set by default. Usually when I see something that disables game interaction I usually turn it off. I spent about 2 hours searching through the mods to figure out what was causing the issue, and found it in that mod. I usually run with defaults for the most part, and since there's a lot of mods I miss things.

Never happened with me - but DDe shouldn't really be something ppl should even know about these days. It's no longer a separate mod from DD. So if you have DDe installed, my guess is that you have a very old Devious Devices installation.

Devious Devices Equip is a mod by @Inte and is still being developed by Inte. It is not part of DD. Devious Devices Expansion is the old mod by @Kimy that has been merged into DD.

Usually crashes mean something is wrong with your HDT installs. I don't think that crashlog tells what you have though, but we can't say much without knowing. 1

I've scoured SSEedit, disabled mods that I was sure were the problem, but keep getting the error. I've since reactivated everything in order to see if anyone else can spot something that I missed. My list is rather large, so I'm not opposed to trimming it if I have to. Any help is much appreciated. Yooo thanks, i made the pastebin public if you still want to look at it but the error is fixed now When checking the various mod pages i never saw any mention of "HDT" so i installed and now it doesn't crash anymore thank you very much I'm still surprised that in hours of troubleshooting done before making that comment i never came across "HDT" but whatever it works now Thanks again
tuyulgugel Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 Is there a way to make bondage furniture more interactive? or atleast control the duration of the event when it happen. It is incredibly boring having to sit and do nothing for multiple ingame hours, not with the 0 struggle animation atleast. I find myself having to modify game time tick rate just so the event doesn't last for as long. Fast forwarding time doesn't work since for some reason the player is taking damage which prevents time skip menu.

That is the only set of chains that works on. DD NG works a bit better, but chains just don't work the way they do in LE and they will never be as perfect. 1

Other than that, the only thing you can do is take your list apart, and start with just DCL and it's requirements. Add your mods in one at a time until you find the conflict. 1

In addition, after the scene ends, they do not tie me up after even when the restrain percentage is 100%. Does anyone know a solution to this?

Have you tested your DD working at all before starting something big like Leon's quest? I'd heavily recommend loading a save point from before you started it. That's one thing, you can't directly start a new game, run to Leon and expect it to work. DD needs to be initialized by saving and loading the game once. You'll need to set up a lot of other mods too by going through their MCM pages. One example is SexLab. As for the list of mods: - Firstly open the Plugins tag in your MO2 and see that there are no red flags in that load order. - DDHOTFIX is not required, DD-NG itself is a big hotfix. - You have HDT-SMP but it should be Faster-HDT-SMP, or some call it FSMP. - I don't see FNIS Creature Pack. - Missing: UIExtensions, Fuz-Ro-Doh, Unofficial Skyrim patch (USSEP). - People use some alternate start mod to initialize mods. I don't think it's viable to go through the carriage ride and it's long delay anyway. - Check again all SexLab AE and DD-NG requirements, it should require PowerofThree's and maybe some else. - CBBE body might not fully support HDT, you'll need 3BA or one as good if you want physics. Probably extra mods for CBBE will improve that part if you want to keep it. - Missing MO2 output mod for FNIS and BodySlide. Cursed Loot's defeat is only barely working, and with beasts its even worse. We can only wait for Kimy to come up with next version of DCL for that in some future point, use a different defeat mod or tolerate these bugs. She probably doesn't even "officially" support beast content as far as i'm aware.

Then launch them from the MO2, of course first you need to add them to the list of tools there.
