So are you saying that because activequest is true that means chests won't activate and chests are considered part of sex attacks? Or is it separate and you're saying the chest might just have to do with arousal? I'm pretty confident it doesn't have to do with arousal because I put it down to zero the threshold. My character is also high arousal most of the time. I've had MCM menus mess up and 0 cause issues so I also tried it at 10 arousal and it still didn't seem to work. I feel like if the active quest disables sex attacks It makes sense to me that it would disable chests as well but maybe not I guess I'll finish the Chloe quest and see.

"How salty". you may ask? I still ended up burying 100 Bound Arrows in Julius' face and neck, before proceeding to unload iron arrows I'd collected; it turns out, the bastard cannot die after one has obtained the key. Touche, Kimy et al.

One could validly argue that you shouldn't kill males in DCL quests; they're all misogynistic scum, though, and bringing about their deaths brings some measure of ephemeral comfort.

Hey, all. Back again (you can see how much I'd like to clear these quests from my list of things to do in and around Skyrim, so that I can actually do anything else in and around Skyrim, yeah?). I can't seem to equip the Cursed Armbinder in order to hopefully finish what should be the final quest and begin the long road to forgetting about the arc. I keep receiving a message that I can only equip it if naked, but the only things that are currently equipped are all cursed things I can't remove until I equip this, so any guidance in the right direction would again be appreciated. As before, I conducted fruitless searches in the two topics for "cursed armbinder". I've repeatedly read the last letter from the latest misogynist, I get a message that the step of putting on the armbinder is complete, then another message to put on the armbinder, then I attempt to put on the armbinder and get the message that I have to be naked again; it's another ridiculous, seemingly endless cycle.

I did try the safeword; unfortunately, that option removes the ability to complete the quest while NOT removing it from the active quests list (so, then it's just this constant reminder of another thing left undone; brilliantly sadistic, really).

Update: After giving up and trying the safeword again, I noticed that the Cursed Vaginal Plug (which was equipped) and the Cursed Armbinder remain in my inventory. Is there a way to enter Helgen Keep without triggering the Chloe & Bound in Skyrim quests? I've reduced the possibility for every quest I can find to 0, but the main quest line appears to be omitted. I'm keeping the save with the quest still active, in case anybody does have a solution. If not, I'm glad you (whomever you may be) took the time to read all of this nonsense and I hope you'll forgive any lack of forum etiquette.

Only that means, that quest cursed collar is inactive. for all current game.

That was the result I wanted. Unfortunately, telling Chloe you'll leave her there to die only ends the Chloe quest; the Bound in Skyrim quest remains in the active quests list. I'll just deal with it for now, as I've finished setting up SDS and a bunch of other stuff. After this playthrough, I'll probably downgrade to pre-1.7 and then use Dangerous Curses NG.

So it work as expected. Chloe quest is ended and next quest in bound of skyrim not started, so it ends here. Only open quest left, what never continue.

Unfortunately, it didn't work as expected. Based on your description, I thought the Bound in Skyrim quest arc would end altogether and that didn't happen. Further, even though I set the relative chance for each quest to 0.0%, the Bound Adventure quest still triggered somehow AND the NPC who triggered it couldn't understand me when I made it back to her thanks to the gag she put in my mouth. I also couldn't do anything about the gag thanks to the armbinder she also added (so, can't do anything about anything at all once again; this is literal torture, beyond mere inconvenience). Oh well, though; just another game within another game.

Just wanted to clear things up, the Chloe quest locks you from any devious events happening including chest openings once you accept to talk to Nazim. It doesn't unlock you until you're done doing quests for the doll maker specifically the quest that has you go to the Thieves Guild.
