I keep having issues with this mod properly triggering animations.  It seems that every time I have an approach, after the approach is done, I'll just get 'stuck', unable to move, in whatever pose the game left me after being molested by the approacher.

There are certain old versions of AAF which could exhibit that behavior due to differences in the way animations are stopped. Are you using the latest version of AAF (currently 166)? If so, there's a tool at Moddingham (same place you get AAF) called AAF_GFV.exe which will check that your F4SE and AAF installation are complete and correct. Are you seeing animations fail to terminate when triggered by other mods, or is Harassment the only mod you have so far which runs animations through AAF?

For some reason, whenever I try to set the body slots for the naked check in MCM it doesn't save;, it resets to -1 every time I leave the pause menu have the latest version of the mod.

The usual reasons are: you're missing one of the plugin's masters, you've somehow sorted one of its masters after it, you have a patch plugin made for an older version of the mod (translations, "gender neutral" version, etc), or you're using Private Profile Redirector.

If FPAttributes is required to load before FP_SexualHarassment, couldn't that be built into the mod's preqs, so it loads without manual adjustment?

Either way, I'm still having the same issue after changing that load order.

I'm running the Gender Neutral edit, so I guess that must be the reason in my case, I'll try removing it and see if it works.

Those MCM options update a GlobalValue in your save, so if they're not staying, that implies a problem updating the corresponding globals. You should probably check your MCM log for errors related to SH's globals, and also make sure you test on a new playthrough or previously unmodded save since the problem could be related to the save itself.

 

Edit: Also the settings reference the globals by FormID, so if you compacted forms to "ESL-ify" the plugin that could explain it as well.

 

Moar Edit: Load order can be ruled out in this case, I think, since the only master of FP_SexualHarassment.esp is Fallout4.esm (the Sex Attributes integration is via Papyrus script not plugin). Do make triple sure you don't have another mod installed that's overwriting FP_SexualHarassment.esp  since that will only show up in your mod list, you won't see the overwrite in your load order.

So I learned thru dogfooding that this game's handling of armor and slot index is even more messed up than I imagined.

 

Apparently, if you have an armor item that covers multiple slots, say 6 & 9, that armor can only be accessed via the lower slot number, e.g. "getWornItem(6)". Doing a "getWornItem(9)" will return null. Apparently all armor utilizing multiple slots will exhibit this behavior. 

 

This was messing up the latest naked check. Say your chest cover slot is set to 6. And groin cover slot is set to 9. And you're wearing a onepiece that covers both 6 and 9 slots. Obviously, wearing that armor should logically make the player not naked. But because of Bethesda's genius system, the script will find that there is nothing equipped in slot 9, and the mod will incorrectly flag the player as naked.

 

After some digging thru the internet, I've found a workaround to handle these cases of armor occupying multiple slots. I uploaded 1.17.4 that addresses this.

 

If you're curious or need something similar in your mod, the relevant code is in "FPSH_PlayerHelper" file.

What's neat to me is vanilla clothing in Fallout 4 usually uses multiple slots (33 plus several under armor slots), but I've been using Unified Clothing Overhaul (UCO) for the last six or more years, and the main thing that mod does is remove all underarmor slots from clothing so that all clothing uses only slot 33. That's where I learned to use that model for mashups as well.

 

So it sounds like anyone who uses UCO would be immune to that multiple slot issue, but that's really cool you detected and resolved it :)

Yes, I discovered the same when implementing a nudity system for an upcoming mod. I haven't looked at your solution, but basically I've had to resort to iterating through every worn item on the actor and then checking the item's slotmask against a slotmask for the slots I care about. It's inefficient at the very least. The CK has a WornCoversBipedSlot condition, but there is no obvious native equivalent for Papyrus (maybe enough requests to the F4SE maintainer can get one added?).

Armorsmith Extended does this as well. The mod I'm working on comes with an optional plugin to restore the missing underarmor slots to vanilla clothing since its nudity calculations involve a determination for how many underarmor and armor slots are covered, but given the proliferation of popular mods stripping the underarmor cover system from the vanilla game I'm coming to the realization that I'm going to have to make it highly configurable (which means added complexity and inefficiency for a script function that's going to be running frequently and possibly in a tight loop sometimes). Disappointing, but it is what it is.

@twistedtrebla: Bless you for putting the date in your mod's name. Most authors don't - and it makes it much harder to notice they have updated.

Anyone else having an issue with the harrassment animation after the npc does not take "no" for an answer and gets behind you to feel you up? The entire animation goes spastic, shaking vigorously. Anyone have a fix?

 I have had that happen a few times, but mostly when the animation starts very close to furniture or areas with limited FoV like in a bathroom.  Not sure how to fix that.

Okay, for some reason this mod thinks the player is naked when she's wearing the vanilla vaultsuit. I am using Armorsmith Extended, which I believe does mess with slots on some armors including the vaultsuit. Question is, how best to fix it?

Getting butt-slapped in-between talking with npc ( from being harassed, not vanila talk) and awaiting AAF to start sex make the entire thing stuck !!!

Can anyone help ? Should I just disable buttslap all together ?

I noticed something on the current version:

 

Blackmailers seem to ignore my settings: Which is 95% demand DD, max 4 items and 0% RealHandcuffs. If they trigger, they want to put some devices, if i say "yes" they also want to bind my hands and after the second "yes" i get 0 DDevices and 1 Realhandcuff. Its hard for me to reproduce much, because i really try to have a low reputation. But that really stood out on a save which always triggered a blackmail event after reload with always the same result. 

 

Maybe you can reproduce this, if not, than its likely an error in my loadorder. But i thought it might be worth mentionting

So with the new nudity settings, does the "attraction" caused by being nude now spit up as well?  I ask because someone found wearing only shorts should get a different reaction than if they were running around nude.

I also ask if there is a way where a sexual bias could be implemented, either here or in the attribute stage?  I realize that might mean a another statistic and a new game.

I think it is a matter of order it's done in.  Start with the DD items, then IF the cuffs slot has not been used, add the line about the handcuffs.

The mod still thinks I'm naked all the time.  Even with the Vault 111 jumpsuit.  I've set the values all over the place and it doesn't matter.  I've also tried with the raiders leathers and the armored leotard mod.  Verified in FO4edit that they all use body slot 33.

Sorry, I was thinking about the programming, YOU probably can't do anything except turn off the handcuffs (probability of 0%)

@twistedtrebla Thank you for fixing the armor slot checks!

 

I noticed a slight bug? that occurs during the butt slap event. Even with a -50 submission attribute in sex attributes you are still given the option to intimidate the asshole. Doing so raises your submission by +1, even if your spirit/willpower/self-esteem are all at 0.

 

Seems to me that you shouldn't even have an option to "intimidate" if your submission is below zero. Or at least choosing to intimidate shouldn't raise your submission? Maybe it raises your self-esteem at a cost of willpower? Or the asshole can decide to teach you a lesson and a molest scene occurs?
