The xp32 files you uploaded worked fine, they moved with hdt, and could be colored with the slider. You didn't install some hair color addon did you? I don't remember what mod it was exactly that I did before but all I was able to use was blonde-some beauty addon or something fucked up the color slider on about half of the hairs I had installed. What version of the physics plugin do you have installed btw?

Other than apachii's hair, I don't believe I have anything else that would prevent color, and like I said, all my other hairs installed can be colored.  I searched for, found and installed Azar's mod only after xp32's hair failed to show color.  I'm using the hdt plugin v12-29, but the physics work fine, just no color.  The only hairs I have installed are the vanilla hairs(21 female), apachii's(42 female), azar's(17 ponytails) and xp32's(1 ponytail with physics).  I use a custom race (Lunari), which uses the default hair and I can equip all 81 hairs in racemenu (I have both racemenu and ECE installed), but only 80 of the 81 show color - xp32's is not showing a "black or dark texture", its showing no texture at all, as if it can't be found - but there are no papyrus errors for "missing textures".

One thing I haven't tried is to "replace" the two meshes in azar's folder with xp32's meshes, perhaps its a path problem.  It shouldn't matter where the hdt.xml is, so long as the "extra data" havok path is correct, right?  Probably won't work.  When I did the reverse - replaced xp32's with the originals - I got color but of course no physics.

I assume you installed xp32's the same as I did and enabled his esp?  I used BOSS for my load order ... I'm stumped.  I really am the ONLY one with this problem ... Sighs

Earrings worked a treat on followers with no HDT hair, possible just the hairstyle itself hitting the earrings though as a couple of my followers use ponytails that are non HDT.

The girl equiped with HDT hair they went mental and it actually unequips them after half a second of being worn, never seen equipment automatically unequip like that before.

They really work well for NPCs?

Could you try these http://www.mediafire.com/download/s26cyet2d7ydlc7/HDT%20Earrings%20V2.7z

Its all the same, except i used hdtHavokModifier to change the group ID to -1 so it should not collide with anything.

Its not changed a thing in my game though, still fidgety.

Hmmm might have to make a new rig, i wonder how much you can edit the rigged bodies size/distance from there parented bone.

Sorry if this is the wrong thread. I've got a weird problem that has just started happening today. Any time I try to load my latest save the game crashs, but upon doing so its creating HDT extension saves in my save folder? Three to be exact, they are an autosave.ess, autosave.ess.tmp, and autosave.ess.skse. Any idea whats going on and how I can stop it?

The v2 earrings work a treat for my HDT haired follower now.

Maybe different dlls or BBP extension sets, currently I have just used clp2011's all in one and everything works fine for my followers. I do have problems with my HDT haired follower with HDT object though. Had that problem pretty much from the beggining of using the hair.

Not tried the earrings on my main character though, male.

I play as male and only managed to get the hdt hair on a follower through alternative control and racemenu then saving face!
and yes you lose the nair colour if u are using racemenu.esp!  u have to use uncheck racemenu.esp if you want the colour to carry on in the save!
I use latest every thing hdt libraries and xml , xp32 skeleton with all 3 options checked ( including the ECE one)
bodyslide 2.0  with cbbe - hdt xml body (some one uploaded it here a few days ago ) ...  every hdt mod out thesre except that object thing !( china dress , miko , skirts)!
I tested the earing on  a special race custome follower   with regular hair !
hdt works on my game on all npc bodies and   armors ...  and now also clothes since i installed the pregnant killer koes conversion meshes for pregnancy ( the ones with belly bone)!
I ll look into making a video when  I have a chance .

EDIT:  HERE IS THE REQUESTED VIDEO
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIBU-16AwC8&feature=youtu.be

THE VIDEO IS WITH HDT HAIR FROM XP32 AND CHINA DRESS FROM HDT AUTHOR!

Ok, so I've tested hdt earrings v2, and good news now they are not flying anymore, but they are going back and forth all the time, they just cannot stand still and I think the pin is moving sligthly on the ear for each earring, like if not really pinned but rather on some kind of rail.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I can't find a answer so I'm asking anyway :-/ ..

What exactly is the "HDT Havok Object" for?

I'm kinda of confused since I have HDT for some time but never used this thing :D

Link to comment

It's a ghost object that loads a body xml file, mostly one with breast collision so the xml file doesn't have to be attached to the armor itself..

Ok.. thanks..

But what does it do in game?

By collision you meant that the breast will not clip through stuff?

Link to comment

It just loads a xml file for you (the file that contains physic data). That's all it does.

By collision I mean the xml files for bodies that contain the data for the collision of the breast with the hands. If you use an animation that touches the breast, the breast will react to it.

With HDT in this thread the following is meant:

HDT Breast Physics and Breast Collision.

Breast Physics means that bounce and jiggle no longer are precalculated by an animation, but are based on physical.

Breast Collision means that other parts of the body and breasts were defined as a collision object.

For example on their hands: the hands move and deform the breasts when they touch the breasts.

For the Breast Collision there is a Mod "HDT Havok Object".

This mod in addition to Breast Physics, added Breast Collision.

It enabled this.

But some files need to be installed. For Breast Physic and Breast Collision.

Quick guide on collision for boobs,

You'll need nifscope: http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkope from downloads section

You'll need hdt.xml from here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/

Idle pack: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/21287-what-mod-is-this-vi/?p=570201

Choose idle 01 and rename it appropriately to mt_idle.hkx, don't forget to backup your original mt_idle.hkx and put into the correct directory: Data\meshes\actors\character\animations\female

Using nifscope picture tutorial via s666: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/?p=566933

Another way shorted explained here from ballsy::

"To elaborate, you'll need to open femalebody_0 and femalebody_1.nif in nifskope, right click the body, select block -> insert -> Nis... -> NiStringExtraData. Note that it is not NiStringsExtraData.

Right click NiStringExtraData on the block list, copy branch, right click on NiNode on select paste branch. Delete the original NiStringExtraData by right clicking -> block -> remove. Click on the new NiStringExtraData and use ctrl + up to shift it to the first line right after 0 NiNode.

Go to block details after clicking on NiStringExtraData and click on the txt icon of Name. Type in HDT Havok Path

Now go to block details line 4, String Data and click the txt icon. Enter the path where you installed ledo's xml.  (eg Data\SKSE\Plugins\hdt.xml)

Click Save As... in nifskope and replace the original femalebody nif file. Same stuff goes for armors."

I have been doing this and the HDT Physics works well and responds to walking and running, except that there is no collision. However, I am editing the UNPB BBP mesh and not the CBBE or ADEC body.

Perhaps it's the fact that I am using UNPB BBP; which may be the source of the problem? If so, assuming that UNPB BBP is built differently, is there a way to edit the UNPB BBP mesh to have collision?

So for people like me who don't want to go read 90 pages of crap to get this working right, can someone juts put all the files in a .zip, and a .txt to where they go? I tried this like 3 times by now and everything's just a mess.
