People assume it's been discontinued in its development, which means either someone else will need to pick up the torch to finish the base set of animations or start making plugins for it. If it were to happen is the question, though. Others believe CE0 is on radio silence or something happened that required his attention. What that is, no one knows. Ultimate conclusion? No one quite knows. A majority think it's been discontinued. From what I know, the Framework is there. Modders can make stuff to OSA that fills the OSEX space. True. I might eventually start toying around with the framework sometime in the near future. If anything actually comes out it, I don't know.

Tried multiple versions of both OSA and OSex, but the module never ever shows up in my library menu ingame (yes, I ran FNIS, newest version). Any idea what might go wrong here? Do I need to register the module manually in some way?

Khlas Posted April 15, 2017 Posted April 15, 2017 CEO should have created a Patreon. If you look at history of patreons of skyrim animators i dont think any of them reached 20$ a month. People dont pay for that stuff and do not donate either. Not like this. People will donate if there is an advantage to be a patron, as known as early update and stuff like this. CE0 and most of the skyrim creators using patreon don't make these restrictions contrary to the Sims users. It's why there is no one providing support in my opinion. No candy, no money. Patron users donating just for the sake to support a creator are like what, 5%? Others pretending to are liars.

Was curious if this supports animal on girl animations/situations yet or if that's still off a ways? nope nothing like that yet. mod may be dead. "Yet"? CE0 has outright said such things aren't going to happen in this mod. Well, unless someone wants to create a plugin for it to do that. Base 0sex and default plugins won't. As for dead? Doubtful. I think you should look the thruth in the eyes, project is dead and been dead for quite some time. Ce0 expressed many times his dispoinment in the lack of help and plugins being crated wich is usally the 1st sign of creator being tired and fed up. Also it was the most ambitious project in history of skyrim sexmods, way to much work for one person as a hobby. At some point after countless hours poured into this project ce0 probably asked himself is it worth it, and answered "no". You guys seem to have a clue, even though differ opinions. Is osa available for skyrim in some manner? used in legendary edition before, have skse64 and skyui2.2 and FNIS, LOOT. Wondering if its a loosing battle and should go back to legendary to use? I used the one available at nexus with no problems, but I have not been able to find any guides on how to install the 1.09 version. Both the uploaded files have data folders in the archives, but merely copying these data folders to skyrim main folder (and replacing of course) doesn't make it work! I must mention that, because I used the nexus mod version with no problems, I have all the required mods such as FNIS, XP32 and others. Please help TL;DR- Need help in installing OSA/OSEX version 1.09 and their modules

Second, I want to say my english is bad and I don't understand some of the things posted here, and I will apreciate that any reply to this post has simple language. Third, I don't know too much about programming or installing mods(I use Nexus mod manager and only the basic things, more than a half of the buttons are misteries for me), so if you could put it in simple steps I would also appreciate it. I wanted to know if bad boys, bad girls, wizard sex, and the threesomes are already out. I've seen videos of people who already have it but I'm unable to find the plugins. If anyone could say me were to find them or when they will be out, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you for any help you can provide. PD:I have Osex and Osa installed, has well has all the mods the Nexus asks me to use. I can use the basic Osex with 0 troubles, but will love to have those sweet plugins.

As for the latter I'm thinking he mentions his girlfriend assisting him with some of the animations in a non-technical fashion if I'm not mistaken. I'm guessing he is taking a break, busy, waiting on SE Script extender, or just moved on. I hope a proverbial straw and camel weren't involved.

CEO 0S Posted April 29, 2017 Author Posted April 29, 2017 Hello stopping by to say hi to my loyal fans, made a lengthy series of tumblr posts which this will partially mirror but in more detail. Once again sorry for my long absence without communication. Thank you for all the support and your nice comments while I was away. I had some RL career work pick up in a major way but also I think people know by now that working on this project in Skyrim is burning me out and hurting my interest a lot. The keyword there is in Skyrim, it's not the project's awesome fans, or OSex itself so there's some things that can be done: For the sake of discussion, Ceo complains why it's hard to focus I feel I have the ability to make substantial virtual sex that is fresh and could get a lot of interest but Skyrim in many ways holds this project back. It's a very old game and no matter what I generate for it, a majority are tired of it and I can't really use it as a platform to make something meaningful, the huge amount of time this takes feels less and less warranted. Of course that doesn't mean all the support I receive doesn't mean a lot but simply that this project can become something greater and Skyrim isn't helping. Sexlab also has a very hard grasp on all content adult related and beyond that there aren't many adult modders left that I can attract. Other issues arise in that Skyrim in itself is constricting and it's hard to weld functionality like this onto the game. I've come to realize Skyrim can't handle my own "E-Barbie" detail that I need my NPCs to have, Migal knows that I'm constantly banging my head against trying to make my followers and characters do obtuse detailed things in terms of clothing and behavior and I fail everytime due to some papyrus loop hole so that's making it hard for me to achieve the apex of ebarbie that I need to go hand in hand with OSex. SE also for reasons we discussed before. Lastly the project has become almost impossible to debug due to the modding nature of Skyrim, there's so many trouble shooting reports and very few are actually accurate. i am not sure if I left the project with live bugs active so that might be a case but it's very hard to sift through it all and get a sense that OSA/OSex is stable and bug free with constant posts some right but most wrong. A couple issues are end game Skyrim related that most likely will never be fixable All the Skyrim bashing aside this project will still go on and I have a few priorities to take care of first, to be honest with my fans I have other projects I'm finding more exciting and open which I'll talk about a little bit. OSA is an engine and I believe now it's powerful, and a capable tool of doing pretty much anything you can imagine that is animatable with a ton of flavor. do have some live requests for it still specifically by Jerrok and Morra and I owe it to people willing to dabble in my engine to make sure it's 100% stable and I am adding the features people need as much as I can. In light of my vanishing however I'm going to prioritize simply fix everything about OSA that is bugged or unfinished and not taking on further enhancements to it unless I am sure I will have time to see an upgrade to the end. This doesn't include the requests I already received as those are mostly done already so those will come. WTF is Ceo doing? I do have quite a bit of animation progress in OSex and OSA clean up since we last talked but have had distractions: I've been focusing more (mentioned a few posts up) on development in Unreal, taken a long time to get much better at z-brush and i'm able to generate my own high quality model assets from scratch now, it was one of my biggest obstacles. In the kind of VR-Sex I want the characters have to be top notch babe/guy craft and not amateur; The bodies/faces are the absolute most important in this genre so I had to really work at it. I've completed multiple bodies/morphs skeletons and rigs and they are powerful giving me a lot more freedom over Skyrim, specifically in terms of fine body movements, orifices, physics, body interactions, clothing, and it opened the door to positions I've always wanted to do which is OTentacle. Above is a mock up of some very early primal game footage I was able to get out of Unreal. What this will become, I don't know, It's ambitious but I'm pretty industrious and dumb as it may sound Virtual Sex is a major passion of mine now. I've already done a lot of the ground work and am starting to get to the fun parts. The good news is that I made a cross rig so I can send animations from my Skyrim rig to my game rig (Closely but not exact) Mine's got a little more jazz and detail, different skinning and shapes so it takes a little love but surprisingly translates pretty closely. Rigs are pretty standard I guess across all games. This means I can achieve a back and forth and still keep expanding the Skyrim aimations regardless of what I'm focusing on. (Or vice-versa) ------------------------------- Plan for OSex: Step 1: First thing I want to do is research if I can do an SE port. I haven't looked into it for over a month and last I checked SKSE had a release date for SE earlier in Apirl so I'm going to see if this is at all possible and if so it will be done for sure. Step 2: Through out the project I've been taking movie footage along with my gifs but primarily have been putting them in an overly ambitious movie that was just for me and for fun. I was taking the opportunity to learn movie editing software but did accumulate quite a lot of footage and some cool scenes over the years. To get myself back in swing I decided to crop out unfinished things and polish up what I had and launch it as a movie. I hope that long time fans and contributors will enjoy seeing it. It documents all animations and features of OSex thoroughly and also has some fun with a little bit of O-World lore. I'm going to upload it sometime this weekend. It is pg-13ish in hopes that I can get it to survive somewhere on the internet but just in case if you are interested you might want to keep an eye out sooner than later. Step 3: Launch 2.0. i have all scenes in the 2.0 fancy icon setup now, fixed all broken scene links and made sure the full navigation was perfect, there's quite a lot of new positions: - Jupiter BJ, HJ, Lolipop, Base - 69 BJ, HJ, Lolipop, Base - Kinky's Plumber Position, BJ, Base - I revisited a lot of the laying down positions and gave them proper transitions and fixed them up also. I added 3 new doggy styles also, similar to before but I believe these are much better. The Doggystyles you currently have are from very early in the project and I think I've applied all I've learned to these new one's making some pretty solid doggy. It's my favorite posish so I had to. This will be 2.0 so I want to make sure that every single real bug that can be fixed is fixed in both OSA and OSex. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anyways here's some pics from the movie, check out it this weekend and tell me what you think, not sure when it will go up but I'll post. the later half does show a majority of the new positions that are coming in 2.0 Stills of the new doggy styles and work on the Female Female Male plugin, now called "Unicorn" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- New laying down positions. The jazz on the image will make more sense in the movie, it’s a scene that’s a parody on the gphone ad that plays every 5 seconds everywhere. (The movie merged with a tutorial vid I was trying to make to help people set up FNIS and use OSex so it has some instructions in it also.) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pure flavor lore scene for fun where Fione tries online dating on her new ophone 5 using the IGNITER app. Some splash title screens I used also at the end --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fione doesn’t just match in online dating, a sadistic alien race has also identified her as a suitable match for their purposes. Sorry I tried my best but tentacles like I want isn’t happening in Skyrim without some major help and might never be possible. The first 2 shots are made in unreal in a project I’ve been working, it does exist in a gaming sense and not simply a rendering, It’s very rough but if you like the feel of my tentacles it might be a reality at some point (just not in Skyrim). The last 4 shots are of the hi-tech alien abduction of Fione leading up to how she got to the Tentacles. Those 4 are not unreal but simply a usage of AE and Skyrim footage together.

I agree this game is old, still nostalgic but old, are you planning on working on a newer game or something? Also what are the requests you got that you want to finish? was one of them being able to lay down, on a blanket and under the stars, and cuddle with your followers? that'd be a nice change of pace now and again and immersive. it could even warm you up through frostfall maybe if it's possible or keep you from getting colder.
