this seems to have fixed gunjar, but the "crashkit" was being a bitch about it.


also i have another small problem but i don't know if it's YA based (because everything can fuck up this part of the game), Hadvar's horse is going off course so he's not showing up to read the list....but at least the game's beginning is still progressing without him.

Oh my god, are you guys JUST noticing this?  I thought I was the only one seeing these and everyone else was using Alternate Start.  Also, had no idea THAT was where Hadvar was getting stuck.  I thought he just wasn't spawning.

i have not started a new game since 2013.

...is now a good time to mention that during Dawnguard quest "Prophet" if you are siding with the vampires Malkus's corpse will be Gunjar'd and since his corpse contains important quest item, the questline becomes softlocked unless you cheat with console?

 

I discovered that half an year ago or so but I just, uh, never thought to mention it.

Fox Reborn ?

 

Hi, I think Fox-race would deserve a little improvement. I'm not saying it looks bad, but I think it might look a little better.  Bad dog did a great job in creating Lykaios Reborn. I was thinking that it would be possible to use textures from this race and make some adjustments.  It would probably also be possible to use head mesh.  In Racemenu, can use the sliders to change the shape of head to a fox-like shape.  I tried to a bit adjust the head texture.  It doesn't look bad, but it's not perfect, it's just an attempt.  Ideally, it would be if the project was taken by someone more experienced or personally bad dog.

 

But if nobody wants to, I will continue and try to do something myself.

 

PS: I will have to lighten the white parts so that they do not stain with the other parts of the fur.

So, my game keeps CTDing when turning into a vampire.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?  I apologize if this has been brought up before.

She uses some non-base install stuff outlined mainly by Blaze here with Kritta's Lykaios ear morphs, the .ini files needed to activate them posted here.

 

Or if you mean the outfit, it's Goma's minibikini coupled with Nisetanaka's iron bikini armor since she's cosplaying as Dovakini there.

Edit:  The texture of the head is done so far, later I will try some other modifications.  Now I'll start working on the body texture. Can't I decide dark nipples and genitals, or pink? 

Maybe I'll do both versions and then I decide ?

So, I just thought it was about time I organized my custom edits and files and kept them somewhere instead of having them spread around in posts and threads, so I made a blog for all those files that IMO don't deserve a full download/mod page but should still be kept somewhere:

First entry is my edited version of the Reachmen addon (and its striped hyena assets). The files themselves are the same as the ones previously posted by me here in the thread, so if you have those already there's no need to download them again; all I did was move them there and cobble up a quick'n'dirty description for it.

Quick question. In the original set of textures Lykaios Reborn, I noticed that the head is darker than the texture of the body. Is it normal or is there a mistake somewhere on my side?

I ask because I do not want to create a set of textures that will only work properly for me.

I think it's mostly due to the shader effect on the neck fur layer instead of an actual texture color mismatch, but the only way to be sure would be to remove the layer and leave the "normal" neck underneath. Problem is, I don't think the normal Lykaios neck or its morphs are actually seamless with the body, and also we don't have any seamless normal maps for the Lykaios heads either so there would be a texture-caused seam anyway even if the meshes themselves were seamless.

 

In any case blending the diffuse or specular is a piece of cake and would take minutes in Mudbox at most, so you can just go ahead and create the texture you want and I can try seam-blending it afterwards, just like I did with ValeHyena's textures.

In the folder I left only 4 basic files, but in the game is still shows a color difference ?

it could be a mesh/ShaderType/vertex color problem, i encounter something odd when messing around with the shark meshes that may be related....

You're probably right. Even though I made the texture without colors (shades of gray), body it still has a pinkish shade in the game, while its head is greenish. As on your picture shark.

Henlo I still have a problem with tails being horizontally straight with all races except nord and also creature pp's are detached or just in one place in spacetime and I can't find a solution to the problem hjelp

sounds like a skeleton problem.
