It happened to me and I didn't understand what it was. Searching on the internet, I found the solution. This is called a draugher bug, it strikes indiscriminately and at any time. It doesn't damage the game but is just annoying. So how do you fix it? Well, with an item to equip. You can easily download it from here

How does it work? As mentioned, it is an item of equipment. When you happen to be a victim of this bug, you simply equip the item and then remove it. The bug will disappear.
