Hi, thanks for the hard work, for me this is a permanent mod on my Loading list

 

And i have some questions or suggestions:

I've changed some of the dialog tough (i don't know how to change the effects buffs and debuffs) 'cause I dont 't think that my PC's personality is fine with ALWAYS being on the Loosing/receiving/forced side

I mean she's a modern sexually liberated woman, (even a pornstar!) she knows and likes to play the game!

So i'd made it look like she can sometimes enjoy being flirted/harassed, (depending on the scenario of course, she can get really mad to, if  she's harrased in a bad way) so, she can take advantage of it, sometimes even be the ofender, she likes to flirt, mock, and tease, she knows she IS very gorgeous even for prewar standards, she is aware of the effect she has on people, she enjoys to dress well,  look good, use makeup and show it, being a little exhibicionist, she's not a regular wastelander after all she was born in a prewar world, has pride and ego, she thinks and acts differently

So what do you think about a second version of this or another mod to reflect something like that?

Maybe she can notice someone watching her, stalking her and she has the choice to:

Flirt

Tease

Flash

Provoque

Take initiative

 

-Or ignore if she dislikes the other person.

Why does she always has to have the pasive/loosing roll?

In another train of tought:

Sometimes i'm in the middle of a battle and... i get harassed... geesh!!!
Is it posible to block events by pulling my weapon? after all i dont think anyone would be so horny like to harass a girl with an assault rifle in her hands... dude... not the best time to do it... not if you value your life!

Oh yeah, one more thing... can you mention the version of the mod on mcm?

I see this naked check is pretty neat but seems like I can't get it work properly. 

Is there any way to turn it off or not to notify me that I am naked constantly every 15 seconds?

Looking at FPSH_Main.psc the only way to avoid the ""No one here seems to care that you are naked" notification is to not be considered naked by the IsPlayerConsideredNaked() function from FPSH_PlayerHelper.psc. If I'm correctly reading that function's definition, I also don't see any solution for making the player always seem clothed without having at least one slot defined in each of the chest and groin sections of the MCM and wearing something that covers them (other than naked skin which technically also covers slot index 3/slot number 33). Best workaround I can think of is to do something like list the ring slot for both chest and groin, and then make sure to always wear your wedding ring.

I think he/she means you can be naked without the message appearing all the time. I had previously asked in the sense whether one can make this message optional, like many other messages are already optional. If I remember correctly, there was unfortunately no statement on this.

@twistedtrebla, I noticed a little problem with the "Butt Slap" event working.

- If you set "Chance for Bump Slap Event" to high value, then event will be frequently looped.

- If you set moderate values for "Chance for Bump Slap Event" and "Chance for Passing Slap Even", then events often trigger one after another, which leads to 2 slaps.

 

I think this event would work a lot better if you add a timer that blocks event retriggering for a while.

For example, if "Bump Slap Event" or "Passing Slap Event" was triggered, then the reactivation of both events is blocked for 5 seconds.

I don't know if you will take advantage of this idea, but anyway, thank you for this funny mod.

I agree, Butt Slap events need an update. However, the bigger problem (in my opinion) is with Blackmail approaches.

 

It's the thing that's been bothering me for years now and, after each update, it never seems to get fixed. For some reason, the mod would 'take a picture' when player has sex despite doing it with companion in interior cell with no other NPCs around whatsoever. It doesn't make sense!

 

What's more, armor racks seem to be somewhat responsible for this. I noticed that if my character has sex with companion with nobody around - there wouldn't be any pictures that could be used for blackmail approach. However, if I place an armor rack or two - literally the first approach that'd happen would be Blackmail approach. Seriously, there has to be a way to fix this.

 

Perhaps you could implement a check - if there's any race, other than Armor Rack (Mannequin) actor (NPC) nearby (say 10K game units) at the time of player having sex, the mod should trigger the chance to take picture (create blackmail content). If there isn't any - break; there's no chance for blackmail content to be created. Also, having a notification that'd report when the picture is taken would be very useful. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - a simple top-left notification or a message box (with camera click sound!) would be perfect.

 

Hopefully this little annoyance gets fixed sometime as I've been waiting for the fix since 2020.

Indeed! Muh immersion! Mannequins ain't got no cameras! Jeez...

ETA: The mannequins in FO4 are the same make / models as the nurses in Silent Hill 2. They only move and snap pics when the PC is moving....

If you look at how Frost does the insane mannequins, they only move when the PC is facing away, and "could" be used here... and several other mods really. A person could use the framework to spawn an NPC to snap photos while say, peaking around a corner or hiding behind a barrel.. Which could be indicated by a flash with the source just off screen. Their idle could be just the vanilla standing while looking at them, but have them holding/wearing a camera.

Sounds good on paper anyway. LOL

There were two questions and I tried to answer both by analyzing the mod's script sources: 1. Can you disable the naked notifications? 2. Can you at least disable the naked tracking feature as a means of making the notifications go away? The answer to both is "no, not without changing the current scripts and recompiling them anyway."

It does sound good, but this would cause the problem with logic - how can average dumb settler (NPC) access the top-secret-keycard-required player home and take a picture? If it was up to me, I'd disable the photoshoots in all interior cells and make them happen only in exterior cells.

 

Alternatively (the best way to solve the problem, if you ask me) create a check for nearby NPCs. Basically this:

2) Check if there's nearby NPCs (mannequins/armor racks excluded)

2a) No nearby NPCs found in the cell -> break; no chance of creating blackmail content

2b) Found 1 or more NPCs -> continue (3)

3) Run Chance for taking pictures (in MCM) -> either creates new blackmail content or not, determined by the chance set in MCM.

 

[EXTERIOR CELLS]

1) AAF Scene starts

2) Doesn't check for nearby NPCs -> Runs Chance for taking pictures straight away.

 

SH is really good, make no mistake. And I feel like every update brings something new to the table, and I'm always up for it. But holy crap, why is it so difficult to fix the issue that's been present for as long as I can remember? The feature works, and that's a good thing - but not very good if I'm considering disabling only that one particular feature of the mod.

 

Hopefully the author sees this as I'm really pissed off that John (the DC hairdresser) somehow managed to take a picture of my character and companion having fun over at Eli's Army Bunker.

How did you determine John was the photographer? As best I can tell from looking at the relevant scripts (FPSH_NPCHelper.psc and FPSH_ReputationHelper.psc), the mod never even tracks who took a photo. It just has a random chance to check in a 15000 unit radius for the presence of at least one evil morality NPC, and if it finds one then it considers a photo to have been taken of the current sex act. I agree it would make sense to check for line of sight to the player similar to what FPSH_NPCHelper.IsPlayerAlone() does, and I don't see the routine doing that yet (unless I've missed it).

 

Are you assuming the blackmail approacher is also the photographer? Because that doesn't seem to me like the intended interpretation of those approaches.

John just got a hold of some sexy pics. He's been known to purchase "items" from Jet junkies needing a fix.

The only way you know exactly who took the pics is when the blackmailer walks away flashing you a camera/recorder.

Is there really no way to fix this yet? It looks like this issue has been going on for over a year now.

Do people just turn a blind eye to these pop-up notifications and play along with them? If yes, then I will do the same xD

If by "fix" you mean "silence the notifications" then no there isn't unless you edit and recompile the script. Keep in mind that the notification appears each time SH tries to start a new naked sex approach and then fails to find a viable approacher. If you reduce the frequency of approach checks and/or increase cooldowns you should see it less often.

Probably a lot of players don't constantly walk around naked, but yes also if you have enough mods they'll be constantly spamming you with notifications. If SH had an MCM option to turn this notification off I would be among the first to make use of it.

Nope, I have no idea who the photographer is. However, during my time of testing, John was the only NPC who always approached to blackmail. Not sure exactly how, but in all my playthroughs John was always the evil NPC.

 

Also, by 'take a picture' I might've said it wrong - what I meant was that the NPC (John, in this case) got the picture to use as blackmail content. My fault, sorry for making it unclear!

 

But yeah, I really do think that some sort of notification needs to be implemented and shown every time a new blackmail content (photo) is created. A simple top-left notification that reads something like 'You notice a flash of the camera' would be more than enough, at least in my opinion.

 

Also, if blackmailer NPC gets killed by player, the content wouldn't get distributed. It's another one of the issues that's been bothering me for years and I'd like to see it fixed.

 

Regarding the photographers... Ideally, it'd be amazing to have SH spawn a new NPC (photographer) who'd take a picture. Then, the player would have really short time (like 60 real-world seconds or something) to catch the photographer to prevent the content distribution (either by killing, intimidating, or simply paying with caps or player's body through non-con event). This is what I've been wanting for a long time, but I know that this would be quite difficult to achieve and therefore am not expecting to see it anytime soon.

What number is the ring slot? in my game all sliders only go up to number 28 and on the internet the ring slot is 51, the game considers my character to be permanently naked so all interactions are for that witch is unfortunate, so if theres any solution even if its to disable the naked feature it would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Ring is slot index 21 or slot number 51, some mods want the slot index while others want the slot number. You can find both listed together in this chart, but basically slot numbers are slot indices with 30 added.

With the Devious Approach would it be possible to to have a option to have it always trigger if the player is past the Helpless threshold instead of just vulnerable threshold? Since in the Sex approach since there is a option for the approach to have DD placed on the player if they're at the vulnerable threshold.
