I'm not sure if it is the Night Gate Inn but there are quite a few of them in there.

They always show up as gang.

Enemy Plus has quite some surprises and hidden goodies included.

Also it's rather dark for a Nexus mod

Trying out CleverScarffs overhauls. This is his Whiterun with the wood posts from Noble Skyrim. I didn't like his posts as they were grey and looked like they had been varnished.

It's back. ? After several months and several games.

The wolf spam at the junction.

This was the end of the first wave. I'd already dealt with about twice that number down by the junction. Another wave appeared right after this one. Talk about pandemonium - in addition to the wolves and the guards there were bandits, vampires (plus death hound), a skooma dealer and his bodyguards, Big Uthie*, various fighters, warriors, slavers, whatshisface Cressius and who knows who else all giving it plenty from the rear of the meadery to past Battle-Born farm and across as far as the farm where Nimriel works.

* What Big Uthie was doing out there at 2 in the morning and using a staff of fireballs, I don't know.

Think I might give that a try. I use JK's Whiterun but I am thinking of distancing myself from her mods after her comments about transsexuals.

 

What do you use to add more enemies? I am looking for something that will at least double the amount of Wolves and Skeever in an encounter (don't really want High level ones just more of them)

I also use Honeypopcorns Skyrim Overhaul but the LE version has been taken down and disappeared. Somebody uploaded the SE to Nexus which is still there as far as I know.

 

I use OBIS and a few more mods for adding more miscreants and ne'er-do-wells. I don't have any mods which just add creatures.

 

I've no idea what causes the wolf spam. As I said, it disappeared a few months ago and in this game I'm about level 61 so I've been past the junction umpteen times without any wolves.

That was one of the mods mentioned by @thesteve812 a few months back. I think it caused this mod conflict though.

We came across the two them fighting it out in some sort of turf war. That bridge just outside Windhelm must be a lucrative as there is always at least one rapscallion about the place.

Most of those gels are gone now and I'm just recruiting a new bunch.
