I have an odd problem with my sims doing bi animations while being hetero.

So for example my hetero male sim will sometimes use the animation "dildo on sofa-02" (by ATrois) which is for the roles "B/F".
I have changed his gender role to Male.
I have neither Recognize females/males as both.

My gender recognition is set to "Gender identify based".

I have "Respect gender preference switch" enabled (dont think its relevant).

 

What have I overlooked?

Tried going through the shift/click commands again?.....may spot what you did.

When I look into error notes I saw AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'simoleons_per_hour'

Did you try running the game with only WW installed? To see if other mods might be messing that up?

the mod does not work, I can create a character, but there are no sex buttons. mod version 166.5, game version 1.75

I've been deleting and redownloading wicked whims for 3 days now I updated my game as well.

I also tried removing all mods in my folder and just left wicked whims with it. 

but when I opened my game, its strange because all the mods I removed are there and my wicked whims mod isn't reading. 

I deleted all mods that needs an update, I used Mod conflict detector for this, and when I checked mods with conflict it include Wicked whims and I even just updated it. 

can some help?

First time I've heard of it, how did you narrow it down to WickedWhims being the cause?

Also, 166.5 is not the latest release of WW.

Sounds like you're not placing WW/deleting mods from the right folder, but most likely a cloud backup copy (iCloud, OneDrive), in which case the game doesn't see the changes you make and... well, nothing changes.

Or it can be that the cloud backup is bringing back the files you've deleted.

Did you make sure that every time you are deleting files out of your mod folder, that you are deleting your localthumbcache.package file from your Sims 4 folder? Every time that you take something out or add something in to Mods, you need to delete that file or it retains previous information and will mess with your game information. @HuskTheHelpfulwas pointing out if you have OneDrive linked to your Sims 4 folder it can be overriding what you are doing and you need to unlink them. Maybe this will help.

Hey, first time posting. I have the issue that some of my sims dont have access to the wicked menu. Its like they are stuck in vanilla, it used to work fine but now it doesnt.

Im using v165e and the game version is 1.76.81.1020. Thanks :^)

Hi thank you so much. I tried to do everything that I can based on my understanding but it still wont work. will be sharing you my whole files that might help figure out what the problem is. all my other mods are working but wicked whims won't work :(

Getting crashes with starting CAS. with a fairly non conflicting mod setup the last exception says something about missing modules. Im also on linux using wine (proton specifically)

this is possibly useless info but its an error and causes the game to fail and CTD and yes i have the script running also

 

my game is outdated (please Turbodriver keep your older versions archived. the legacy version being available isn't enough IMO)

What is your game version?

Did you update game via Origin or Steam?

If your game is a Legal version there is no reason not to update it through Origin or Steam.

 

TURBO does not support pirated games nor does LL forum rules allow helping with pirated games either.

Get rid of all those last exception and ui exception files....no need to keep them

I just downloaded Basemental from their page, but Nisa's page in Loverslab says that it was updated May 30. I erased it from the mod folder thinking that that was the issue but still, two of the sims cant use ww. Also, the LE file wont appear again, i deleted it (since that one was before my game updated) and now it wont reappear.

Did you try using the ww.fix command?

Does the problem appear on other saves?

Well just that I noticed your game installation isn't the same as mine.

Since I have an Origin install all my downloaded game files are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4

And the work folder used for Mods, Saves, Tray, Screenshots, etc. is C:\User/My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

 

I was just thinking you had a bad install.

Have you tried doing a game repair yet?

I used the command, but did nothing. I created another household, and  it appears that every sim in that save is good. Everyone has access to the wicked menu.... so problem solved (?)
