That's a seriously terrific looking Nora.  What shape, skin, and makeup mods did you use?  The face is outstanding.   And the rest of the outfit isn't so bad either.   Would it be possible to get a preset of that face as I'd like to try it out?

Im glad you like it.
Preset is either default Nora or Ciri - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19334 . I use only three face presets and third one is Nicoletta Shae and this character has too thin lips to be this. My bet is on Ciri because of the scar on the left side of her face. 

Make up is Deluxe https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4398  - both Lips and Eye Liner.

Plus Looks Menu, Looks Menu Compendium and Eyes of Beauty.

Face texture was Valkyr before they fucked it up and made you download two separate sets depending on which skin colour you planning to use. 

Outfit is Ela from Rainbow Six, it can be found on GUN Network. 

And ENB was default PRC.

Interestingly enough, I already had every mod that you listed for avi appearance except for the Ciri preset.

There are a lot of people who do that over in the blogs section.  Frequently they will post in threads like this that they have new updates for the stories they are telling.  I'd say make the blog and if you feel like putting in an occasional post to let people know you have an update go for it.
