Hi I'm a bit of a noobie to modding, especially SL mods. I just a tad confused as all the required mods link to Oldrim mods.

 

I have concentration issues and can find navigating this site a bit overwhelming. Its like sometimes I look at the words on a page and it mutates into spaghetti. I do try to follow instruction verbatim. I probably enjoy installing and configuring mods more than I play the game lol

 

I guess its obvious to use the SE assets BUT the fact that after a cursory glance through the comments and not seeing a similar comment to this, makes me 'That guy!'

I've recently modified the installer to have the SE requirements to partially help with that in the beta that's running now. The mod page is a copy/paste of the LE page and none of the requirements were updated. There are conversions for many mods out there. There is a solution to fix those broken script device if it is too late to reverse a save. 

- First, equip those devices on you (of course it is invisible and not working right now)

- Open any container, follower backpack, shop vendor.

- Move/sell the device on you.

Now those devices will appear equip on you again and you will have to work your way out normal this time.

 

Edit: This problem only occur with DCL9 and DD5. Before DD4 I have never encounter it. I think it is not the problem with device hiders. It is the way items is force equip on you that break it.

There is more easy solution to fix it (for me easy) - i found those devices only by console and i just remove those by console player.removeitem id, where id is broken devices rendered item id. Your restraint still is into inventory and now can be equipped. Also as i say i made a script changes what do it automatically as detect bugged device. I have no more problem with bugged items anymore.

UPD: also if fix bugged progressive bondage script and maybe no more bugged devices appears.

In DD 4.3 was other problem when rendered device locked on player or NPC and can't be removed anymore. This problem was more problematic to fix. In DD 5.0 this problem was fixed but now still appears rendered devices what not equiped and produce new DD 5.0 equip bug. As for DCL 9.0 this mod produces most of bugged rendered devices as i think because of bugged progressive bondage function, There is removed delay part and because of that it try to equip one items a few times. Somehow there is in air a few equip procedures and all of those resolves some of rendered devices left unequipped in inventory. I still not understand why those devices are spawned, but it does. After fix this function: by added delay and variables what blocks equip one item twice or more in one cycle of function, no more seems problems.

Asking again just in case, Mega is a massive pain in the behind here and it's failed the download twice now, just about left it for 10 hours because of the timers and I'm going for the third time hoping it works now. Anyone has an alternative download?

And I hope to make 3BA (ver2) bs data, or if there is already mod, hope to know the link..

I just installed old version but had not used intentionarlly (maybe just used or some mesh or textures seems used for zaz items),   but recently I up-date most of mods, and making new data and start new game... so hope to start DD again ^^;   (I often give up for se though)

 

What I hope is, I know there is many mod which use DD as framework but I just hope to pick some items, from add item menu, and wear to NPC,,, then which version (and hope to know download link for SE) is recommend?

Repeating myself again. On the troubleshooting post is an alternative download for DD 5.1. There is no alternative download for the beta (DD 5.2), and there won't be until it's out of beta.

Yes, that's the current beta. There's newer bodyslides than what's included as well. both links are on the troubleshooting post. When there's additional beta updates, I'll update there again. The bodyslides do include 3BA now.

If it's a bodyslide or conversion issue, you would report it to me on the SE thread here since I handle the conversions.

If it's a game play issue, you should report it on the beta thread.

There is already a 2nd version out... SKSE was ready for 1.6.317 and I got 1.6.318...

The nexus downgrade patch dosnt work for me and I don't know how to get my old version back...

Seems it's impossible to got back( Too bad. I will wait while DD, DCL, CBBE, bodyslide and sexlab will be ready for new SKyrim SE and then only update.

It was warned before hand. At least I don't have to call 911 for this 1111 situation. And who knows how many new "BUGS" did Bugthesda unleashed in this AE version.

I switched to AE and back just fine. You need to replace the skyrim.exe and put the bink64.dll back, and reinstall skse again. This can be found in the DLL Plugin loader needed for some of the fix mods.

I've used the auto backup exe mod for years now and it worked like a charm.

 

I'm checking out this next: skyrim lite loader

Batch build the outfits. some don't have a model until you run bodyslide

No. It's being developed on LE only still, and afaik LE doesn't have Ostim.

I don't know for sure, but offhand I'd say no. It would be safer to revert to a previous save.

 

What restraint removed them? Sounds like it might be a DCL bug.

Recommend to revert back, but if quest are advanced no next stage i think there isn't check what items are equip on you because at end of quest those not unequipped.  Also you can try manually equip it back.
