NPCs should pose, but they will frequently break out of the pose. This is expected and can't be entirely prevented. I discussed it a bit here, and you can try that mod as well. I have not used it and can't say how well it works.

I have not used it and can't say how well it works. thanks,, yes,, it seems somehow conflict with other mod which may effect pose.. like zaz or DAR pose (though I do not have many DAR setting, but Defeat baka version offer them with condition,, but it controlled in his scripts too with some unique way , then I can not check it.(no source ^^;) eg If I use zaz arm binder first, then remove it,, >> now attach DD arm bidner >> she return bound pose.. but if I try to apply Arm binder (DD) first, with other character she do not bound... I may test stop zaz temporally, and see how it will work or not.. And thanks you offer link,, I will test it,, at same time what Devious Devices equip offer for DD , are you using this too? Also NPC's should be able to do that. Sorry if I this idea was posted earlier but I'm don't want to check all these posts, especially in SE since I play LE. There are some devices from the DD - Assets.esm that do not have offset animations, including the yoke. Make sure that you are not using items from DDa, and also make sure you are using the inventory version of the device and not the render version.

Usually jumping or changing cells will force a pose reset if it doens't apply, could try a quick jump. If that doesn't work, upload your active mod list (not the plugins, the mods), maybe something will click.

(so I can attach/remove items, from NPC safety) I do not need new story quest (untill understand how DD items work) but hope to get stable mod which offer (I might buy?) assets, (equip Item and key, or test DD furnitures) ? And about furniture,, is there mod,, which may auto load DD furnitures from UI list, and set NPC for the BDSM furnitures? Anyway most target is DCL 9.0 (there is furniture and slightly can manage those) There is quest line what can be aborted completely with speak with Chloe and choose not to continue forever for this save. In MCM can configure a traps and events too. Also there is solicitation what allows equip restraints on NPC. And some quests from Dollmaker what need equip NPC in restraints.

Can fix by drop on ground and pick up back. Probably by putting into container, but maybe not. 2) You have bugged rendered device from this collar into inventory. (can't prof it. I have many bugged rendered devices into my PC inventory, but no one other reports the same) Then it's block equip collar second time. This have temporally fixes into DD 5.2 beta 4 - even if you have this device into inventory - it's still allow equip this item
Lyreal Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 (edited) I use the currently Beta 4 for AE: The Package zad_BoundNPCSandbox is incompatible with mod followers who don't use the vanilla follower system. When my follower wear e.g. an armbinder he stops following the pc but get teleport with him into other cells. I suggest adding the condition "Is waiting for player != 0" to fix it. So, if you don't want to use DCL (you can skip/abort the quest as Elsidia mentioned) you have two options: 1. Make your own mod for this 2. Use add item menu or similar mod to add the furniture to your inventory and then drop it into the world.

I've spent a good while digging through this topic but I cannot find the solution to my problem. I'm using "Devious Devices SE & VR 5.1.7" on AE Skyrim. There are a number of plugs with tails that are broken in game and I cannot figure out why (or how to fix them). The broken pieces are: Devious Devices SE & VR 5.1\meshes\devious\Heretic\Plugs\PlugPonyTail01 Devious Devices SE & VR 5.1\meshes\devious\Heretic\Plugs\PlugPonyTail02 Devious Devices SE & VR 5.1\meshes\devious\Heretic\Plugs\PlugPonyTail02Bow Devious Devices SE & VR 5.1\meshes\devious\Heretic\Plugs\PlugPonyTail03 (There may be other broken items but these are the ones I care about atm). These pieces are seemingly getting attached to my left foot and are rigid in-game: I've tried to investigate the issue and from what I can tell I've got the correct things installed. I thought maybe it was a BodySlide/Outfit problem (I'm very new to using these tools) but when I load them into OutfitStudio they look correct: So then I thought maybe I built them wrong in Batch Build, but they do not show up in the list for me there at all? I'm not sure if they should or not though, or if I'm expected to build these items. Maybe I need to do it manually? I see many other DD items in the list. EDIT: I made a new outfit for one of these items and then it showed up in the batch build list, but after building it was still broken in-game as before, so that's not the issue I guess. For reference here are the mods I'm using that I figure might be relevant to this question, and can provide more details if requested. I will keep trying to fix this on my own but any help is appreciated. Also it seems that most of the DD items do work correctly for me, so I don't expect it's a global problem (seemingly maybe only stuff with "chains"?). ssskn Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Can someone tell me which DD animations folder corresponds with which DD equipment piece? There are 5 animation folders. I've been fiddling with DAR combat mods and it has broken my animations in armbinder, yokes, and any other device that ties hands. Except for straightjackets. They work perfectly for some reason. Even uninstalling NEMESIS didn't fix the problem... I would like to give DD animations some DAR support and get rid of this issue once and for all.

My understanding is that HDT-SMP is a full replacement for the old hdtSSEFramework. For science, I did try the old hdtSSEFramework and hdtSSEPhysics but it didn't fix the issue. I will note that all other physics features seem to work correctly with the setup I have, these DD items are the first things that have not (that I have noticed at least).
