We walked out of Left Hand Mine and straight into an attack by a lone nutter. As I loot the body I notice that the female NPCs are suffering from VRAM deficiency. Obviously my attempt at texblending the vagina texture didn't go well. ?   Across the bridge we find this guard threatening a dead body. Eventually got in the inn where no surprises awaited. I decided I wasn't happy with the body I was using for my followers and now would be a good time to have a change.
