As mentioned above, I've been trying out CleverScarp's new texture mods including the one for farmhouses and inns etc. Prior to installing the mod I had gone into an inn and taken a screenshot of the interior with the intention of comparing it with a shot with the mod installed. Took my shot, exited the game, installed mod and returned to the game.

I was just positioning myself for the screenshot when either a vigilant entered the inn and spotted a vampire (maybe Alva can't remember which inn) or a non-hostile vampire entered the inn and spotted the vigilants. Either way everyone went mental. There were people trying to get into the fight on one side or the other and people trying to get out the way, clutter flying around like shrapnel and me trying to figure out if I'm under threat and if so from whom.

Eventually somebody died and everyone calmed down so I returned to my photoshoot to find this

i got my Osa Poser back and i can upgrade it ^_^

They don't like vampires in Riften.

It was another of those heart attack moments. I'm wandering around Riften when suddenly everyone goes to action stations and charges towards me. I nearly died in the stampede. There was probably 5 or 6 more people behind me using bows - my back was like a pin-cushion at the finish.

I think that adds friendly creatures, like domesticated wolves etc, to towns.

 

I found something that does what I want, at least as well as is possible with Skyrim's engine (I expect)

Unfortunately the wolves are grouped under Predetors(sic) which means I could also run into a lot of Bears or Sabre Cats.

Wolf spam! Only ever get it at the meadery junction though there are a few places where I get a largish pack. The Embershard end of Riverwood is one and has it happens we just came through there and a pack of 6 plus attacked. Not sure how many  - 5 or 6 on the road plus some others off-road who the gels dealt with.

Oh yeah, I think there are two groups of 3 or one of 4 and one of 2 that are in close proximity to each other... That will be interesting for my Framerate and survival.

So I assumed that Predators would include Sabre Cats and Bears (not seen any yet but at 3rd level, I would hope not to... Didn't expect it to include Frost Spiders

You will be happy to see, I am sure, that I finally found some clothes that fit me in an abandoned Light House, apparently they belonged to the Son. I couldn't say why he had packed girls clothes but maybe that was why he was running away?
I say abandoned, there appeared to be some kind of domestic disturbance there.
