Does anyone know why the public nudity and indecent exposure stuff isn't working? I have the options clicked on in the mod setting. Also why do guards and enforcers keep stopping me saying my collar was removed and I need to keep it on? The it doesn't add a new collar in my inventory but it'll have the pop-up message and pink screen flash thing, idk the mod is being a little funky

Open a console and click on an enforcer, then see which mod he comes from but it sure is not Cursed Loot. There is no collar feature like that here.

 

Wouldn't know about the exposure thing, you could screenshot the whole settings page because there is more to it.

iirc, some of the misogyny related stuff was disabled/removed from the mod although it was left in the mcm. 

 

if you mean just the arrest and npcs reporting, that should still work and take a look at what you have editing the guards as zaflis mentioned.

I create a pillory with additemmenu, it work well and have a Manipulate option.

But when I use the pillory outside the prison, it does't have a Manipulate option. When I use it, just stand and the pillory become invisable.

I disable DCL and the bug pillory disappear, so I think it is from DCL.

I disable DDNG and OAR, only use DAR and it still happens.

 

I just wonder how it happened.

 

there are others mention the same problem.

Not  a whole lot i can do with it or suggest. The only time I've seen that issue was with Trappings of Fate. 
To confirm where the pillory came from, you'd need to play without Zaz or open the console and click the pillory and see what it's from there.

 

DD 5.2 does not work with DAR or OAR natively on it's own. It works with FNIS, and maybe Pandora (Nemesis and Pandora are not supported). So unless you grabbed the outdated DAR files from the troubleshooting post, the DAR test did nothing.

 

The only way i've been able to work around it in trappings was reloading a save before getting into the furniture. Sometimes it took many tries.

I don't think anyone actually tracked down why they are invisible, although frayed mentioned maybe load order. It just went away on a different game. Krzp is one of the DD NG maintainers and worked with frayed, but I don't recall either of them ever saying they found a solution. It just stopped being a problem.

 

You should have the mods in this order:
Devious Devices Assets

Devious Devices Integration

Devious Devices Expansion

Devious Devices Contraptions

Devious Devices For Him (optional)

Devious Devices BRRF (optional)

Devious Devices SE patch (only if not using DD NG, delete it if using DD NG)

Other DD mods

I use More Informative Console get information, picture in spoiler.

It turns out that the pillory I create (both zade_pillory and zade_pillory2) normally work and the bug pillory is from DCL.

 

I also try only FNIS, but still in mistake.

 

I just put out my test result. Since it stopped being a problem, I not asking for a fix actually.

Hey, I have some problems in Chloe's quest. After Nazeem reveals the package to us, Chloe becomes partially naked. She has only a chain, boots, and gloves and not all parts but i have all parts except chastity bra that i remember it wasnt underneath in oldrim. I'm using Devious Devices NG. What could be causing this problem?

 

Update : in DEVICES UNDERNEATH (1) changing NPC setting to NO HIDE fixed the issue!

Is it the catsuit missing then? Maybe you have different bodytype compared to what the follower has, in regard to what you build it in Bodyslide for.

"Yes, it's the catsuit. When I reload a save, I see the catsuit for less than a second, but it quickly unequips and she becomes without the catsuit and the chastity bra."

Set all the options in the device hider to none. Something with DD NG's device hider changes.

I never understood need for device hider anyway, i turn if off in NG. Devices will hide anyway if armor covers that part, there's no need to make a system for it. But it actually causes much more problems than it solves when you have chest armors that cover almost nothing.

If my character is wearing tight pants I don't want chastity belt to clip through. Or cuffs with long sleeves. Or piercings with bras. Or corsets with almost anything. Or nails with gloves. Etc, etc.

I use it to full extent and have a custom and extensive setup for almost everything. It's a great feature.

Not all devices are meant to have enchantments. As I mentioned on the discord, the 'enchantment' on some of them is simply that they have an armor value, and are meant for you to wear for normal playthrough for visuals and to replace armor.  Normal devices have no armor value and are meant to be punishing. you are helpless and get hurt when wearing devices, but some people like how they look and want to wear them all the time without the negatives.

The issue is that some descriptions either are the same for both non-enchant and enhanted armor or even vividly states that it should give some kind of power, but it gives none. Also, for some reason, I sent the same screenshot 3 times :/
Let me elaborate
We have gold, transparent and hunters black catsuit (there actually more, but let's focus on that). All of them are catsuits with the same description, but only black version has enchantment (actually there are others, but the thing is that ALL share the same description - A skin-tight catsuit enhanced with powerful magic, so kinky adventurers can wear it in combat.

Apparently, it seems that all "black" share description with enchanted versions but have none by themselves (besides 2 with name "of endurance")

Meanwhie, in collegue set of dresses only attire and latex dress has enchantment. Why? Again, theirs descriptions are similar.

"Pure" combat dresses also have a statement that they are enchanted for combat, but they are not. Meanwhile there are some combat sets that have enchantment. And of course same description.

If you want a 'why' or a fix, that's not going to happen until kimy starts updating the mod again. I just do the conversion. The mod has closed permissions, so even the conversion is skating the line, but kimy's been gracious about that. Fixing this would go beyond fixing things to make it useable on SE/AE as I'd either need to edit descriptions or add enchantment, or both. And I don't know what the original intent was. But I can tell you none of these have changed over multiple versions, so even if it's not intentional, this is the way it works right now.

Good afternoon, I'm having a problem, the gags for the elf races are invisible, I've tried everything, I've run Bodylide, reinstalled DCL and all the mods that can cause conflict, any help please?

Discussing on the DD NG discord. The DCL BRRF patch needs updated for DD NG.

Hello, I am a script noob and I wanted to edit the mod in order to change the punishment probabilities which are hard coded, I tried modifying the "dcur_prison_ArrestScript.psc" file but I am unable to convert it back to .pex (I am getting a lot of missing dependencies no matther what I import, such as mzinbathequest, aradia...), does anyone know how to do it?

hey I have a problem which says thatimage.png.ba5d29214c72041f19de1581ce4f74e4.png deviously cursed loot disable itself because if removes impotal tags from children but the only mods I have are the ones required by devious devices and deviously cursed loot

you have to track down all the dependencies.

 

mzin* is bathing in skyrim - the original LE one. I don't know if scripts will compile with the renewed version. I think i was able to use the SE (not renewed) for this.

aradia is probably aradia devices integrated, i forget where i found it and i don't think i have it anymore. but you'll find that on the LE side if you search for aradia. you just need the scripts, it doesn't matter if the mod works in your game or not.
