I know the temptation to rush to get an update out to us eager victims... er I mean fans, is great but we are happy to wait for you to get the time to work on it unrushed and to be happy with it before release.. This mod has certainly got my intrest with your approach to it and also with the input from the commenters here too.. It's future is looking very bright indeed
b0n3 Posted August 14, 2017 Posted August 14, 2017 I think I have same problem as Corsayr. Follower doesn't do anything interesting (or maybe I didn't wait long enough time?). I can stop and start the mod from MCM, and it says debt is zero, but not much else seems to come from this mod. Maybe I installed it or some of it's dependencies wrong? Any ways to debug this? Some way to see if it's actually running? Latest Papyrys.log didn't display much errors (nothing related to devious followers as I see it...).

Event timer in MCM has been added but only effect the 500+ debt unenslaved follower event, only tested a little but I think it works. There is NO event while being enslaved yet even if MCM tell you there is.

Please keep up the good work, and I hope you expand your mod to more optional play types.. 1. as someone said, a voluntary I'm your slave is workable. 2. Indentured is also good 3. Forced to sell your self for money ( as in Pimped out ) can be good. 4. Sold as a party favor, to selected groups for a week end of debauchery, could be a nice beginning scenario. Which might or could allow you to set up many scripted scenes, and also allow for simpler additions, by adding more random scenes to your mod. 5. Sold to one group, and they sell you to another, until one group finally frees you could be a nice scenario Example >>>This one as in you were rented out to one group for a party, which, then endorsed your rental to another, and another, until you are finally returned to your master, with a huge wad of money, or complaints if you did not preform properly, allowing freedom for awhile, or punishment depending on your performance, and or amount of money you earned. 6. just don't hold back use all aspects of Sexlab, from consensual to BDSM, and animal.. put something in there for everyone.. Really good work, keep at it..

Invisible DD items are usually because you didn't run bodyslide and build the items.

Was glad I was in Ustengrav (spelling?) and Morthal was nearby.. First class work and really really looking forward to more "games" now . I am fast approaching 4000 hours playing Skyrim and the last few days have been some of the funnest I have had in a long time...

I will continue to try to find the cause (and a solution or workaround) and if I find one I will post it here and in the development thread.

I think there is a problem with the mod In creation kit the zadx_catsuit_balletboots_blackAA is calling for a bi ped model devious\mxw_catsuit\Balboot_1.nif but in my mxw_catsuit folder I only have devious\mxw_catsuit\Balboot.nif Can someone else check my math on that? **************UPDATE************************* After changing that reference to devious\mxw_catsuit\Balboot.nif in creation kit the boots now show in game correctly.

I have never been as big of a fan of the rubber stuff as some people on the DD team apparently are. Gib me some good old fashion leg shackles. or the iron hobble boots with the ring for a heel! Also I seem to recall something about "crawling through town" and was disappoint to find myself still walking after enslavement. Is this a future addition / next level of punishment / abandoned idea?

I also just made a post on the development thread about the catsuit boots, in my case the file I need to make the boots is there (just blank), but the version I have is outdated by a day and I said as much on my post. if you do not want to wait for them to fix it you can use a workaround....install the UNP bodyslide files and when you run bodyslide use the UNP version of the boots (it will work and show in game) BUT be aware there will be a slight mismatch in the looks of the boots in game (if you look close enough).

I'm finding I rather like the idea of "avoidance" mods (I'd better not do "x" thing because of "y" potential consequence), so I'm absolutely including this next time I start another DD play-through. Wishlist: 1. Call me spoiled, but I'd like to see more MCM options too. I really dislike all pony stuff and hoods among other things (I'll remove them or even console them away and replace them with something else if I have to), and DCL, as the best example, is very kind to the user when it comes to disabling disliked restraints. 2. I'll add my support for recoverable "bad" endings. I'm far more likely to add mods to my "must-have list" if they don't dramatically and irrevocably limit my choices as a player, especially if the content can be repeated. Even if you decide against this, having a reset MCM option is always, always useful since it's quite easy to get "stuck" when mods create unintended consequences. Other potentially unworkable ideas for further down the development road: 1. "You clearly won't be able to pay me any time soon, so if you want me to lower the gain on your interest for now, you're going to wear this." Maybe have a chat with Zaira and find out how Maria Eden implements custom outfits? It'd be an interesting way to draw out the descent into the bondage rabbit hole. Actually, there are all sorts of clever ideas already implemented in ME which would work here, depending on Zaira's amenability to sharing his/her work. Even better, ME isn't even remotely compatible with DD unless you specifically know what you're doing, so it'd be fun to have some cross-over. 2. "I've sold your debt on to someone... interesting." A potential link with SD+ might work well with this mod, especially if it could carry the debt amount over into the "buy your freedom" way out of SD+. I suppose this would very much depend on what skyrimll's mod work load looks like, since the two of you would have to coordinate. 3. "I'm tired of not being paid and you suck at fighting, so you're going to be the scout and pack mule." Carrying things reduces debt after a certain value of looted items is reached, and the player gets penalized for engaging in combat. I don't even know if one could ensure it only applies in hostile areas, calculate the sum value of picked up items, or how one could track weapon/spell usage and tie it to a debt system (I suppose you could just lock an armbinder/shackles on the player), but it'd be amusing if you're dependent on a (possibly buffed) follower to do all the work while you're just the help. Again, just another step down a potentially longer road to helplessness. Come to think on it, the player would have to be somewhat judicious about what they actually pick up since, if such a thing were possible, they'd have to balance the value of a standard sword against the possibility of finding something more valuable later. If it works, picking everything up would actually be bad, since you'd end up with more accumulated value than you'd have in items at the end because of encumbrance limits. 4. "When's the last time you ran a comb through that mess you call hair? You look terrible. Go get cleaned up." yps Immersive Hair Growth and Styling? I've always thought it was a clever mod with under-used integration. Your follower demands you make some changes, with the cost being added to your debt, of course. 5. Slave tats? This one might require some volunteer help, but it could be used as another way to humiliate the player character and literally help mark progression.

Still no crawling Animations are a little confusing for a few things, I have lost the armbinder animation unless during sexlab scenes, also the iron prisoner chains once (and only once) animated in what I assume was the correct way with hands pinned in close to stomach but now it is just standard unbound pose but wearing the chains... I thinks something somewhere has either overwritten or disabled the correct anims. I am sure it is something I have done and will be a silly thing easily fixed (hopefully) but for the life of me I can't find it.. but funnily crawling is fine for me... hmmm, I am suddenly wondering about load order now... hmmm ... off to jump into another rabbit hole of mod juggling ... we wouldn't do all this if we didn't love the challenge haha UPDATE... Fixed.. somehow... Very carefully reinstalled DDi and DDx developments and still using CBBE (no boots ) and chose better on overwriting files .. Not sure what I changed but it worked.. crawling, armbinders and iron prisoner chains all behave as supposed to now.. I wish I had taken notes on what I changed but stupid me forgot.. sorry, but at least you know where the fix is .. so crawling fix could well be in their too.. good luck!

More MCM option yea at some point and as time goes on for sure (coding MCM is easy, just need time). "bad ends" it a later thing and weren't gonna be anything good content wise literally like a game over screen (notification say you have lost the will to try and escape), making content to escape from a game over screen sucks there will be a MCM to switch off bad end so you could use that and recover from the state anyway (when it's added). If it became real content it won't be a bad end cause I do intend all content to have some kind of a game aspect of it, which includes escape. Wear gear for less debt/intrest yes stuff like this will happen, in time the debt system will be more flexible once I have the basics of the mod done. "pack mule" idea.... love it if you have to carry extra stuff for your follower it means you will make less money a dungeon run so works well ^^ (this will probably happen when your will is below a certain point.) I may work on this idea more. Yps stuff, it will be unlikly I'll add stuff relating to that mod. Slavetats, I've asked the mod author of rape tattoos to add a sendmodevent once he does(he said he'll look into it) I WILL use it. Big scenarios won't really happen in this mod cause the focus is your follower/master in a way you can be a slave but play the game. I do hope to make another mod one day which is JUST events with varying amount of player control which are trigger by stuff in game or Simple slavery or even this mod. As, an idea(an example may never happen) for one I add a Falmer pack to the game if you lose to them they take you back and you become there slave for like an 30min-hour (real time) maybe they get you pregnant or maybe they let the charus use you to calm them down or both, at the end they throw you out with not gear/money ect.... Time passes and after 3-7 game days they send out hunters to capture you again for another round and until you get strong enough top fight them off your basically gonna end up there slave every 3-7 days. But the idea of the mod is 7 events that enslave the player for a while and release them only to reclaim them unless the player can do something in a certain amount of time. Can I make this mod now - no (or yes with a lot of time) After this mod - yes cause I'm using this mod to learn CK. ===================== Btw, thank you all for the feedback and ideas ^^, I love a lot of you like it so far and it's a really basic idea atm. Guest Posted August 15, 2017 Posted August 15, 2017 My apologies in advance for being the worst type of person (no experience whatsoever) to test any mod, but I seem to be having difficulties getting the mod to start with a custom follower. I've been playing relatively normally throughout the game with this mod installed, but nothing seems to be initiating. The follower in question is Rebekah (link is: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74654/? ).I believe that the problem comes down to the fact that she is her own custom race. Am I correct in this assumption? To test that out, I started a new game and attempted to get enslaved by Lydia, but she doesn't seem to enslave me even though I go over the enslavement threshold by several thousand gold (Thanks, convenient button!). Again, I apologize for the lack of details, but is there something blatantly obvious that I am missing? I believe it may have something to do with the time scale, as I have yet to see the idle line "Nice to meet you huni...." or "if you hire someone with debt," which I was under the impression was initiated based on the time scale.

A different glove option would be nice for outside towns, I run OBIS and AAE getting to a dungeon is not a given in my play through. I have had several expeditions called off because I was in a state of too much distress before actually making it to the dungeon to expect anything but horrible humiliating failure.Just last night I got turned away at the entrance to the cave you find Serina in. Had to make it back to Dawnstar with bears and bandits and trolls all chasing me. (I wasn't even bound, just had some bad luck with loot and degradation lost my main armor (naked now) and my primary ranged weapon.)
