I feel like floppy balls have no collision (if I correctly understand the collision phenomenon). Penis has, balls not?! In nearly every screenshot they are dipped into a leg. Who's in charge of that?  :angry:  ;)

Well you could attach HDT physics to the twig'n'berries without this mod at all, really. The reason for this mod's existence is so that the HDT physics can be turned on or off as needed, on the fly. Basically, during Sexlab animations, the bounce (at least for the shaft) has to turn off so that the anim can take over movement. Otherwise you'll have dudes vaguely rubbing floppy cocks over chicks' (or other dudes') asses, instead of actually penetrating.

 

Unfortunately, you can't really achieve that on/off functionality without scripting. As far as I know.

 

That being said, I assume you could attach an xml to the balls for bounce without this (or any) mod, just as long as you didn't touch the penis itself. That way you'd at least have bouncy balls during sex, though it might look kinda funny if you have dudes just walking around naked (normal bouncy balls and weird SOS-jello schlong).

Since I dont use sex mods I just did a SOS light body with a kind of floppyness.

I attached the  SOS - GRworks HDT Willy Addon to a the SOS light body

Also i'm kind of getting a huge hdtPhysicsExtensions.dmp in my Override folder (1.2GB)

Is that because of the modified HDT.dll file?

No floppy balls in female position, never.
Moreover, they are allways sticking out severely. All the animation looks wrong. Such an omission  :exclamation:
Just tell me how, I'll do it on my own.
 
And I can't see any difference between "full floppy" and "low arousal". The second one have no effect on scaling. I suppose these two stages stand for "floppy pendulous" and "floppy stretched" respectively. In order to get the half-grown but still soft penis I have to open MCM and execute scaling manualy. For getting back to small and soft again MCM. (find 1 difference:)

Do this mod add new bones to the skyrim engine, or does it use scripting to make this happen?

Made new bones + hdt bones and rigged them, how difficult would it be to dupe this floppy effect on something else from here?

Still can't get the Werewolf schlong to use the floppy physics :/

Anyone about the hdtPhysicsExtensions.dmp (1.2GB)?

Should I just wait for a update and stop using the custom HDTPE.dll from floppysos?

For 1.7 mod priority doesn't matter because it doesn't override any files. But 2.1 does, i.e. the DLL. But as you say you already checked that, I'm not sure what else can be going on...

 

I just wanted to report that the fixed "hdtPhysicsExtensions.dll" did actually work for me , as far as i can tell.

I used to CTD 100% of the time after Dragonsreach/Jorvaskrr loading screens , but not anymore .

Yo, just wanted to say I love this mod, but I have a few problems:

 

1. My Papyrus log just gets spammed with these messages, maybe FloppySOS updates a bit too often, if nothing changes?

 

2. NPCs are always flaccid during SexLab animations, they only get erect briefly, when the animation stage changes, but get flaccid quickly again soon after.

 

Ps.: I'm using the fixed dll and the esp modified by ffabris (I just removed the "is male" conditions, because futa :3).

Correct, balls do not collide with thighs. I agree it would be desirable to have in sex scenes, but it causes a lot of problems in idle/walking animations.

No, this mod does not change any mesh or skeleton. It only activates a HDT XML, which refers to bones NPC GenitalsScrotum, Genitals01 etc.

It appears that StorageUtil hasn't completed init when FloppySOS first tries to use it to store data. It might be helpful to include the "missing" function argument when getting values from StorageUtil. That way, if the data hasn't been saved for any reason, then at least you're returning a default.

 

Yes, that probably implies rewriting getPreferenceValue() and getPreferenceStrValue() to test what value is being requested, and then call StorageUtil.GetXXXXValue() with the added missing param.

 

Edited to add: Actually, you might want to switch from StorageUtil to JsonUtil. One significant advantage in that is that settings persist between game saves. Also, JsonUtil doesn't seem to suffer from this kind of race condition. Even so, I would still not rely on the value being set correct on first run. But that's me. :)

Not being able to look at the code, all I can do is make a wild guess: what it looks like, is memory being allocated but then not freed. Because not only does performance drop... eventually you crash. But who knows.

Yeah I'm not sure what's going on either. I have the mod set to load after any mods that affect HDT physics in my load order, so it should be taking priority. Switching SAM with SoS didn't work either. Sorry for the headache.

Got it. Though something should be done to balls behavior in SL scenes. Ideally something like cremaster reflex. No collision, no floppyness, no sticking, no ugly screenies.

Floppy SOS 2.1. Just a couple of tweaks to everything be allright, just a couple as I see it (balls apart).

 

1. Hey doc, every time after traveling a bit (another location loaded) my follower loose his floppyness. I presume Skyrim climate causes this congelation effect. Though, it's not quite simple to warm it back. I have to open hotkey menu on my follower, set "Disabled" (in spite of it's obviously disabled - this is a trick) , then open it again and set "Full Floppy" (or whatever I want). Glad I found this method, every time grew nervous unless I did. Can't say for sure about congelation syndrome on other NPCs at the moment. Seem to have the same.

 

2.MCM is not friendly enough to me. I mean "Floppy Presets" menu. Whatever preset I have set, I open "Floppy Presets" to see the zero values. And if I change values to desirable but forget to click "Save", I reopen it with zero values again. Besides, Saving have no confirmation pop-up... this may be for good.

 

PS. Love testing Floppy SOS  :heart: The greatest mod. Ever. Greater maybe then SOS itself. Even if I have no SOS I would like to have Floppy SOS  :)

I wish to report with everything working, I was crashing nearly every time I entered a new cell with a high population and the physics.dll has resolved that with about 95% success. To the point I think that it's just skyrim being skyrim accounting for the other 5%.

I've been crashing like crazy entering new cells, buildings, cities, and everything else. I use the Alternate Start mod and whenever I loaded my character into a tavern, Insta-crash, but this seems to have fixed this. Either way, will be testing this out for a bit to see how far I can go before, if at all, it crashes. Thank you!

Yes, it's 2.1. Also got another issue but won't get into it until I know for a fact it's this mod doing that.
