Been working a lot on my PRC camera preset. I think it's pretty close to release quality.

This preset is entirely based on HDR Instagram colorgrade with Panasonic GH4 camera and Agfa Superia Reala 100 film.

P.S. - seems like the forum software has eaten the embedded links again, you can also see the pics in full size in the PRC user image gallery.

Still working on my PRC preset; just added Skylighting and i think this time it's really close to what i envisioned.

Feedback and beta testers are welcome, so any LL or Nexus users with some kind of reputation can send me a PM for the files.

I'd like to get some opinions on which visual setup looks best and makes the best screenshots.

First up, Vivid Weathers alone, no ENB:

Next up is Vivid Weathers with the NAC Enhancer ENB... which is the only one I've found doesn't give me a weird shadow bug. I haven't figured out why yet.

And for the last setup, NAC with it's enhancing ENB. The visual difference between with and without the ENB is minimal and it does look slightly better with it so I didn't bother making screenshots without.

Of course keep in mind that's only one weather variation. NAC has an incredible number of weather types and unique mixes when it's transitioning. I did just a standard sunny day comparison though. My own personal opinion, I like NAC all around... though I don't like how it washes out blacks to make them look grey. I've tried adjusting it to make blacks darker but that just makes shadows too dark.  As far as Vivid Weathers goes, I think without the ENB looks better than with... the ENB seems to wash the colors out a bit. I'm not sure which is more visually appealing between that and NAC though... so outside opinions are very welcome. Thanks!

So I've been using NAC + PRC as the ENB with the .355 binaries.  Looks very nice IMHO.  The one problem with NAC's weather rig is that you have to tweak the hell out of it unless you like roaming around during inclement weather most of the time. I tried Enhancer.... made blacks look very black... and not in a good way. Super contrasty!  Go to an interior from a bright outdoors, and you would think that you stepped into a lightless void.  So here's a couple of my favorites with the shadows all maxed out. Normally I don't run them any higher than medium to boost my FR just a bit.  One other thing before I forget, you will need a mod to take out the glare from inside the institute.  Look up institute on the Nexus and you will find one easy enough.  So here's a couple shots of Mac with Enhancer in use..... note how dark her hair is and some of the other details.

Yeah i think it's nearly perfect now. Finally got the adaption under control, and color balance is right on point. I'll see about publishing the preset in the coming days.

Also ordered a new RTX2070 8GB, so hopefully the future screenshots will be with the UHD DLC. Probably the rest of my PC can't handle this in 2160p though.

Awesome pics :D  Guk

Thanks ?

Some more pics after getting a new GPU and installing the UHD DLC.

The RTX 2070 is a real beast compared to my old GTX 980, way better than expected. Getting almost permanently 60fps now, in particular in interiors that were unplayable with UIL / ELFX.

These screenshots look great.

Question, how do you get your SS to come up so crisp and clear? I use Film Workshop ENB and play on high settings/resolution, yet when I take SS they appear grainy and edges seem poor, and does not represent what is seen in game.

(I use the default F12 and play on a 15.6" laptop).

Is the image/edge smoothness just from a higher quality ENB or does it have to do with screen hardware?

Also, how do you SS with the Dutch angle/canted angle? Just post-processing in photoshop?

F12, i think that is from the Steam Overlay? Don't use that, it creates terribly compressed JPEGs.

----> Also remove the standard screenshot function in Fallout4Custom.ini: bScreenshotToFile=0

Then with Film Workshop or PRC ENB, you always want the ENB screenshots which are usually on the PrntScr key, but can be freely configured in the ENB GUI.

And for other ENBs which use ReShade on top, you want to disable the ENB key and only use the ReShade shots.

The ENB shots will be uncompressed BMP and thus way too large, so before uploading you should convert them to PNG or JPEG depending on the size.

1080p with PNG and compression level 6-9 is alright, for 2160p you have to use JPEG and take steps down from quality 100 until it reaches acceptable 2-5MB size.

I convert each picture manually with GIMP.
