Ended up getting a short scene of sorts for one of those (rather than just the one picture). 10

Here she is modelling some sleepwear I made, inspired by Claire. Spoiler (The biohazard symbol is strictly for the game's name, not because of bodily waste, there's a risk of unwanted pregnancy, or anything else you may think of) BTW @mrrakkonn, This is the 17th iteration of Kiera. I actually had her looking closer to the RL actress IMO (I think iteration 15), but I remembered that advice you gave me about using RL references. I also realized how much I like the artistic liberties taken in @erplederp's sims, so I purposely undid some "fine tuning" and redid them using my own artistic liberties. I wasn't trying to precisely recreate her to begin with (thus my not using any skins), and I like her better this way! 5
mrrakkonn Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 @2cool4u_1 I think the most important advantages that come from using RL references are 1) it gives you practice in trying to recreate real facial features, which is great for learning how you can use CAS to its full effect 2) even if you fail at a likeness or eventually go away from them as you edit you are likely to get a distinctive and somewhat realistic-looking face that can either be used as is or used as the basis for further CAS work. Actually getting a sim that looks alot like the reference picture has always been secondary to me (and I assume it's sort of the same for you now as well). 4
