I used to love Mortal Kombat. But MKX just plain bored me. I ended up skipping MK11 because it looked like more of the same with an added side scoop of "respect tha fictional whamen" preachiness in its promotion (from a group of developers that got called out for assigning vulgar pet names to their female interns, aka real world women, shortly after MK11's release).

So kind of hard to get hyped for MK12. Also the kameo fighter system feels like a giant tease of "we included this character you like but not really".

I think MK4 was the last one I ever played, some time around 90s. Time flies fast, huh?

I played them all up to MKX except MKvsDC (my budget was very limited at the time). My favorites were UMK3 and MK9. Hence why MKX really deflated my interest because in my unpopular opinion it was a huge step down from MK9.

Disclaimer: On the topic of "wokeness" I actually thought they got a bit carried away with the female outfits in MK9. Sonya in particular looked really out of character dressing in a such a suggestive fashion. And NRS has gotten much better at creating female faces since MK9.

The big problem is that they have gone in the opposite direction since MK9 rather than trying to find a balance between sexy and modest. Not to mention the scandals that show they consider fictional women more worthy of respect than real life women. And the irony that despite making the MK female character outfits more modest they keep putting the girls in stiletto heels. Given the choice between wearing spiked high heels or wearing a bikini I would choose the bikini without question. Useless is still a better option than a liability.

It is Mortal Kombat 1, not 12. Expect a full reboot not only of the story content but many of the gameplay systems that came before it chronologically.

They could try something truly novel and just allow the same costume options for both sexes presented in game. It is M-Rated so it is really just a personal choice whether or not the developers want to 'free the nipple' in game or not. Cyberpunk 2077 revealed that it was a lie that a game would be given an instant AO rating if there is persistent exposure of mammary glands in a game so having them uncovered in the same context as male chests would not condemn the game to strict online sales.

No, the original Mortal Kombat was MK1. The next game is Mortal Kombat 12 with a Mortal Kombat 1 name tag.

Its a fighting game, so the proper compromise is to give each attractive character both modest and sexy costumes. Which they pick as the "story outfit" doesn't matter as long as there is both available for the other game modes. As goofy as Capcom is getting even they seem to have understood that concept when they made Street Fighter 6.

I choose to look at the default outfits as the 'E-Sports Costumes'.

Sadly this does not surprise me. Female abuse is quite common in the video game industry *cough*Bobby Kotick. This industry could use, I forget what Lucien Lachance said. Something about cleaning?

> Italy lost from Spain 2:1 in semi-finals in League of nations. That means Croatia plays finals against Spain in Sunday. Damn, our house will be full again which I usually don't mind, but it will be very noisy. People on the streets will shoot from their guns, throw firecrackers, get drunk, piss and shit everywhere and if Croats win the finals, it's gonna be apocalypse, they will demolish the city. Unfortunately, our beach isn't done yet and we have no place to go since our children wants us to be home with them.

Hey, every cloud has a silver lining, they can't ruin your beach because......well.....it is already in shambles.

See....silver lining.

Have you ever tried dying your eyebrows?

Real Men don't do that. Or use flueffy soap, body wash/spray, and such. Just Irish spring, a good hot shower, a shave and a splash of Cologne and were all good.

According to you, my boyfriend isn't a real man. ?‍♀️

Which is a good thing. He'd smell terrible if he'd follow your example.

Men are supposed to go work, sweat, get stinky, it's what we do.

Then when we get home we are supposed to get cleaned up for our Honey, and be Men. Clean men but capable of getting dirty, stinky and such!

And here comes one of his quirks into play: His sweat doesn't smell. It's just salty water pouring down his skin.

Does it explode too?

I had to fire two people today. That was a first. Feeling rough about it. They needed to be fired for sure, but I've never had to do that. It's kinda keeping me up.

It's easy to say but don't sweat it.

It's part of being in the position of a Supervisor, and if they didn't care enough about the job to be diligent, that's on them not you.
